Took nearly 2 hours to service car and I was second car in line.Staff were great, the service just took a long time. I would revisit again due to staffs professionalism, but would not wait again if they are short staffed.

They r always so nice. We picked up our truck from the shop, coming into Marysville it died. The staff were all very nice. We had to wait for 1 hr.

Ive been here many times. The employees are awesome, friendly, honest, and thorough. Its a little pricey for an oil change, but definitely worth it since they check the car for any other issues while theyre at it and even clean your windows, plus the service is super quick.

I went in for an oil change came out with oil change, tires rotated and balanced, 2 filters replaced paying under $150

I was greeted promptly on arrival. There are two bays with two cars at each bay. The line moved fairly quickly so the wait was a nice interlude out of the House. Plastic was placed over the floor mats before service and removed after. The service was explained to me along with pricing. I was in and out without any problems. I would happily go here again.

I had a great time there getting my oil changed after a very bad experience at the Jiffy Lube in Yuba City which made me pull out of there there and go to this one the next day! There are businesses nearby to kill time, they are kind courteous and professional.

Payed for services not rendered ...I was excited to receive professional service as many of the reviews declared..instead I was treated with incompetency. I know how to change My oil and top off fluids in My vehicle but for the convenience of having it done quick and without mess I came here. Theyve neglected to top off simple an easy fluids. Brake fluid / window washer fluid / radiator fluid. Etc...on the printed receipt they indicated that all this was checked and ok..even noted that theres a Crack on my windshield. but upon my own inspection its obvious that its not.. what if I wouldve went on a roadtrip with my radiator fluid been depleted.? My radiator wouldv busted major engine damage..they decided to cheat me out. When I called they said that radiator fluid is extra, But failed to mention to me that it was low and if I wanted to fill it..instead they came to me with a cabin air filter filled with leaves and big sticks trying to charge me 30$ plus to change. I declined, I felt something was shady but this is why I dont let anyone touch my car. I can bet that if I check oil and oil filter that wont have been, professionally changed. stayed tuned for that update.

The lead service tech was a little bit too gung ho about forcing his decisions/assertions upon me about things .. to me and I said something to him and he shot that down and insisted that he was right and he was not but they got it much as well as I wanted and rest of guys are really cool...Oh! Somebody broke the gmheadoff my glow in the dark Ben Kenobi bobblehead I keep on a toys in my truck for my dog sake and I did not get them position to play with my toys and they broke one Im open to suggestions and nobody said

Very friendly service, but the wait was pretty long and the waiting area is very small with no air circulation. Overall I would recommend, but plan to go somewhere else while you wait if you dont want to feel stuck in a cinder block cell with strangers during COVID.

Although it seems that theres a different crew every time I come here (Ive been here probably 6 times in two years), Ive always been treated well, the service has been quick and professional, every step of the way was explained in detail before any additional work was performed. I was also allowed to stay in my car throughout the oil change - so nobody got the chance to touch my stuff...and with this Covid virus, thats a nice option. Ill be back. Thanks.

Went to get my oil changed, I mean they did it but when I got in my car the aux cord was missing...just sad that someone stole something they could get so easily. First time here and was going to bring all the company cars here but not anymore just because they clearly can’t be trusted

I was lied to about how long it was gonna take til they could get to my car. They encouraged me to come on another day. I was there at 3:30. There were 3 cars ahead of me. I then was told to try again in 30 minutes. Came back in 30 minutes. Now there were 4 different cars ahead of me. They told me to wait while 2 cars pulled in & were serviced before me. Message that i got: they dont want my business.Im guessing because its hard to miss a short butch girl walking into your business, looking for a legit service done on her car.No more.Never again at this location. Must be nice to be so blatant in your bigotry.

It was the first time i used Jiffy Lube services, but just like more car services the workers will try to make you pay for more things that you originally wanted to get done. Thats not a surprise of course but after they “fix” the additional problems nothing changed the problem was still there. Waste of time and resources.

Nice service. Coffee in the waiting room. A small location but overall a good shop. They did not change my power steering fluid, but did help it get back to working condition again free of charge.

It took 1 hour from arrival untill departure. Other than the long delays all was done proper...

Just went there for an oil change and the girl checking me in needs a little lesson in customer service. She mumbled everything she said and then when you ask her to repeat it, she had serious attitude. There are plenty of people that need a job out there that I am sure would be much nicer than she is. Needless to say, I left and will not bring my business there again.
