Best phone repair in denton tx!!! highly recomend!

I thought you would have been as blessed to fix our phone on the same day. The 2 stars is a personal opinion . You did say that you could order what I needed and it would be shipped within a few days. That is a good standard for your business. When I located your store I thought it was a business that had everything ready. But once again you are quick to fix an issue so here its your 5 stars.

Very nice people. They helped my daughter get the new iPhone, ya kn the new ones that come out every other week, all the kids just gotta have! Best price out of all the local retailers I could find. Ill definitely be going back, they even bought her old phone!!!

Id bought a ps four at a good price ps four was good shape no issues at all and no one else in town even has any systems but they have good used xboxs playstations ...but mainly what impressed me was I bought it on a Saturday and a tv also ..the tv had issues but instead of making me wait until.monday like any other place would of done ..they brought a replacement to my front door ...no extra charge ..and they even picked me up to come to the store and look at their inventory and dropped me off at home ..I dont have a car thats why ..but still thats what I call customer service ..very friendly and professional..and they had everything there game systems ..computers, phones tablets the whole thing ..and said if I had any issues theyll fix em...so my guess is as long as you arent trying to be shady theyll.take care of ya ...thats my experience doing all this on a Sunday is what got me ..so I told em Id write my review here it is ..Id recommend going there thats where Im going for anything I need electronics related

Ive been coming to this place for months, Ive been using his services for all my cell phone and electronic problems, hes always been straight forward about everything. When he needed to order parts for the two times I needed them, I was patient knowing he was waiting as well. He runs a good business and his prices are way more reasonable than they should be. He is always reliable, and always available. I recommend his service over any retailer, and having him in Maryville is way more convenient than any other places you can go to.

Bad ownership

Don’t let Apple waste your time and steal your money with their horrible customer service and ridiculous prices. I cracked my screen on an iPhone 7, Apple said I would mail it to them, it would take an estimated 7-9 days, then mail it back for an absurd $150. I walked into this store told them my problem, they fixed it in minutes and I walked out paying only $100 which included the fix, a screen protector and a tip. The screen has been great and I was informed that if I had any issues with the screen itself (not cracks) to come back. This is honestly the best experience with any tech repair shop/service I’ve ever had. Don’t let the slightly sketchy shop front and messy room scare you off, this is a gem of a shop.

Andrew is very knowledgeable of all models of phones. He is very honest and he gives great advice in regards to fixing/trading phones of any kind.

If I could leave no stars I would. I paid for a iPhone 7+ for the replacement of my iPhone 7 and $120. He gave me a loaner phone for the time being because he gave me A phone that wasn’t working and when I took that back he stated he was going to give me my iPhone 7+. the loaner phone had issues as far as the battery and the front camera wasn’t working. He spent days without giving me my phone and when I wanted my money back he became upset. He told me he wasn’t giving me anything back. Don’t go to him he’s A scammer!!!!! He also sells broken phones so you can come back and “fix” them. You might as well buy A new phone.

I have bought my Iphone se from andrew along with him being in the midst of working on my apple watch. Andrew is a very reasonable and nice person and he is always there to help. He had always been very fast to fix things and charges very little for his repairs. I would definately recomend him

I really recommend Andrew for your electronics hes very good at what he does and when things that are needed for you device or any kind of electronic you bring in that needs to be ordered and cant be done that day he always makes sure his customers are happy and satisfied before they leave its a very friendly environment and Andrew is a very nice guy and is easy to talk to and never cuts corners he makes sure you get the best deal at the best price I really recommend this store over any other electronics store or phone retailer store.
