Rocky Top Snoballs has perfected the snow cone: if you can even call them that. The ice is like no other snow cone you have ever had before. Soft and smooth like actual snow. It’s not like eating crushed ice out of the fridge like other snow cones I’ve had in the past. The flavors are great, and they do not skimp on the syrup. I love the Shark Bite personally! It’s a nice sweet blend of berry flavors. Dwayne is a great guy and loves to interact with his customers. You can tell he really cares about your experience. We will be back very soon! I assure you, you will not regret your visit!

We always look forward to opening day, try our best to get there the last day of the season, and often in between. The flavors are spectacular and the ice is the softest ever! The atmosphere is wonderful too! There normally is a line but thats because they are so good and they definitely are worth the wait for these individually crafted masterpieces!

My husband and I LOVE RockyTop Snoballs. We have been here several times and can’t get enough. The snow cones are fantastic and unlike any other I’ve ever had. The owners are so nice and genuinely want you to have a great experience there. We are definitely repeat customers.

This place HANDS DOWN the BEST Snow-cone place!! The flavors are sooo good! So many flavors to choose from! And the prices are even better! They go above and beyond and give you extra syrup when you don’t even ask! They most definitely try and remember your name if you go more than once! I 110% recommend! Rocky top snoballs is the BEST! I love coming here with my friends and family any chance I get. The service is wonderful, the owner and employees are so friendly and helpful, and the snoballs are always perfect. The perfect ratio of flavor and ice! The lines are long sometimes but that is a GOOD thing! They move very quickly and there’s also plenty of things for kids (and adults) to play with and lots of seating.

Such a great place. Awesome for dessert after trip to the mountains. Many flavors to choose from. Definitely try blue raspberry and tigers blood mixed!!

We love Rocky Top Snowballs!! Sooo many flavors to choose from and lots of topping choices for the more adventurous ones! Very reasonably priced! There is a sitting area that is shaded and lit up with cool lights at night and checkers, bubbles, chalk, jump rope, and hula hoops there are plenty of things to entertain the kids when they are done. I highly recommend!

Super friendly staff, wonderful variety of amazing flavors as well as top notch quantity and quality of product. If there were more stars I would give an even higher rating! Really neat&clean location, very pleasant server, and outstanding snowballs. They have so many different flavors combinations that it is actually hard to decide(Tigers Blood is always my go-to😉), but they offer samples of any flavor to help your decision, and they are decently priced .Theres also a nice little park/seating area dressed up with an Aloha Vibe with some mellow muzak. Great place to grab a treat and bliss out for a few😊

The variety of flavors combined with unique and fun toppings make this an awesome go to place for a sweet treat. But the atmosphere and people are what makes it even better. I love the setup for the children with hula hoops, jump ropes and more. My fave is dreamsicle and cake batter with cream on top (sweetened condensed milk.) The nectar is also one of my tops. Prices are so reasonable and even when they are busy, they crank out the snoballs with a smile!

We were going to try this place and then looked at the menu and noticed there are extra charges for more than one flavor, extra charge for extra syrup as well. We decided to continue going to the LB&S in Knoxville. They dont charge extra no matter how many flavors you get.

This place has amazing snoballs/shaved ice. They have a wide array of flavors as well as various toppings. My favorite is the ice cream flavor with cream(condensed milk) on top. Its the best. You have to try one to fully understand.

Great flavors and even offer sugar free! (Sugar free wedding cake is my favorite) but I wish they would bring back the heavy cream!

Very good snowball snowcone reminds me of Hawaii shaved ice. This is a good place to go if you are not in a hurry and can spend a leisurely time enjoying your treat.
