Just go to staples or order online. I found what I needed, but I was patronized for even looking at something else. I understand these are hard times but no need to be rude to your customers who are keeping your business going.

Its an Office Depot. No great surprises here. But, I like Office Depot because they price match, and you also earn discounts for taking in old used toner cartridges. They are always helpful.

Incredibly rude manager who copped attitude with me over a print job I did not submit online due to it not providing me a location other than California- when I wasn’t able to submit the file online I was given an email and confirmation of my price by phone. On arriving, the manager nearly doubled the price charging me an express fee - again something that was not disclosed on the phone. She was clearly annoyed with me and if not for her patronizing manner I may have discussed further submitting online but I just wanted to be done with the transaction and away from her. When I refused to pay the outrageous fee, she snatched my flyers and walked away like she could care less. When I asked for her manager she refused to tell me all the while denying her attitude when a lady with dark curly hair finally spoke up claiming she was her manager. She didn’t seemed phased by her managers conduct and took no responsibility for what I was told on the phone or for where they dropped the ball. Bottom line is I didn’t deserve to be treated that way even if the fee was valid it came off as punitive. I ended up going to the Everett store and had a much better experience- they were invested in my needs and actually cared about my business. Difference was night and day - not sure if this is a franchise situation or all corporate but marysville location needs an attitude adjustment - other reviews reflect the same and this is at the management level. ???

I went to return an item with the receipt and was told they didnt have that item in their stores system and Id have to take it back to the store I purchased it from. So 30 minutes later back to the original store I went where I discovered the first store processed the return transaction as a way to prevent me from getting my cash refund. After checking my receipt it showed the item had been returned already on their computer. So by doing the return transaction at the first store that would mean it is in their system after all. After speaking to the gentleman who gave me my cash refund at the second store he told me they had two of the same product at the Marysville store and they should have given me the refund. Why did this lady try and prevent me from getting my cash back and who is she to make these illiginiment decisions to try and block me from my refund.

We went to print out wedding invitations and the sales associate was amazing. The young man (Ethan) cut our invitations and even recut them for me exactly how I wanted without complaints and even stayed after hours to finish the job. He did an amazing job and was very friendly. He deserves a 5 stars. His manager Michelle on the hand deserves a zero stars. She was so condescending towards him and completely talked down to him. She yelled at him for the way he was cutting the invitations yet it was his first time cutting them. I feel terrible for all those associates to have such a disrespect and inconsiderate person as their manager. So disgusting to see a manager treating the employees like garbage.

HORRIBLE customer service at the copy center. The “manager” of the copy center is very sarcastic and unaccommodating. I have never written a review but this situation was compelling. Go elsewhere.

Bad customer service!!! Had employee come over while I was looking at ink for my printer and comparing to Amazon and other stores. She flat out told me, Amazon always beats our price so dont bother buying it here. So I left and will not go back. There ink was actually cheaper by $10.00, but obviously they dont need or want my business.

I purchased a three hundred dollar desk at the office Depot in smokey point Washington on March 29, 2018 at 7pm. During the process of purchase, the staff members Daniel and Mary were extremely condescending and disrespectful during my visit. Daniel rolled his eyes and sighed with disbelief when I asked him to help me put a desk in my car. If they are expected to provide excellent customer support, the both of them should rethink their employment elsewhere. This place and its employees are a joke.Sincerely, non returning customer.

This store has horrible customer service. Manager and Cashiers are rude and disrespectful to customers. Manager and cashier was trying to steal my papers that I had it fax in there contain my personal information. Very very bad customer service at this store. Dont go to shop there if you dont want bad experience from shopping from this store! This store need to be shut down Manager and cashier try to steal customers personal information and papers!

I went in around closing time looking for a back pack that would fit my laptop. Now up to the register was fine. A costomer service supervisor and a sales associate just accompanied me while I was making my consideration. Now after about two minutes one of the sales associate pulls a swiss gear back pack from the bottom shelf and says its $60. We took it that back pack to the front and began ringing it up. Of course the back pack rang up $90. So the the front end assosiated called for an overide on the price and the customer service supervisor went to check the tag. After checking the tag the customer service supervisor came back and started accusing me of putting the back pack there with giving the situation for a discount. Now I responded with something alongs the lines of dont think I put it back there. It doesnt matter, if you want we can go with another back pack? And customer service supervisor replies with NO you put it there. She and the sales associate was standing right there for the entire deciding presses. And it was the sales associate who suggested that back pack in the first place. He would have seen me put the back pack in the wrong place and wouldnt have suggested it.
