We first had our kitchen counters done and when I saw the men bringing them in tears came came from my eyes because they were so beautiful. I was so happy with my new counter tops. A good business and even better people.I used Maryville Top Shop on a small project recently involving a bathroom vanity top. They were direct and up front about the timeline for finishing the top. Good businesses stay busy and Maryville Top Shop is no different. They quoted 3-4 weeks. Fortunately, they finished it ahead of schedule. I picked up the top and took it home. About a week later I got around to installing it. That is when I found out that the dimensions/measurements were not what I expected. I was convinced that it was Maryville Top Shops fault, so I took the top back and asked for a replacement. I spoke in depth with Trey Walker. He was professional, polite and answered every question I had. Trey and I did not agree on everything, but he listened and provided his perspective and a reasonable explanation. It turns out that there was a miscommunication and, to be completely honest, I had some blame in the miscommunication. After a long discussion, we reached a resolution and it is my opinion that Trey went above and beyond to make things right. I have the utmost respect for people that operate like Trey and Maryville Top Shop. I recommend Maryville Top Shop without reservation and will be sure to use them on future projects, both large and small.

Great experience. Autumn listened to what we wanted, showed us many samples, then suggested a totally different look. We loved it and went with it! Slate gray granite which is perfect in our kitchen. Measurement was done very professionally. Installation went smoothly and they worked hard to get the correct color of adhesive for the seam. Love love love our counter.

[2020]Weve done it again! We moved to a new house and of course the Top Shop was on the list call for our renovations. This time we went big with a full kitchen remodel and the Top Shop guided us through the whole process. Darlene worked with us for the design and we ended up with awesome soapstone tops and all new cabinets. Im not quite done with it but Ill add some pictures (Ive still got to do backsplash, lighting, and trim work)[2017]We had granite and quartz installed in our home, what a great experience! The process was very quick, they came and took measurements and shortly after delivered and installed the tops. They have a great selection and show room that I recommend checking out, great for ideas to help you pick colors and designs. We had such a great experience that we are having them do our tops for my office building.

Had a very unique interior where the countertop needed to be cut around a tree, they did a phenomenal job very professional. Heather Wilson was top notch as a kitchen consultant would definitely do business with them again in fact even my mom used them when they moved here from California two weeks ago, because she loved their work so much.

Investing in a new kitchen can be such a daunting experience. There are so many variables that you must walk through and at times it can be completely overwhelming. This is why I am so glad we chose the Top Shop to custom fab our new tops. As soon as we stepped into their show room, we were quickly greeted by the staff and then our kind sales man took us out to look at their materials. He was extremely knowledgeable about every slab we looked at; from their origins to their mineral property. This made us feel confident in our slab choice. Next in the process was we had them come out and measure. The gentleman that came out was extremely knowledge and thorough. Lastly, the install was swift and easy. I work for this company, which might make you think I’m biased, but what that really means is that I have all the insider information and I see the way that the owners handle the business. The truth is that this is a family owned and run business. There are no absent bosses trying to run things without knowledge of the every day comings and goings. The owners and family work here every single day that we are open, often late into the night.The people who work here go out of their for the customers. The salespeople truly care about each person that comes in, and work hard to get them exactly what they want at the best possible price. The fabricators do their absolute best to do seams in the least obvious places, making sure to match up the stone on either side of the seam so that they vein match as best as possible. Our installers are considerate of people’s homes and do everything they can to make sure that every install is perfect.Do we always get it right? No, we don’t. But I assure you that we will do all that we possibly can to give you everything that you dream of for your home. It is never about the bottom line or making a dollar here, it really is about knowing that we have made our customers truly happy.

The Maryville Top Shop was wonderful to do business with. From our initial contact with Destiny to the second of two installations everyone was knowledgeable and professional and extremely friendly.We started out purchasing a kitchen countertop. As the size we needed required the purchase of two slabs of quartz, Destiny suggested that we measure our bathroom that we were planning to remodel after the kitchen. The measurements allowed us to use the remainder of the second slab. We were not ready for the bathroom remodel immediately, so Destiny told us that the Top Shop would hold the quartz for us until we were ready for it.Seven months later we called the Top Shop to arrange for the bathroom counter installation. We were pleasantly surprised that Destiny recognized our phone number and said she was ready to set us up for our bathroom countertop. The measurement guru came out to get the measurements, we went into the store to select the sinks we wanted and pay for the second installation, and three weeks later, our beautiful countertop was in place.This is a great company to deal with and will recommend them to everyone we know who is needing a countertop. Very rude owners there empoyee ran my cable line down and when I called to inform them about the situation and how I work from home and the cable company cant fix it for 4 days and I lost my pay during this tough time of covid I wasnt looking for nothing more than a apology and but the lady said its not her problem and hung up on me so I wouldnt recommend them to anyone if this is how they treat people not very honorable if you ask me

Beautiful stone countertops at reasonable prices

I had my countertops replaced in my kitchen. My cousin recommended Maryville Top Shop but did warn that they had to come back to fix a problem that had occurred with their install.I ended up paying $1500 more than the estimate I was given. I understand the estimate is just that and until a measurement is done they can’t know for sure, however on the day of install they called to tell me I would need three support brackets for my bar, why am I just now being told that when someone has been out twice to measure.Customer service could use some work, just kinda have this snarky attitude and if your sales person is off don’t expect anyone in the office to help you.The hole drilled for my faucet is not symmetrical with the sink or the middle of the slab, not to noticeable unless your looking.One area that was glued together doesn’t look seem less, the other piece of granite looks very different than the slab it’s connecting to, so not putting the blame on them.Overall I’m pretty happy with my countertops.

Great showroom

The shop s employees need better training from inspecting the slabs for scratches, proper measuring and proper installation. A man leaned against my island countertop today and the top, including the sink and drains moved 2 inches. If this countertop had been installed properly, it would not have moved. Disgusted with the workmanship.

When my husband and I decided to update our out of date counter tops we went to Maryville Top Shop on the recommendation of family and friends. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. They showed us many different options to help us make the best decision for our kitchen. After we picked out what we wanted they came over within a day or so to measure and we had our new countertops shortly after. Their work was flawless and looks great, we couldn’t be more satisfied! Very professional staff from management all the way to the install team!

Very Impressed with Maryville Top Shop. I worked with them for countertops on our kitchen remodel this past summer. I worked specifically with Lili, who was very easy to communicate with and always had my best interest at heart. Their prices were very competitive and the customer service (Lili) was outstanding. Maryville Top Shop will be my first call when it comes time for my next countertop needs.

The people are so wonderful to work with nothing but a great experience from top to bottom. They did all of our vanities and kitchen cabinets and counter tops.

Generally good experience with the Fabrication and Install crew but less so with the Sales and Ownership side. Dont expect much direct conversation with anyone but Trey if you have an issue. Starting with the quote from your designers detailed and demensionalized drawings you would think Autimn knew exactly what she was quoting. Even laying it out with tape in the yard A full slab. Gave us a price. Paid it the a week later..... Gosh Its gonna be $600.00 more. We didnt realize that the top was gonna be so big.... Soon as they bank the money a slow Email response is about the best they will do. A bit of damage to the top from their wheel system.. oh well thats on you Mr. customer. An uneven edge at a seam... hummm thats too bad but it meets our industry standards. We were patient about fabrication issues and delays. So heres how we are rewarded for a 6,000.00 investment... sorry we cant help youth those issues in a Email... Nice! Think twice.

My third Maryville Top Shop project and just as before, wonderful service and quality. They are my go-to granite installer.

They had a really wide selection of tops available and the customer service was excellent, especially lily, she took a lot of time to help me out and figure out exactly what I needed.

This was a laminate for laminate countertop replacement job. Supposedly a two week turn around for order and cutting. Salesperson called a week after the countertop was supposed to have been ordered and tells me the color I had picked out from their sample board had been discontinued for 2 years. So I went in that day and just picked out something they already had in stock so it wouldnt delay the project another week...or two. The install was then set up for the following week @ 10 am.Day of install at 10:30..no show, no call! I called them at 10:30 to check on the install. I was told a truck had broke down and they would be 2 hours or so late. Yet no one had even made a courtesy call to let me know that or to see if I would be still be available that late! Luckily I was actually off work that entire day..so I waited. 3 hours later they show up. Once they had the old c/top out and tried to place the new one in, their cuts were off and it wouldnt fit properly. It then took 4 hours of finagling and trimming on site, which included cutting my tile behind my stove to finally get it in. Once they had left I noticed an almost 3/4 inch gap in my cabinets where they apparently moved them to adjust to their mistakes in the original size cuts. I am not a satisfied customer at all!

Had a double vanity countertop installed. Vanity sink is 2 off center of the cabinet it is sitting on. When I notified them via a picture, Trey called me and was very unpleasant. Refused to correct it.

Im the type of person to hold back on writing reviews or ever write bad ones at all, but this experience with topshops was unacceptable. If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. I had a countertop installed in my kitchen last month and one slab that was installed had a crack across it and I contacted the store and notified Lowes and Lowes has sent multiple emails informing them about the issue and they have yet to even contact me. When I call they give me the run around and tell me that they cant match it and blah blah blah. When you pay $2000 for a countertop and you notice a crack and they dont get corrected its pretty upsetting. Especially since IM paying them for the product. I wont be going through them and will be sure to steer others away from them as well. I hope they see this review and Ill give them 2 weeks before I contact BBB and take this even further. Save yourself the headache and go through a more reputable and respectful company. Rant over.

Noticed the previous review and response. So lets put the real facts out here since they want to blame Lowes other than take responsibility. Basically what your saying is your guys that you hired came out to install a countertop that was damaged and they went ahead and installed it anyways, so you dont train your employees to notice a damaged top and to get it fixed before install especially if they were told the day off that it was cracked and they informed us theyll fix it. I mean since it was a contract I guess its okay, right? Shows alot about you company and how you run things from your response alone. So lets bring up the warranty matter, since your company was hired through Lowes by ME to install a top you guys dont do warranty replacements? Im out of luck on that or wait....do I have to go through Lowes, I guess Lowes just has slabs of granite in the back that they use to install, if thats the case you wouldnt be in this situation haha. Lily and Lindell have been informed about the issue since day one and have told me personally theyll fix it but nothing has been done. Stop trying to misinform and lie to potential clients about reviews being posted. Oh and FYI, Better Business Bureau (BBB) Has already received a letter, thanks for your response. Lol.

Maryville Top Shop installed our countertops today and did a stellar job! We were amazed by the sheer quantity of their selection. Sorry big box stores but they beat you big time. Our countertop seams are flawless and the crew that came to install them were great. In addition, thanks so much too Destiny, Charlie, and Autumn for ensuring that everything would work as smoothly as possible with our countertops. The owner Trey who was also extremely friendly went out off his way to ensure that we were satisfied. In summary, if you are looking for countertops and have read this review, I hope you give this shop a try. We are glad we did!

Maryville Top Shop was a serendipitous find. While remodeling my cabin in Pigeon Forge, I had attempted to use the big box stores since I did not know any local shops for my countertops and I live 2 1/2 hours away. Fortunately, after the debacle with the big box guys, I found Lili & the Maryville Top Shop. The Maryville Top Shop has many of the same suppliers and choices that the big box stores have, so it was easy enough to pick out a style and color from a local big box, and then leave the rest of it up to Lili. The great thing is, Lili knows what shes doing as opposed to the people that also sell refrigerators and stoves and whatever else is close to the kitchen section at the big box stores. We were able to set up an appointment for the guys to come over and make the templates, and after they had the amount of granite that they needed, they ordered a slab. I wanted different sinks than what they had templates for, so I ordered the sinks and had them delivered to the Top Shop. The slab came in the next week, they made the cuts & set up an appointment to install. While Jeff & Jacob were installing the countertops, I found out from my contractor that I had screwed up and not had them make a template for a vanity top that I needed. The guys made a template while they were there and went back to the shop to see if they had enough granite left to do another top from the same material. It was a small corner vanity, and I got lucky. I ordered another sink, and then Lili called and told me that it wouldnt leave enough of a ledge to be safe. I dont know if the big box guys would have worried about that, but Lili wanted to make sure that I, the customer, was happy and satisfied with my countertop and would not have any issues in the future. She recommended a vessel sink, and worked with me to pick one that would work with the corner vanity. The contact from Lili was great, there was plenty of follow up, she kept me informed every step of the way. If youre looking for a place that can dress up your home or your home away from home, Maryville Top Shop is the place to go. Deal with them with confidence that youre in good hands.

Horrible experience! Awful install, 3 huge seams. NOT one person has returned our calls. 3 weeks waiting for someone to address this shoddy install. Have notified corporate office at Lowes not to use them.
