These guys are top notch. They stopped what they were doing to help me out when they were behind there deadline. Even though it only took five minutes and they werent even the correct kind of so to fix the windshield problem I had, there excellent customer service means Ill be coming back. Cannot say enough good things about this place. They installed a front and rear dash cam for us. They started at exactly the time we had scheduled and finished before they had estmated. Their shop is clean, the waiting area is clean, stocked with snacks, television so the 1 1/2 hour was quite pleasant.They consulted with us on every decision to be made, i.e., positioning the cameras. Friendly and professional was far from the vibe i got. I had questions about a install i wanted done and was just told when i decided what i wanted come back and make a appointment. Seemed too busy and irritated with whatever project he was trying to work on to take the time to discuss some options and help me figure out what it is that i did want that would work best with the space i had.

The experience started out great..install of my new dash kit and radio was quick..scraps of the install was left in the floor of the passages side & I felt lost having to learn just how everything worked! Recently moved to the Maryville, TN area and found this place through the Internet. Gave them a call and spoke with shop owner Shaggy, set up a time and met him over at the shop. He addressed my situation in a quick period of time even though he was in the middle of a prior job. I just needed both of the Amps in my car remounted, so it was nothing major.Shaggy didnt try selling me anything I didnt need or tell me something was blown and I was gonna have to buy new equipment. He simply addressed my situation in a very professional & prompt way, I paid him and I was on my way all in about 15 mins. Man this is where i wish i went 1st,Shaggy is more experince than previous installer,anybody got aLS430 UL if you want to put a sub in it to hit hard prepaired 1 to lose a lot of trunk space 2 gonna need 1K plus amp just for the sub amp,because you have 3 walls back there to keep your rear ac unit quiet yes theres ac unit back there,plus an cooler to keep things cold,Shaggy wasnt trying to sell me anything,he put a port on the rear deck an gained 5db but my amp is too small to deliver anything to the front in the trunk its hitting hard but i cant sit in the trunk,thanks Shaggy for what u done it helped a whole lot

Great sounding system installed fast and courteous service

I took my wakeboard boat to have the guys tell me why a couple of my speakers were distorted. Shaggy the owner listened very attentively as I described the problem. He immediately told me a couple of things that might be wrong. I left the boat with him and within a few hours he called and told me the problems. I gave him the go ahead and the results are phenomenal. I had no idea my sound system could ever sound that clear and loud. He also coated all the ends of my new wires with a spray that resists water. We have used the boat twice since he worked his magic on it. My friends are blown away with the system now. I even had 1 boat pull up to me while we were swimming behind the boat and tell us he was across the cove we were in and it sounded like he was right beside us. Shaggy is incredible his knowledge of radios and how to get the most out of them is amazing. I will never go anywhere else. He will soon be installing lights on my tower and some underwater lights as well. Also he just put an automatic remote starter on my wifes Infiniti Q50s as well. Another perfect job and my wife is very happy.

Had a dvd player put in my wifes suv. They added a monitor in the rear view mirror for my wife to see what she was doing when controlling dvd player for my young children so she does not have to stop car or lean her head back into second row. Also had hdmi cable run to center console so can hookup other media devices. In my truck I got a receiver that has apple car play and can play DVDs or even videos and netflix from my phone or any other device. Both systems came out looking perfect due to Shaggys attention to detail and knowledge of new products.
