I walked up to the counter looking to get me and my kid a chocolate chip cookie cake for his mother’s birthday. The customer service from Abi (or Abigail) was quite lacking in the happiness department. (Sorry I forgot her name) she was handing over the cake, which was already super hard and had very little icing, and coughed all over the box. She didn’t even have her mask on and they wouldn’t let me request another cake or get a refund which I heard they were big on if you’re not satisfied. From then on all I heard was her get in a drama war with a coworker and I decided to call it quits and let them keep my money. Pathetic. Went to brewsters instead! It was awesome!

Customer service was lacking when purchasing a cookie cake $$. I had to close the box and secure the tabs for stability as the clerk walked to the back of the store. The cookie cake was good as usual.

Use to be my favorite place to get cookies, and cakes, but the staff lately is nothing but young rude girls, very unprofessional, ignore the customers, have attitude problems when you try to place the order, especially the really tall skinny girl who works afternoons .... Managment needs to stop by more often and see how they really treat the customers

Went to get a cookie and a cup of water. The older lady said cup of ice or bottle I said cup with ice. She gave me a cup of ice and wouldn’t put water in it and said “everyone likes our ice you fill it up yourself”

I got two of their M&M double doozies and the cookies were hard. But other than that they are Amazing

The cookie co did an amazing job in February on my daughters sweet 16 cookie and again last week with my mothers birthday cookie. They were made and decorated exactly as described and were very friendly and great to work with.

This is the second time they have messed up my cake order. I requested a sugar cookie cake for my little girls 4th birthday and they did not put any sugar sprinkles on the cake. It also tasted undercooked. It’s frustrating when you pay extra for something and it’s wrong. When I asked if they could fix the issue they said a manager would have to call me back and if they were to make another correct cake for me they would have to charge me for it. No one ever called.

I have had GAC since I was a child! I love them....all of them even the brownies are good, 🤔 wished they sold milk though that would be awesome 😉. Now I take my kids to get cookies here.....it would be nice to have one now as a matter of fact 🙄. Im kindly shocked that theres not that many reviews.
