Scott stone was very informative and helpful but not pushy about getting us to purchase the bed. We left the first time without buying and waited until the next day to purchase.
We had decided to go in to the Sleep Number bed store just to look and see what options we had to find the perfect bed. Currently we have a 30 year old spring mattress( didnt realize how uncomfortable our bed was) We were greeted by a gentleman that asked us what we were looking for, my response, a good night sleep. Size king, head able to raise, cooling. He took us to a few beds gave us our options. We bought it. Cant wait for it to arrive next week. This store has very friendly and knowledgeable professional folks.
Great experience.Matt took excellent care of us, showing us all of our options and teaching us what we need to know for our new purchase. He was knowledgeable and patient. They had lots of choices for types of mattresses, bedding for special mattresses, furniture, pillows, and more. I would definitely recommend Sleep Number and this staff to take care of your needs.

My husband surprised me last year with this bed!Not to happy I have tried to explain the problem with it losing air on one side. I have done everything they tell me on the phone... Im so busy with life... well I do still need to fix this problem. Please can someone help me ?I am about to just take the one mattress in to the store (IDK).
Do I love it, well yes, I think so. Is my sleep better, maybe. Its been 2 months. I thought it would be life changing. So far, not really. I spent a lot, like the kind of money you spend on a car and was it worth it? Still not sure. The 100 day guarantee does not include the actual working parts. Just the top mattresses. I want to rave... maybe I still need to get used to it. If I love it more later, I will update my review. Just keeping it real.

My first visit to the Marysville store was in March of 2019. We tested a few beds and decided we liked the smart split king bed. We applied for credit and got approved for 1/3 of the cost. We decided to wait and work on credit rating. We were impressed by the attention we were given. We knew we would buy a sleep number bed. Between October and November, the store owner kept us up to date on sales promotions. The regular email contact was impressive to me. We decided to go in and check out the current promotions in person and decided on a different bed with a few less bells and whistles. We cant shower enough accolades on the staff, they were so helpful to us and made our shopping experience enjoyable.
We spent $5,000 on a bed and it broke after 2 years. We still have to pay for the part. We also have to pay them to fix it or do it ourselves. I will never do business business with sleep number ever again. Spend $5,000 and you get a one year warranty. What a joke.
My husband &I were welcomed &asked what we were interested in then we were pointed in right direction. The young man waiting on us let us explore &answered our questions along the way. Showed us how each bed worked then from our answers directed us to our perfect bed. We both have serious back issues &so it was really important to get it right & he did. We couldnt be happier &are grateful for the time & patience shown to us. We would highly recommend it. Delivery was also great & professional.
My husband and I just bought our 2nd Sleep Number bed. It is so nice that there is finally a store close to us. Greg Roberts, the store manager was our salesman. He was welcoming and professional. He was interested our needs and was very helpful. The whole process was a real pleasure.
Bought the i10 with the base. They didn’t try to up sell and they weren’t pushy. Very friendly. The beds sell themselves but I really enjoyed the experience with the staff. I’m picky and so is my wife so it can be a challenge for someone in retail to deal with us but I felt very appreciated.
Just out here warning people that if you want to return your bed during a trial it is about 400$ and the rep will not say one word during the whole process about it. Should have known it was a ripoff from the start. Bought a bed for 200$ that is twice as good with free shipping. Oh and the guy in the store was flirting with me and gave me his personal phone number... Totally uncalled for, especially cause Im a straight male.....

We were apprehensive about investing so much into a new mattress. We had a older model sleep number bed (gotten from another company like mattress depot) and it was not fitting our needs anymore. We stopped in and worked with Scott at the Marysville store and he was so helpful and didnt pressure us at all on pulling the trigger or trying to sell us the most expensive model. He listened to us about what was important and really steered us to the right direction on what we eventually purchased. Yes these mattresses are expensive, but the huge difference between what my husband needs in a mattress and what I need made a traditional mattress not really work for us, and needed to be able to set our respective sides differently. Im a 30, he is a 45. Looking forward to see if the app can be helpful to improve our sleep.

I should have gone to a different store. Instead of bed training they should try some customer service training. I highly recommend buying a bed, just do it from another location.
