Its up and coming. Nothing to complain about. If youre looking for fresh bread, get in. If youre looking for cheap damaged goods for cheap, then youll love it. But nothing exciting, but shouldnt be.

Every time we go they are always so happy to see us treat us like family. I have a family of 5 and this stores prices really is a 1 stop shop for all month and my kids EAT!!! we live in St Joe and the drive is so worth it every month

I Love this store! I always find treasures there when I come to visit relatives each fall. Recently I purchased Harvest Legume or Lentil soup mix there. It was delicious!!! I wish I could find it locally so I could buy some more. I live in Florida and we do not have that soup here.Over the years I have purchased Muck Boots, canning supplies, water bath canner, kitchen tools, about 10 to 12 hand made baskets, sewing supplies, and a lot of other various items. It is a good Christian atmosphere and the people are very nice and helpful.This year the parking lot was packed both times I visited.Their pies and baked goods are delicious!!!Next year I hope to call before my visit to see if I can order the steak knife seat on display in the glass case. Hopefully I can order in September of 2021 and pick the knives up when I arrive in late October. I have never been disappointed with any purchase or visit at the Galaxy Store.

We went to the Galaxy Store for the first time and were excited to try it and support them. We have had to throw away several items now some expired and some not. Even a gallon of milk that had two more weeks of shelf life I opened this morning and it was bad! They have lost our business!! Buyer beware of expired and spoiled food!!

It was easy to get in the store and easy to get around in my wheelchair. It is 100% wheelchair friendly. Great products and good prices. Nice little store worth the drive.

I have liked shopping at this store in the past. It has really good breaded fried chicken that is thin & boneless. They have food most people do not think about gathering & eating in stews & soups, but are very good to eat. Their seasonings are superb as are their baking goods. My children ( adults now) liked choosing foods from their shelves to use in recipes. They had some clothing, kitchen & bathroom supplies, pretty baskets, soaps that are scented, some books, & other small things. They sell pop, milk, fresh meat, & some other supplies.This is a good store that has tried their best to keep what buyers would need & want, within their store. This store deserves respect, because their own family manages the store themselves. You can not say that about other stores in our area. Though they shop at them, they work hard to keep their own store as a store that people need too.

My favorite place to shop!! I can shop their and not go home with an empty wallet. Pleasent friendly employees..clean bathroom. Love, love, love it.

The workers at the Galaxy are wonderful people. They are always willing to help any way they can. Their prices are very respectable.

My youngest daughter, Granddaughter, a family friend, & Myself had a lovely shopping experience this afternoon at Galaxy Country Store. It had a nice selection of a lot of things they usually keep on their shelves. We look forward to packaged local food & their kindness in providing food people need around where they are located, instead of the rural area driving into Maryville, Mo. to buy a few needed food items. They are in a good location.

We drive for an hour to shop there. It is the cleanest store & the Mennonites are friendly. They have the best meat prices. Some items are outdated, but when your grandmother canned, those were expired, too. Use common sense & give them a break. Love the store. Will not go back to Hyvee or Fareway, unless an item is on sale. We always stock up.

LOVE this store. Never know what bargain you might find. Lots of stuff with expired dates but lots of stuff thats not expired too. Their homemade breads are delicious. My favorite things to buy here are: Rada cutlery, cheese, dog food/treats, bulk spices and mixes.

Found out about this store while we were at college at Northwest. Now we drive a little over an hour just to shop there. If you are looking for GREAT bargins this is where you go. Some food is past expiration dates. This is a discount food store, packages that have been damaged, but product is still good, etc. They also have their own, honey, spices, flour, etc. You do have to be careful of some products, in my opinion, but other than that awesome!
