This is normally my favorite grocery store in Marysville with employees I know and they are so friendly. Today I someone new and they would not bag my 3- 6 packs of ensure. I requested she bag them and she rolled her eyes and put them in one with total attitude. I get bags are 8 cents. That doesnt mean you are the bag police. When I went to complain at customer service they apologized but said this whole bag thing is hard on all of us. I said that is no excuse. I had no problem with the fee, but I was using food stamps. She proceeded to tell me if I brought my own bags I could avoid this. She missed my whole point. Cashiers are not environmental police!! Bags are 8 cents, FINE. Bag my groceries so I can carry them please!!

Nice store and appreciate the staff pointing out when I dropped a dollar bill. Very good establishment.

Its a good grocery store. The deli had good options. There is a Starbucks kiosk in the front. Many employees have been there a long time, so its nice to see familiar faces at the checkout. The parking lot can get a little sketchy late at night.

One of the only Albertsons locations left in the area and I love visiting a store that hasnt changed since I was a little girl shopping with my parents. Now my littles shop here with me and thats special.

When I parked in the parking lot of the store I found a small gray cart in the return cart rack so I took that into the store to shop with it. I love the small carts so I was happy that I had found one. About a half hour into my shopping an employee of the store came up to me and told me that I was using a “go back cart”, and insisted that I needed to exchange it for a different cart. I told her I found it in the cart rack outside with no sign indicating that it was a special cart of any kind and that I was almost done shopping. A few minutes later, Heather came back to where I was in the store with an almost identical cart of a different color, and told me I had to transfer my groceries into that cart because I was using a “go back cart”. I can’t say enough how annoying and not only convenient, but rude this was. I decided that was enough shopping for me and transferred my items over to make her happy and checked out. Next time I’ll just leave the items in the cart so she has something “to go back with “ so the urgent need for the cart can get used right away. Obviously it’s much more important than good customer service, or store sales.It’s time for this employee to get re-trained in customer service.

The lady at the customer service desk was SO RUDE to me! I asked a simple question and she put her hand in my face and said IM HELPING A CUSTOMER loudly and i just felt the hand in face was unnecessary. I asked to talk to a manager and explain what happened and the manager just gave me a blank stare like she did not care! If stores didnt have shoppers the employees wouldnt have JOBS they need to be more respectful and nice.

If you only buy stuff that is on sale the prices are good. Their regular prices seem high to me. Their hours are great and store is always empty early or late. During the day it gets crowded.

Albertsons is Safeway. Use your Safeway card here. Nice fresh fruit selection and prepackaged, flowers all watered even tho is WA near 100 degrees. Kudos

My family loves thier donuts and go to get them every once in awhile, they always have what we need but its priced higher than most places. Still a coo place though

They never have donuts, ive been trying to get some bulk donuts everyday for a week now. I even called the bakery. I guess ill be going back to walmart.

Safeway/Albertsons. A grocery store chain that caters to the many locals and visitors. Just be careful after dark due to homeless and other creepy crawlys that come put after 9p. Good prices and selection on most items.

Awesome sale on meat. Some was buy one package get one free. The guy that check out my groceries was friendly. Good change of pace from where I have been shopping.

I dont care for the parking lot. Wish they had more cart returns and didnt use up so many spaces for pick up. Staff is nice. Prices are a little higher than QFC.

This store is huge, it has great selection and its very competitive in prices. Not only those things, but it is open 5am to 1 am, and shopping does not seem to get overly crowded, self service line has more stations than most any other store I have seen. Then on top of that, the employees are very willing to help and present as genuinely likable!

Staff are friendly and helpful, beware the restrooms however (this is Marysville)

Whenever I come to Marysville I always shop at Safeway and completely pass by Albertsons. Maybe its because I dont even see it until I pass by it (Dairy Queen is in front of it). BUT from now on I will stop by here - the staff helped my find some organic food I was looking for (very helpful) and their deli meats were much better than Safeway. I would recommend better signage because its hard to see coming off the freeway on 4th Street.

Nice store, good selection and friendly staff! Unfortunately, the store is located in a not so desirable area. There is almost always homeless (druggies?) hanging around outside the door and in the parking lot.

Albertsons is a grocery store chain that is associated with a few other chains out there, so they have similar deals all the time. This location has a very large parking lot in front, pretty good service inside and usually have their shelves stocked with items. Lines here can get pretty long since its in a busy area, so be ready to wait sometimes or try to shop on the off times when people dont go to the stores.

I consider it my store. I can find help if I need it, get answers, etc. I was disappointed that there wasnt any 64 oz French Vanilla Creamer, apparently the store commonly runs out.

I just want to give a huge shout out to this Albertsons pharmacy for doing a such a great job with getting vaccination appointments available and completed! I also want to say that pharmacist Rhyse (not sure of the spelling) is really kind and competent and made the whole vaccination experience wonderful! Also, nice job Albertsons patrons - every single person I saw in the store was masked and that helped to lower my anxiety. :)

I been going here to Albertsons for decades. I even remember the store had a renovation and expansion in the 1990s. I remember when Albertsons had those large Supermarket carts where the top lifted up. They used to not have a pharmacy. Albertsons also used to have a club card.

Parking is interesting. Transients sitting out front but they dont bug you for anything. Good selection and service.

This store is always clean and the employees are kind and helpful.

Its my go to store most convenient is Albertsons and Safeway both are great I love the friendly happy helpful employee @ both stores and if 1 of these stores are out of something I need I can go to the next and most likely get what I need Albertsons has indoor shopping right now with keeping a good distance and Safeway has indoor and online shopping with curbside pickups

The store is fine... Its a grocery store, you can buy stuff there. Not much to review there. With one exception... If hepatitis C is on your grocery list, you can easily pick it up in their disgusting bathroom.

The only reason this review has two stars instead of one is because I used to like the store, however with the virus now people seem to be getting lazy with their masks. Particularly around food. I saw someone with a mask around her chin only behind the deli counter and someone with a mask down under her nose who was making coffee at the Starbucks spot. I get that it’s hard to wear a mask all day however you should feel lucky you have a job many of us don’t. Wear your masks. Especially around FOOD!

Easy to navigate thru the store to find the items your looking for, always super friendly staff.

Went in to grab 3 items. It took over 25 minutes to find them and one of them still isnt what I was looking for. Where do you keep your garlic butter? Because its sure isnt the butter isle, or the dairy isle, the bakery section, the bread isle, or the condiment section. Same goes for minced garlic. Not in the canned veggies isle, or the pasta, or the condiments isle. Wouldve asked someone but the only workers I saw in the whole store were the 2 checkers and the butcher.Only go here if your desperate or want a scavenger hunt.

I used to live in Seattle. I developed a prejudice against Albertson stores there being under par. Less than clean, nearly bad produce, expired best by date on bread, etc. i didnt find any of that at the Marysville location.Marysville Albertsons though was a refreshingly different experience. My husband pulled in on way home for a last minute pick up. I was hesitant, but it was really clean, produce looked great, milk cartons werent dirty, and bread had amlst two weeks left on best before dates. I will definitely add this location to places i am willing to shop.

Clean, well stocked, competitive prices. Member Rewards & gas points. Even better in store coupons & lower prices When you download & use the Albertsons app. I got a free 10lb bag of potatoes last week.

Great service as expected from Albertsons. Friendly helpful staff, was even able to use the restroom late at night which is a big deal around these parts. Didnt even feel like i was gonna get an std in restroom as it was clean and in order. Store was full on products, items faced shelves full and in order. Love the cheap chicken mondays. Not best area but Albertsons doesnt put up with bs, so parking lot clean as the store and no problems there either.
