This company does not sell parts to individuals. We walked in their store, and tried to buy a garage door cable. The Front desk lady said they didn’t have any because they were all on the work trucks, and vans, which weren’t there.. we walked outside, and saw work trucks and vans out there, and asked if she could see if they had any, and she told us no. Some customer service.

DEFINITELY RECOMMENDOur garage door broke and another company came out to look at it. The other guy said we needed an entire new door and motor for over $3,000. We got a second opinion with Garage Doors of Maryville, and they were able to fix it with just a service call! We really appreciate their honesty and will definitely use them in the future if we have any other garage door needs.

Had my garage door spring break and almost caused the door to fall out of the tracks. Call it luck or what you will but from the time the break happened to the time they drove off waving to my little girl was less than 1.5 hours. Price was extremely reasonable and the professionalism they had was next to none. I will be calling them back to finish my up grade to my basement.

I requested a quote from GDoM, for my new home. I needed two 7×9 garage doors installed with openers. The price was good. However what got me to hire this company was that in a same-day inspection/estimate, they sent their technicians to my rental to give a quote. They not only inspected, but adjusted and lubed my doors. No charge. Secondly after realizing these guys were professional and concise, I hired them for the big job. I have never seen such a professional installation in my life. After, Paul the installer finished, I was in awe of how thorough and perfect all of the items were installed. Wow is all I gotta say.

Was lucky too get one star simply because I at least got a return call. But didn’t even offer to come secure my broken door . Instead sent me too another company out of Knoxville and recommend We do all the measurements for the door. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I needed a garage door repair on a rental and wanted to use a local repair company and was given Garage Doors of Maryville as a referral from a real estate agent. Called and set up an appointment for a window of 1 to 3pm. My renter took the afternoon off in order to meet the repairman. When 3pm came and went with no repairman, we called to see if he was running behind. Supposedly, the repairman came by at 11:30am, called (left no message from a random unknown number) and left. My questions to Trina in their office were, why give me a window for service if youre going to show up 90 minutes early, why didnt the repairman leave a voicemail, why didnt the office cal me so if I didnt recognize the random number calling I could at least recognize the office number. She obviously didnt like my questions, so she hung up on me. Needless to say, Im disappointed in this local business. I wouldnt call them again if they were the only company in town. No offers to get a repairman back out during the window. Her answer was hes already off for the day. Of course he is because he missed his 1-3pm appointment.
