Received text message stating; “Hello Andy, as a part of our company policy we do not give out the door pricing over the phone or in writing (email, text). We are the largest dealership in the state of Washington and have a wide variety of parts and accessories for you to choose from. Whenever you come into the store, I can go over all of the pricing information with you on this ATV. I will also update you when I get a shipping notification from Yamaha, and hopefully it will be soon. Thanks again!”Other local dealers gave me direct answer very quickly with out the door prices. My time is very valuable to me so I will not be traveling hours to get a simple quote. Very poor that you can’t be upfront and honest with cost of a new until. I’ll never be spending money here.

This is a very hard review. My son and I went into cycle barn to get any helmet for his motorcycle and some new gear. The woman that helped us was very very nice and friendly and very kind to my autistic Son. She sold us the gear we were there looking for and after spending about $300 there for a helmet in a vest, I explain to her that I had also another motorcycle I needed repaired and the go cart that wasn’t running very well. She told us no problem go over around the corner and speak with the service department and they will help me out and she thought for sure that it would be no problem to help me fix these things. I went over to the service desk and the woman that was sitting there on Saturday, June 19 look like I was bothering her. I walked up and told her the situation. Motorcycle my son rides all the time had a very insignificant oil leak but I wanted it looked at. She said “is the motorcycle a 2002 or newer? We will not fix anything that’s not a 2002 or newer“. Then she said “and it Has to be clean! We will not work on any dirty motorcycles“. I thought that was sort of rude but yes his bike was a 2002 or newer and no it wasn’t filthy. I asked her when I could bring it in and she said “Whenever you want“. I asked her how long it would take for the motorcycle to be seen and she said to me “could take anywhere from two days to a month“. I asked her about the go cart and the other motorcycle. We had purchased the other motorcycle on Amazon as well as a go cart. She laughed and said “we don’t work on those!“ I asked her if she knew anyone that did and she laughed again and said “no, absolutely no one works on those!“. Again I thought that was extremely rude of her. needless to say we won’t be bringing our motorcycles into that shop for repair. he basically only found two friendly people in the entire store. While we were there we saw seven people working there and only two of them were friendly. The girl at the front door that welcomed us in and the woman that sold us the year. The rest of them either couldn’t be bothered or they were busy chatting amongst themselves.

Stopped in to get a load of maintenance items for several of our bikes, this was Saturday, one guy at the parts counter grabbed what I could carry and waited, the other parts guy was screwing with something kept looking over but evidently messing with inventory was priority over a customer waiting to spend several hundred dollars, after a few minutes I just replaced what I had and left, and will not be back, I will go to Everett powersports where they still understand customers are their priority! If I was the owner and saw that I would fire that tubby braindead parts guy!!!

Walked in to not a word from staff. Sat on 4 bikes no one said a thing. Had to look around & ask who to talk to about a test ride. Was told Ummm I think Corey over there might be able to help? When I approached him and said his name the first look I got was How do you know my name and then seemed more bothered to have to stop his game time on the computer.Bad rules for test riding a bike and bad customer service. Will NEVER shop here or send someone here again.Sent emails / online requests asking for information and got nothing back until days after the request / txt online.Bought a bike that same day with no issues elsewhere.Will gladly drive 40 minutes south to provide my business to someone else, as apparently Marysville Cycle Barn doesnt need the business.

Came in to purchase some new gear (helmet, gloves etc.) with my wife. . The employees saw I was waiting for help but only after 20 minutes or so did a young woman come over to help me. Since the store was mostly empty this is why I gave a lower score. I would say that experience is not great for a new rider who needs some help finding what they need.

Great staff. Wish they had a little more selection and color options on site. But we brought home an awesome CFMOTO 950.Definitely would recommend if looking for a ORV.

Would do negitive 5 stars if I could Had absolutely the worst overall experience with these people. They had my bike in the service shop for some minor repairs, was told on dropoff it would be ready for pickup in a week.Called after the week for an update as I did not hear from them and was told parts were still on the way. Called the next week and was told the parts were in and it would be complete by the next week.So the next week came and I called to verify it was finished and was told again that parts were on order. To make a long story short they had my bike for a total of 1.5 mothis giving me the runaround and no straight answers before I got it back when I was told it should take a weekThese people have the worst customer service and communication skills I have ever seen and will NEVER do business here again..

Would give no stars if that was an option!! Called specifically yesterday and this morning to double check for multiple parts to make sure they were in stock and was told yes no problem and that they had multiple as that bike hasnt changed in almost 20 years. Spent over 3 1/2 hours with taking the ferry and driving from the San Juans islands. I made a special trip... and then told that the parts are not in stock and not sure why I would have been told that. But sorry!!

These folks get it.Just recently I had a puncture on the highway. Got towed here and they were on it getting me fixed up and back on two wheels in less than an hour. Oh, and they noted my rear brakes needed replacing while they were at it. Exceptional service!!

I called this place and told them I need a specialty socket tool for my 06 yz 250F to change my spark plug.I told them when they gave me the socket set they said would work, that they dont look right..I said are you sure? Twice..Of coarse they gave me one that wont even fit into the engine more than 1 inch..I thought the people here would know something about motorcycles..Waste of an entire day for me, and still cant ride my bike.Thanks cycle barn.Extremely unsatisfied customer...

Lots of great bikes available, if you havent narrowed down what you want yet, this is the perfect place to start as they have lots of bikes in every style, new and used, from many brands. Take some time and try a bunch of them on for size until you find the perfect one. If not, you will likely know exactly what you want before you go.

Knew what kind of bike I wanted, I purchased from them in January of this year. Kurt was helpful pointing out the aftermarket bits that were added by previous owners, answering questions I had. It was raining pretty good so I only heard it run didnt test drive it before I bought it outright. No financing paid it outright. The paperwork went fast, they had extended warranty options I do my own maintenance items once I learn about the bike so I skipped. Well about 30 miles after riding it a day later I noticed an issue coolant in overflow was empty. The sales department took care of me, towed it from my house and paid for the tow & diagnostics, etc... Ive since ridden the bike over 1,300 miles trouble-free (I refilled the overflow a little more but its leveled out not need any topping off for hundreds of miles, I assume some air pocket in coolant system worked out). Very pleased with the purchase, thank you Cycle Barn!

Went in as a first time buyer, but having a strong idea on what I wanted. I asked for a test ride on a specific bike, only to be told that I had to sign up for financing through them to test ride any bike, to prove I could afford one to begin with. I challenged this and Kurt eventually gave way and took 2 forms of id so I could ride. This was the first red flag.Next, they had me waiting for near an hour just to test ride then talk business on the actually purchasing of the bike.Sorry bud, but your predatory ways won’t work on me.Avoid here at all costs.

Rating is for parts staff which is helpful and attentive. The sales staff is another story. Been I here twice ready to buy and have been ignored by the sales team. Bought 2 quads a bike and a trailer elsewhere.

May experience with the Marysville cycle barn was awesome! not my first time, I’ve had service done in the past, but this is the first machine purchase from this location. I purchased a 2020 Polaris XP Pro ultimate. David was my sales person, very communicative and helpful through this process… He had no problem at all working with my worries of the COVID-19 Virus. The purchase was done safely and worry free, David even delivered it same day with no charge, on his own time after work about an hour drive each way from his location. I would definitely recommend this Polaris dealership!

This place is the worst service I have ever experienced called for a quote for service on my bike was told they were to busy to at this time to give a quote and would return my call the following week she never called back I called back a week later she said she tried calling but couldn’t reach me “couldn’t leave a voicemail ??? “ and when I did reach her her quote was almost $200 dollars more than the competitors I really try to do business with local companies but due to lack of care or concern for customers I will be taking my business to Everett Powersports for all future needs and accessories their service department seems more interested in doing upfront business with their customers and the prices are much more reasonable Thank you cycle barn Marysville

First ride that was great

Picked up a perfect 2020 KTM 150sx the other day. I’m from out of state which caused a few head aches but I’d like to shout out Kurt Burns my sales guy! He was awesome! He worked with me even through a few hurdles but never once seemed upset or annoyed (he had every right to be) still he was very very professional and polite and I would make the 4+ hour drive to buy from him again. I’d also like to thank their Finance manager Jen Brown who went above and beyond to make sure everything would work out. Couldn’t have done it without her. She again was very very professional and polite. Great place to get a KTM, knowledgeable staff, great selection of parts and gear, awesome and very helpful mechanics. Go here you won’t be disappointed

I have been looking for the right ATV for our needs and it’s been a long search. Once I figured out what we needed, my search started in finding one at the best price. By far the best price in all of Washington state, was at Cycle Barn in Marysville. I called and talked to Cory and told him that I found the ATV on cycle trader and gave him the sale ID number and he found it for me. I asked him to hold it for me and I would be in the next day to pick up. From the moment I walked into the store, I was blown away by the size and selection of different outdoor machines. Cory made the buying experience so easy and amazing. He wasn’t your typical sales person and I LOVED that. He was very helpful and made the buying experience so easy. I’m thankful for Jen in making the paperwork part easy as well. Will definitely be heading back up there, to get some add ons for the ATV.

I needed to do a motorcycle oil change on a cross country loop. They let me do it myself (off property). They sold me oil, loaned me a drain pan and disposed of my used oil all for the price of the oil. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Great when you are outrunning a thunder storm.

Bought a 2020 ktm sx250 center case leaked oil with 7 hours on it a week old rode twice, rear spokes came loose causing additional to break.. cycle barn refused warranty when I was under the assumption it was under 30 day Warranty!!! Waste of time waste of 9000$, dint treat me like a valued customer. Cycle barn Never me called back to inform me the status of my bike.. I had to call them. On top of that everyone i told my situation to had nothing but poor things to say! About cycle barn. Will take this matter to court.

Angela from the service department was cordial and professional. Although I arrived an hour early for my appointment, they were still able to squeeze me in and completed my service and installation before my scheduled service time. Horrible service and incompetent sales and service department. I have purchased 7 or 8 brand new motorcycles and off-road toys over the last 6 years and this place is a joke. Luckily I only bought one item here, stay away from this place. They lied to me about features the motorcycle I purchased here had-spent 21k between the bike and accessories and then brought it in for issues a month later-they tried SELLING me a $1200 software fix for an issue under warranty. I had a reputable dealer who knows what they are actually doing fix it-along with tightening some loose bolts missed on their PDI. Not surprised due to their lack of knowledge for their product, and lack of care for their customers and reputation in general. My experience is over with now - hope this review saves the next guy from these amatuers.

Ridiculously high retail prices and limited selection kept me from buying riding gear from them. Found their maintenance goods convenient. When I took my bike into them for a diagnostic service, I was surprised they didnt just charge a per hour service rate for this (their rate $109). They require a diagnostic service minimum charge of 1.5 hours. If it wasnt its own kind of hell to get my bike to them, I would have walked. I let them work on it. Mistake.John (Jon?) called three days later with the report. Bad fuel pump. Their price to repair, $349, part and labor. If I went with them, he would be a Saint and subtract half an hour of service labor from the diagnostic charge. WTF?Easy repair, even for me. I passed.Part was $20. Took me one hour to replace it. Enjoyed the time with my bike.They returned my bike back to me with a drained battery. Super LAME.Of course...THEIR DIAGNOSIS WAS WRONG. SAME PROBLEM PERSISTS.So, heres a big MIDDLE FINGER UP for you Smokey point Cycle Barn. Never again.

I left an online message to be contacted by a sales person showing an interest in the 2018 Honda Gold Wing Tour DCT. The next day I spoke with Corey and I expressed an interest in purchasing this bike with a trade in mind. I shared photos of my bike with Corey and he mentioned he would put something together and get back to me the same day. I never received a phone call and I call again and Corey mentioned he was busy and would get back to me (once again) by the end of the day. I never received this call, what a shame I had a real interest. Cycle Barn must have a great business not having to get back to potential customers. I have moved on to another dealership for my business and they have been very receptive where I will buying a new bike in a few days! Thanks Corey and Cycle Barn!!!

I just bought my second bike from Dave. He guided me to a solution for my riding requirements that is perfect for me. I bought a new Kawasaki Versys 300X and WOW, what a bike! It is perfect! It is a new bike for 2017 that is nimble, powerful and fun to ride Dave was very patient, listened to what I was looking for and made a great suggestion for my needs. Plus, no high pressure tactics. This is a great place to do business. The management team even jumped in when Dave was busy with other customers to answer my questions. I had a great experience!

Excellent motorcycle shop. I went in to purchase a helmet. The young woman at the front desk was very nice...greeted me and pointed me in the right direction. The other young woman in the helmet section (her name was Christina, but spelled differently) was very helpful in sizing my helmet. Glad I went there!

Went in and talked to them about putting specific tires on my bike. They said they would mount them and they said they put the same size on other bikes (same model) before. I went and purchased the tires and brought them down. Then they told me they wouldn’t mount them because they were wider than factory!? Yeah I know we talked about that already. They refused to mount them waisting my time and money. I wouldn’t trust what these people tell you.

I had a great experience all the way around in the purchase of my 2014 Suzuki V Strom 1000 Adventure. Dave Phillips was my salesman, Corey Floyd in finance and Kyle Hastings helped find and get properly fitted for a new helmet. I would not hesitate to purchase another bike or to recommend Smokey Point Cycle Barn to my friends and family for all of their motorcycle needs!

There was an issue with the motorcycle I purchased last week. Cycle Barn provided the best example of customer service I have ever seen in resolving my issue, saving me a lot of money. They really mean it when they say they want their customers to be happy. I would enthusiastically recommend them.

I wish I had their names: Buying a new helmet was simple as can be. I gave the mfg and model of my old helmet. My sales guy found the current model and ordered it for me. I just recently purchased my bike through them. Their prices were pretty standard, across the board. But the communication was top notch. From David in sales, to Cory in financing, the folks in the service department, and the folks in the gear department. Everyone was knowledgeable and respectful. Corey from the sales staff was probably the friendliest and most helpful salesmen Ive ever dealt with. The manager in the financial department was nice to deal with and friendly too. I love Cycle Barn! I purchased a quad last summer from them and the entire sales experience exceeded my expectations. I have since gone back several times and Alec in the Parts and Accessory department is a great employee. He is very helpful and really gives good suggestions for what you might be looking for!

Went in on a Friday to see if they had a white 2017 Ninja 650 in stock. They only had black and orange but they said they could bring in a white one from a warehouse in Oregon in about 7-10 days. We went ahead and took care of financing and they got me a 3.9% interest rate. Dont know if it was just luck but they got my bike inn assembled and ready to pick up the following Tuesday! A full 3 days ahead of their fastest estimate.

Top notch place. Just purchased two Kawasaki Mules and Cycle Barn tops all the competition in WA state. Our salesman, David and the GM, Greg were easy and laid back making the process that much more pleasant. So glad we purchased here!

I walked in here the first time with my family. I was the only customer in the store and they ignored us for quite a while until my wife walked up to them and asked for help. I guess we didnt look like the type of customer they wanted so I bought my 4 quads from the great people up at Skagit valley Polaris. later on I bought some safety equipment from them and they only had one of each thing I was looking for.

We are avid riders and this is our local bike shop. Hours kind of suck but they are typical for cycle stores. Prices are not competitive with the online retailers. We love the staff here though they are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices on their bikes are expensive but they do have a used selection to look at also.

David at Cycle Barn was fantastic! We were searching for a Honda CRF 230f, but only a handful were available. David was very informative and was able to get a crated bike built in less than a day, for a Saturday morning pick-up. He even called to confirm that it was ready to go. My husband and I came in looking for a pre owned quad for myself. The sales person was very knowledgeable on their current stock and answered all of our questions. We found the perfect bike for my husband and thanks to Carly we were able to take it home that same day. Carly helped us not only with the paperwork but her and Mark made sure we knew about their sale later that evening to get some much needed riding gear. We had an all around amazing experience and are over joyed that Carlys hard work resulted in us coming back that same day to complete the paperwork.

The Smokey Point cycle barn has drastically changed, I called to get fork seals done, the girls said well I am not sure because we may not be able to get the parts. I told her I have them all OEM Honda parts still in Honda packaging, then she says no we cannot do it because of insurance you have to buy the parts here, I took my bike to Everett power-sports no problems there, it sounds like a greed issue, they want to make the $$$ off the parts. Lost any and all of my future business...

I give a 5 star for having a great inventory to choose from. They have a great section just for KTM and large selection of side by sides.

As a former employee of this company for over 3 years. I can personally say this place is loaded with great employees! No matter if you are looking for something as small as a spark plug or as big as a side by side the staff there will take great care of you! The dealership is loaded with all sorts of new and used machines and also has a huge selection of parts, accessories and apparel!

I started off using Cycle Barn to buy parts for my KZ1000 and loved the experience so much that I continued to shop there. After many accessory and apparel purchases, i decided that I was in the market for a new bike. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the direction of the bike that fits my needs before I knew which one it was. As long as I live on the west coast, I plan to purchase all of my equipment and gear from the men and women of Cycle Barn.

Never again, unfortunately. I have had them do flat repairs in the past, cost $ 25.07. Reasonable. Went in today and was told the rate had increased and now is $99.00. NOPE...Service manager John said it was my prerogative to go elsewhere so I did,up the street to Superior Cycle Service. 4X Barn increase is insulting.
