Andy and his entire team were amazingly organized and committed to the removal of and the installation of twelve windows and one bay window in one day...even as the weather presented issues. The new windows are fabulous and no doubt much more energy efficient than our previous 35 year old windows. The attention to installation detail was outstanding. I cant say enough great things about Lombardozzi Construction, from the their sales team and office staff to the installation team!

We had all of our windows and a sliding door replaced. They were able to finish in one day instead of two. Communication throughout the process was great. Anytime I called,, text or emailed they responded quickly. The installers were also great. They answered any questions I had while they were here. Their price point was also better than the competition.

We got our original 1950s windows replaced by STL Windows and Doors a couple months ago, but its taken us this long to write a review because weve been trying to think of a way to express how amazing this company is.The quality of the windows is superb. We live close to the interstate, and our new windows now keep about 99% of the sound out. Theyve kept our house so cool and comfortable over the hot summer. Theyre so smooth and easy to open and close and pop out to clean. Love, love, love them.The company itself is truly outstanding. From our salesman, Ben, to our team of installers - we couldnt be happier. We came very close to canceling our appointment with Ben because we were so burned out from previous salesmen and their ridiculous pitches (one other local company with a high number of 5-star reviews dropped their quote literally by $5,000 by the end of the day, through repeated phone calls and voicemails and the whole I talked to my manager and because youre a great couple, this is the deal we can give you spiel). Ben was a breath of fresh air - respectful, friendly but to the point, answered all our questions, and gave us a very very reasonable quote. He never pushed us to make a decision - just gave us the information and left it up to us to think about. The pricing was right in the range we wanted (a little lower than we expected, actually) and we were so impressed by Ben that we scheduled right away. Though we had to wait several weeks for install, it was 100% worth it.At installation, Tony, Hannah, and Trey showed their intense work ethic and replaced all our windows in one day. They were like machines, ripping out the old windows, cleaning up, putting in the new ones... they made it look easy, though we know it wasnt. They never were annoyed at our questions along the way. By the time they finished, all that was left was our awesome new windows - they did such an incredible job cleaning up, it was like they were never there. They move quickly but quality is not compromised; even the caulk lines are nice and tight. They excel even in the finest details and dont cut corners. Chelsea at the office also is always a delight to speak with.In short, the company not only sells an amazing product, but holds itself to the high standards of customer service and work ethic it was founded on. So happy to support this local, family-owned business!

I cannot write this positive review fast enough . We installed 5 new windows and three were new cuts through the wall. Everything was amazing . From the answering of the phone to the crew that showed up and finished within 2 days on schedule . They handled cleanup up after both days and left worksite immaculate . Best Part They dealt with the Local Inspectors and final inspection came one day later . Prices were very reasonable 5 windows under $800 each (remember this wasnt replacement windows This is new construction)

I was very happy with the customer service and the fabulous work done by this company. We had a sliding door that was leaking and they came in and put in a whole new sliding door. The old one we had was not put in correctly and was difficult to open and this one they installed was perfect! Their employees are very friendly and the work they do is beautiful! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new door. And I love that its a local St. Louis company, I love supporting local businesses. A great company to work with.

The customer service is worse than awful.After a month of working with these folks, I still have no formal quote on the window work wanted.The WORST internal and external communication Ive experience from any contractor.If an excuse is needed, just call these people, they know them all. They should be renamed STL door, Window, and Excuses.

We cannot brag enough about this company! We had a slider put in where no door was ever there. They did all of the construction and installed the door. With COVID there was a little delay but they kept us notified along the way. They did the complete job in one day. They came prepared and put a tarp up before the heavy rain hit. Pulled their truck into the carport and continued to plug away. Wonderful people, quality product, excellent workmanship and had to hug them when they left! Can’t say enough about them!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Needed new windows for the front of the house. Researched a ton and got three bids from various installers and brands. Decided on STL Windows and Doors based on their great reviews and the reviews for the Provia Endure windows. I am very happy to say that it was a great decision on both. From the beginning Ben was great to work with, no pressure and gave us multiple bid options as our needs changed. Ben and Andy came to measure during the recent pandemic and took every precaution which was much appreciated, especially by my wife. Windows came in quickly and installation went off without a hitch. Installers were very professional, courteous and explained every detail along the way. Very well done!The windows themselves look great and the heat reduction is actually unbelievable. The front rooms used to get so hot due to facing directly west in the afternoon sun that it was really uncomfortable. Now, you cant hardly feel any heat. It is truly amazing.All in all, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend STL Windows and Doors if you are looking for great replacement windows and installation. Installation was flawless. Windows look like they are part of the house both inside and out.Never knew the right window could make such a difference.Our south facing recreation room with its older picture window used to heat up intensely. The replacement window reflects that heat back outside and the result is phenomenal !

I like that the sales guy really was straightforward and honest, wanting to make sure the windows were what I needed (no high pressure on higher cost windows). Check around, I had other quotes that were 50% higher and made me skeptical. I promise you wont be disappointed with these guys.

We first chose Lombardozzi Construction to replace the windows and patio doors at our house based on a referral by our son-in-law who was very familiar with their work. Lombardozzi guided us in picking the correct product and was very meticulous with the installation. They went above and beyond to make sure the fit was correct and did the little tweaks on the trim to make sure the finished job looked better than the original. The whole team was friendly and considerate of our property from the time they started to the clean up they did when completed.Last year we decided to replace our front entry door. Again, we were steered to a quality product and the installation went very well.

Lombardozzi Construction did a fantastic job replacing our 9 leaky, ugly windows and also replaced a decrepit sliding patio door with a beautiful full-view exterior door with a side light! It only took them a day and a half too. We are very impressed with the whole process, from meeting with the sales rep to final inspection - couldnt ask for a more competent and friendly staff and high quality products. We would highly recommend Lombardozzi Construction and their products.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from STL Windows and Doors. It is a small family business and their attention to detail was evident throughout the process - they gave us a realistic time frame and their scheduling was accurate (not always the case these days with other contractors I have used). In addition, all of the work was done by family members as they do not use anyone else. The Provia windows compare favorably to Anderson and Pella windows that are on other parts of the house but the Provia is more affordable. We had 10 windows and a door installed. Five of the windows were in a round bump-out (our house was build around 1950). The custom outside trim work Tony did on this difficult area was extraordinary. I also felt comfortable letting them have access to my home when I was not present for a few days. I would highly recommend you talk to them before making a window/door decision.

We just had a new patio door replaced by STL Windows and Doors by Lombardozzi Construction and are very pleased with the door and the installation. There was a slight problem with the manufacturer not sending the correct door setup for opening on the left instead of the right but the installer Tony was great to contact his boss and confirmed that the door was ordered correctly and then he proceeded in explaining how he was going to be able to at least correct the problem to be able to get our door installed still that very day. Tony did a fantastic job and we are enjoying our new door. Andy gave me a called the next day and said that the screen portion of our install would be in a couple of weeks once the correct ones come in. We could not ask for better service or response to the issues that were not caused by them. I definitely will use them again and would highly recommend this company to anyone. The product from ProVia is more than we have seen in any patio doors. Hoping to get a new front door and storm doors down the road.
