I called MCI based on a recommendation from a nearby business. Jeff answered the phone and I explained my issue (A/C wasnt working correctly) and the fact that I didnt have a ride and I needed it checked while I waited. He told me he could check it that day, and gave me a time. He had me pull the car right into the shop, did his thing, and in about 40 minutes, I had ICE COLD air. He took the time to explain to me exactly what he did and how they typically fail as well. I couldnt be happier with the service I received, and MCI has my business from now on. Thanks Jeff!
