What a great place to walk into. It smells sooo great. If only I could capture that scent into my house. They have everything you need for your craft project. I went in to make a floral arrangement and an associate was able to assist me in turning out a great arrangement. They even had a vase that worked perfectly. I was so happy with the result that I ended up buying a few candles and fabric. The prices on the flowers were kinda high but where else are you going to get these flowers? It was worth the price once I got it all made. I enjoy going here whenever I need anything for my craft projects. I don’t like that they are not that gay friendly to their workers and to the public in general but again where are you going to go to get these flowers? Amazon you can’t guarantee you’re going to get what you really want.

Would have been better experience if the what im assuming was managnent wasnt si dang RUDE to my friend and I.. we coukd blatantly hear them calling us crackheads and saying close to closing is when the crack heads come in).. granite it was getting to be closing but the manager came up to us and asked what we were doing and that they were closingbyhen she changed her statement to we are closing in 7 min. We did not make a mess at all we werent rude there was bo reason to treat paying customers like that

Aww ya! Michaels has you covered. Great glass selection for all my holiday projects. So right as you walk in it’s bam! Craft products and season stuff right in your face. Love it! Have always been able to find what it is I need. Can get everything on the internet sure, but if you want to measure, feel, compare this is it. The frame selection is also quite good. The house brand frames are great and you can usually find then in some kind of deal offering buy 2 get 1 free or something. Overall great place.

Not crowded, great covid setup and they take it seriously. My husband tried to put cart away (he has not been in a store for a year) and they stopped him because it needed sanitized. I really appreciate this!!!!

Michaels is great! Perfect middle ground for all your craft needs compared to other craft stores. Anywhere from art supplies, yarn, baking stuff, fabic (basic stuff), frames, decor, and more. Every employee Ive encountered there has been super polite and helpful. I got a canvas taller than me, and they walked it to the register for me and offered to help me get it to my car.Get on their emails, and wait for those sales if its a big ticket item. So worth it.

I spend way too much time and money in this store!

Employees seemed to go out of their way to avoid their customers. Case in point there was an employee on a mile so I work walk down it was trying to find something in the employee immediately walked to the next file. So I decided I walk over the next aisle hand continue to look like us frustrated and then I turned employ who was already walking away to the next aisle. So I whenever the next style and directly went up to the employee who turned and walked away fast he could. I went to find another employee who said that they werent not available to help out because there seems to be stocking. This is home this Michaels was when I went up 3 years ago and I see that its still the same.

Michaels has a huge variety of products. Very reasonable prices. Staff is GREAT. Best evidence if great customer service? I know its crazy, but spotless bathrooms show ME that the business takes care of business in ALL aspects.

Nice place its what you would expect.

The store was well stocked on the items I wanted. Not busy, was in and out quickly.

I was concerned about pricing, but once I purchased I was sent coupons. I was able to get more items I needed at super prices.

This one is as consistent as all the other Michaels. No reason to avoid this place if youre looking for crafts.

Had everything I need, but a bit overpriced

Short, first visit, but store well laid out, clear signs, and I could find what I needed without guidance (I am not a regular craft store shopper). Big selection of embroidery floss and craft cord, lettering pens and paper, and acrylic paints and wooden boxes and other items for painting.

They sure have alot of neat things you can use.

Had an odd sized picture that needed a frame. They were so very helpful. Able to buy a regular frame and the custom cut a mat so it was very affordable, like 45.00 for the done deal. Super helpful and great to work with.

Great place period if you know what you want. Otherwise you can get lost in there for hours.

As we are under quarantine and the store is closed, I went to the website because the app wasnt working. The item i wanted was in stock in the store, as I previously mentioned the store is closed, but its not available for curbside pick up? The other stuff I wanted is also in stock at store and available for pick up. I ended up going somewhere else where I could get all my items at one place, to expose myself to the least number of people possible. VERY disappointing. Previously gave a 5 star review and edited it to 1 star today

Ive been to several Michaels locations across the country. The other stores I have visited seemed a little dingy. This location seemed cleaner and every shelf had something on it. There was plenty of parking outside. I smelled several candles in the store that I absolutely loved. They were reasonably priced too. If youve never been to this location you wont be disappointed.

Really great store with so many items! It is huge and can be hard to find things. Only down side is when you do need help finding an employee can be hard but when you do they are super helpful and know where everything is. They have decent prices and everything I need

Well stocked, with lots of choices and great prices. I can easily spend hours here. Lots of parking and easy access from the highway or local roads.

This is a good craft store with well laid out aisles and a wide variety of goods for purchase. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. There are a lot of items here you will not find at other craft stores, although the fabric and home goods here are limited.

Watch for things from last season and they are tremendously discounted.This new Michaels in Lake Stevens is clean its large bright has a lot of things to do crafts cake decorating scrapbooking framing painting. The people working there in the aisles and the cashiers were all very friendly and nice.

I like to go to Michaels for art supplies and seasonal decorations.

They have pretty much any and everything that you would need for ANY type of occasion. They also have a 40% off coupon on any regular priced item. Trust me that comes I handy MORE times than NOT

Great store. Something about the way the aisles were laid out was a little funky but I still managed to find most of what I needed.

Great local craft store. Only issue is they run out of RTP paints too fast and it takes a long time for them to restock.

Good variety. Plenty of stock. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was the lack of staff. I had a hard time finding someone to help me and then when I did I had to wait in line for help and, no, I wasnt at the register.

This store is like the biggest play store for adults! If you have a creative side or want to have one, this place has everything you could need to create something fun! And if youre looking for suggestions, they have that too

I love Michaels. Its a great craft store with a wonderful selection and super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Ive come here more than a few times and while they dont always have exactly what I need, the people there usually are able to help me figure out something else to make my projects work. Overall a great place with great product for a pretty reasonable price.

The customer service always seems nice and friendly and employees happy to work there. Prices are decent and the shelves are well stocked and organized. Super suggest always keeping an eye out for a coupon. Theres awesome deals to be had.

Always find great bargains at the end of season sales. Bought a patio carpet for $17.00. Was $40.00. be even less when the big sale is on. But I will be out of town.

Had a hard time finding one particular item. I did eventually find it. Cashier agreed that sometimes things move around to unexpected places. There were items that I came in for specifically, that were on a very good sale, and some that were on clearance, so that was a plus. They had everything I needed.

Debit and credit went down. I was willing to wait and keep trying but after we tried several times the system told me I could only try 5 times with the only card I have so now I have to use cash. Nope get your system together.

Awesome! Brought an unusual size family photo in to be framed. Peyton assisted with frame, matting and was able to hook me up with coupons for nearly 75% off, saving me hundreds. Great selection too!

I went into the store and wasnt approached even once with a question of what brought me in or what I was looking for but I can say that at the very end the brunette haired woman with glasses was quick to get me in the right directionand answer my question when I asked to be pardoned for the interruption as she was taking care of a line of customers trying to take advantage of their lowest prices of the year end of summer sale. All in all I can give 5 stars.

They offer free or low cost crafts for kids, which I love. Ive taken my kids to paint rocks and just this last Sunday wad slime Sunday where they made their own green glittery slime. My kids loved it.
