I dropped in completely unexpected with a muffler barely hanging on. There were vehicles on the rack, but they worked me in for an inspection and estimate right away. I was expecting to hear i needed a full exhaust system replacement to the tune of $1000. They reassured me we could get by with far less. The most outstanding quality in their service was the integrity to treat me fairly, getting me on the road with only the repairs needed. I feel I can trust Pro-Rite and I will be back. Thank you.

Place came highly recommended for muffler repair but I can’t say I’ll go back. They did the cat back on my car but somehow failed to see the hole near the header. So my exhaust still leaks. The work they did do is good quality but since they didn’t actually fix the problem I just feel taken advantage of.

Pro-Rites customer service is amazing. They were able to get me an appointment quickly the same day I called. They were quick with the work and did an outstanding job for an amazing price.
