These folks did right by me. I bought a floor model couch there and moved it myself. When I got home I realized there was a crack in the wooden part up front that made the couch crunch when sat on in a certain spot. When I told them about it they came to my house and attempted to repair it. When they could not they delivered a slightly higher end model and told me that they will not sell that model again. A lot of places would not have gone that far to make things right especially since they didnt deliver it themselves. I will definitely give them my business again.

Went in to look around for furniture and the owner made my girlfriend and I so uncomfortable by staring inappropriately so we left. Never will we go back. Also very over priced.

Bait & switch! Ad now attached- you decide! pictures in the ad all we’re full size wine fridges 140-180 btl some 2 zone. Regular price is a clear indicator too. No 18 btl fridges pictured.We responded to an ad about a wine fridges on offer up. Listed as new but needs to be charged. Some were new with damage and some from 2014. Worst part was he offered us a deal at $500. When I showed him the ad listing them for $210 each (marked down from $250), he responded “oh... that’s where the start from”.I point out in the ad the exact picture and the ad text stating the $210 each. His response was $400. Needless to say we didn’t do business.We wasted 1.5 hours in the car only to find out his scam.Additionally, none of the employees wore a masks until you walked up to them.

This place had amazing customer service. Lola is kind, helpful, and resourceful. The furniture seems to be mostly on the mid to lower end in cost/quality. However, that fits a lot of peoples budgets. Its easy to custom order higher quality pieces. We didnt end up buying here only due to time constraints. However, we will be back for future needs.

Dont waste your time going here. They are over priced for what you get. If you see or want something you may or may not leave with it.

Cost less is great. Layla was so helpful in helping me pick out the items I needed, if they didnt have it in store she found in a catalog. The prices is great for good qualit. Weirdly enough couldnt get the sales mans attention, when we finally did, we were informed the clearance item we were looking at couldnt be sold as it was the floor model, and we would need to special order and itd take afew weeks. Iow they called something clearance that was a regular item. Not a surprising marketing tool for a cheap warehouse style place, but the whole trip (we live in a nearby town) was a long dragged out waste of time.

Very poor and unreliable service. Did not receive merchandise in a timely manner. Got the run around each time I called them regarding my order. Will not refer this store to friends, family, or anyone else.
