We have used this company previously for two buildings at our home. We bought another boat and needed a building to park & protect the boat. We contracted with them to have another buiilding installed; we booked an order and placed a 10% deposit on May 10, 2021. At that time we were told they were 8-10 wks out; we were okay with waiting. After 12-14 weeks we contacted them because we had not heard anything! Not a word. We were told it would be another 2-4wks. We contacted them again today: Oct 25, 2021 now we are told the price of metal has gone up. They have had our deposit since 5/10/21! What was the deposit used for? Where is customer service?? WHY HAVE THEY COMMUNICATED WITH US? They even told us that they are installing buildings that were contracted after our May 10 date. So now they want us to cancel our order because they will lose money! What a rip off! Beware of this company! Extremely unprofessional and every time you call, you talk with someone different, there does not seem to be anyone taking responsibility for the actions of such unprofessionals. Where does the buck stop?

We ordered our metal carport from here. The actual order was initially fine. When we placed the order the carport would be installed in 6-8 weeks (time quoted over the phone). We paid the deposit and received an emailed invoice which had 8-10 weeks for installation hand written. Fast forward to 10 weeks and my husband calls them to check on the status because we have heard NOTHING. They tell us the holdup is with the installation crew and gives us their number and tells us to reach out to them. The man named Chris says he’s not installing till at least weeks 12-14 because he can’t keep good workers. But tells my husband he’ll call if there’s a cancellation. Which brings us to now. Week 17. Chris the installer calls on Friday 7/9 and says due to cancellations he has our metal and an open time for ‘late morning’ on 7/10. We cancel our plans and get all cars and camper pulled out and ready and wait. And wait. And wait. At 11:15 we text to see what’s going on. He states they got a late start and are loading up and on the way. At 2:40 pm since they hadn’t showed up yet we texted again. At 3:30 they text back and said the actual installation crew should have reached out and been in contact. Turns out after multiple calls and texts that the crew was broken down and not able to come out at all. And we get it, accidents happen. But absolutely NO COMMUNICATION!!!! They tell us they will be at our house at 10am on 7/11.This morning at 9:30 the crew text says they will be 20-30 minutes late. At 11:45 my husband calls the installation manager or whoever ( Chris) No answer - And still at 10pm he has yet to return our call. We call the crew, they are getting the trailer and will be at our house in 35 minutes. They didn’t show up until 2:30. Then we are assured it will only be a couple hours to install. It took them 7 hours. While one of the guys was a super hard worker the other guy was puking all over our yard and they left cigarette butts everywhere.You have no control over who installs and my suggestion would be to completely stay away from this place!!!If metal prices were not 30% higher we would have cancelled the entire thing! The absolute WORST experience we have ever had with a company!!!!

Worst Mechanic shop I ever been. They charged me $268 and couldnt solve the problem. Already had purchase $175 in parts and still dont know what it was. They were guessing what the problem was. Took the car to the dealer and in 20 minutes and $100 they solve the problem. I wonder if the mechanics are ASE certified or graduated from the Mickey Mouse University? Um, wonder which one?

They have always given me quick thorough service with a friendly attitude. I only have good things to say about the service and employees.

Neal’s has great customer service they just lack in having folks that know how to fix cars the first time. Every time I’ve been there I had to take back again or I just found someone else how could do it the first time. If they had more knowledgeable mechanics I would go back in a heartbeat.

This place is the coolest mom and pop place you will ever visit . The service is always a warm welcome and a smile. The head mechanic CAM is always trying to answer any questions you might have with just a simple ask to speak to him. The owner Neal is a great guy as well. I know alot about cars and maintenance I just dont have the time to do it myself. I can simply drop off and pick up. Top notch work and 1/2 of the dealership prices. I bring my 2007 Toyota Camry here and they have had it purring like a kitten for the past 200k miles.

Neal and his guys just finished up an air conditioning charge for an new Old Air Products unit on my 68 Chevy Stepside retrofitted into a non-ac cab.
