Matt needs to learn customer service skills. Very unfriendly and rude . When you ask someone to put on a mask you dont throw the box of masks in front of your customer and say put that on.

I needed at steel grate in order to get my new car, with a very low nose, into my garage. 08/28/2018 I ordered the grate from Grainger online. As I was ordering it said that it should be at the local store in a month. Not ideal, but OK. On 10/01/2018 I had not heard from them, so I called to see if it had arrived, and was told yes. I embarked on a 50 mile round trip to pick it up, but was told on my arrival that it WAS NOT there, and in fact now had an arrival date at the end of October. Cancelled order.
