Went there twice for an electrical permit. The woman at the back desk was unfriendly and rood both times. The back desk/parts was friendly.

Two visits. Thought maybe the lady at the desk was just having a bad day the first time. Actually sighed at having to look up a part number. Nope. Second (and last) visit the same person could not have been less helpful. Made to feel like we were bothering her. Makes me wonder about all the positive reviews.
