Most staff is great per store especially this one but a good bit of the customers need to learn patience, respect, and manners.

Nothing against the stores themselves but the corporate headquarters is a joke. I sent 2 emails and called 3 times to try to get a double charge sorted out and talked to two different people who had no idea what they were talking about. Just kept telling me the same wrong information over and over. Had to call my bank who agreed with me. They said the same thing that I was trying to get over to corporate. Itll be fixed by morning with or without them. They can deal with the consequences of uneducated employees filling chairs.

Need to learn the laws. All i have to do is show ID not have you scan it. You shope owners are not above the law! Learn it before you preach it!!!!!!
