I went to Stevenson Tires to get a tire patched which is normaly $17.00. Randy told me that my tire was to far gone to be patched. He told me he had a used tire that was exactly what was on the Jeep to begin with when I bought it. He said, just pay the $17.00 for a patch & Ill give you the used tire. Im on a budget & that really helped me out a lot. This is an honest tire shop with good people. I cant recommend these guys enough. When I have the money for a new set Stevenson Tire Co. will get my business.

The kind and and friendly folks at Stevenson have taken care of my familys tire needs for 3 generations. I never have even the slightest doubt or moment of concern with the advice or counsel on tire and alignment issued. Whenever I get I new used car I always stop by for them to assess the tires and recommend if and when I should replace, rotate or balance, etc. They have taken care of my RV tires, trailer and mower tires. They treat me better than any customer could ever ask for.

Everyone there was very nice, honest, and professional. I could tell how hardworking they are, as they were extremely busy when I came in to get my tires balanced... they said it would be an hour before they even get to me, but I already paid and was sitting in my truck in a little less than an hour. So, they got to me, did the job, brought me my key, checked me out, and I was leaving at least a half hour earlier than expected. Im going back there from now on.

Best tire place in Alcoa/Maryville. Last year they fixed a slow leak and rebalanced another tire and didnt charge me anything. Just had 4 new tires mounted and TPMS replaced for a great price. Just get there early because they are busy. Youd be crazy to go anywhere else.

Quick testimony: My wife and I recently drove 100s of miles for a weekend getaway and with our luck we ran over a massive screw at our chalet causing our tire to become fully flat in minutes. I researched best tire place in Townsend and Stevenson Tire was the first to pull up. I am extremely impressed with how quickly I got in and out not wasting hours of our time on our getaway at a tire shop. They were professional and extremely affordable when it comes to pricing. I have been going to Stevenson Tire for years and they have always been fair, knowledgeable and helpful at a reasonable price. Today however they went above and beyond. I have been working on a car that was gifted to me by a family member and was trying to get it fixed up for my daughter. I was installing the brakes (pads, rotors, etc.) and my back went out after installing the first set. I took it to Stevenson Tire and they inspected the install I had done and installled the other three. In additon to that they mounted new tires on wheels and installled them all for a very reasonable price. What a Blessing it was for me and my family! Many thanks to all of the staff at Stevenson. I have been a customer of this business and will remain loyal. If you want quality work from an honest, open, and hard working staff that has integrity then this is the place you want to bring your business. Kudos to Stevenson Tire!

I would leave zero stars if I could, purely from today.I have gotten about 3 sets of tires here, and never had an issue. Until today. I am having a rough patch in my life, my baby is disabled and it’s like every turn something else. Recently I seen that my tires were beyond bald. I was recently funded through a local organization, who had agreed to pay for my car new tires! What a blessing. Well a week later, the check is still no where to be found.I was advised by the organization to go Stevenson and ask if they received the check.RANDY JACKSON, approached me and was very hostile. I ask him if he has received a check for the tires (in which he doesn’t even look)I just replied with, it’s fine, it is a government assistance, and the check will be tracked.He then STARTS YELLING ME! Telling me “WHAT YOU’RE NOT GOING TO DO ACCUSE ME” then, “GET OUT” “YOU NEED TO LEAVE”Very unprofessional. I was not accusing, I was just letting him know the check can be tracked down if it’s cashed. I didn’t say he cashed it. Before today, I would recommend Stevenson Tire, but not after Randy was very rude and very unprofessional.

I have been a customer for 25+ years and have never been disappointed. Outstanding service, great customer relations, best prices on tires, and I truly appreciate their recommendations on the best tires for my vehicles. Several tire stores between my residence and Stevenson Tire, and some more conveniently located, but Stevenson Tire is definitely my store of choice.

Scheduled an alignment for 10am on a Wednesday when I got there they took the car and started working on it. It was nice to have a place make an appointment and actually start the work when they said they would. Then after the alignment they got me two new tires and I was out of the store within an hour and a half total. The price was fair too. I will definitely return.

Love them here! They are super quick, sure you get you in and out in a hurry anddddddddd the staff is very friendly. This is my go to tire place! They are like one of the few places in Maryville who has Nitrogen for my tires 🙂

This place is amazing. Went in for an alignment, employee brought me out to my truck, showed what I needed to fix on it first and why he couldnt do the alignment. He was very knowledgeable and spoke to me like a human being. I may not have gotten anything done that trip, but they made a return customer out of me.

7/16/18 was my first trip to Stevenson. My former retailer went out of business and I had an emergency with 2 flats. All the folks at Stevenson were friendly and helpful. They solved my issues in about an hour after having to order parts and they did NOT charge enough. Yes, you read that correctly! I highly recommend this company!

My mom used to take our cars here as a single mother back in the 70s and 80s. They were always willing to work with her to get our cars fixed on a limited budget. Back then they called you by your name when you walked through the door and treated you like family. Even as a little guy I used to like going in there!!! Went back recently for a brake job, alignment, and new tires. 40 years later and they still treat you like family. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable folks who dont try to sell ya what you dont need. I was really impressed with the workmanship and integrity of the crew there. I wont be taking my car anywhere else! Its good to know there are still honest businesses like this operating in our little corner of the world.

This is the best place in Blount County to get tires (IMHO). Lifetime tire rotation with purchase. They super nice and helpful. I have found that they give a good honest opinion for what you need. Have purchased tires from them for 4 different vehicles. Very happy. Also they have an excellent brake/alignment guy who is less expensive than most other places. I have had them change brake pads twice and very happy.
