Sheila was amazing and she went over every hot tub. We finally chose the four person which actually 6 people would fit it’s beautiful. I’m still learning things and love every minute of it. Very pleased with the helpful and friendly nature of Sheila, as well as our new spa tub. We werent quite ready for the spa when we purchased it, but Hard Cover Spas had absolutely no problem in storing the spa for us, free of charge, until we got the deck where it was going to go completed. The delivery itself went flawlessly. The hard cover is both easy to use and innovative. Theres no bulky cover to wrestle on and off, my wife can operate it with one hand. Once open, the cover hangs on its hinges on the outside of the tub. Its far easier and better than the old heavy folding cover we had on a previous spa. If youre in the market for a spa, I totally recommend you taking a look at the spas at Hard Cover Spas!

We met Dave and Sheila at the home show in Knoxville. We bought one of their floor bottles from the show. Their service and knowledge has been excellent. They delivered the tub with no problems. Showed us what we need to do to maintain it and followed up to see if we have any questions. This was truly an amazing experience

Fabulous spa!!! We chose the E 3. We’ve had it since July 6, 2021 and are extremely pleased with the spa and the excellent customer service. We’ve been in it almost every evening since it came. We have noted that we sleep better, feel relaxed and it helps ease muscle and joint soreness. Between TV, computer, phone, whatever, we’ve found it to be a respite from all the constant mental bombardment that happens in a day. It’s an investment in our over all health and well being.

Website said they were open today (8/25/21) until 4pm. We drove 1 1/2 hours to go there and they were closed (3pm). Note on gate said to see them at Knoxville Expo. Nope, not driving another 1 1/2 hrs and PAY to see them. Its easy to make a note on the website if youre closing for some reason. Theyve lost our business.

We love our spa and the customer service at Hard Cover Spas is really excellent. At another spa place, the wait was almost 7 months. We waited a week! They installed everything, got it set up, and have been available by phone to answer questions since. Highly recommended.

Sheila the salesperson was so friendly and helpful as well as the owner. The hot tub we wanted was in stock and they had it delivered three days later. The product is top notch and we love it!

This was a great experience, they answered all our questions, they were patient as we went back and forth trying to determine where we could put our spa. And once purchased, they held on to it for over 2 months while we prepared the area for it. The delivery was easy and the spa was running perfectly when they left. I have been back several times or called them with specific questions and they are great people to deal with.

Dave the owner delivered ours and had us set up and ready to use within an hour. He made sure we knew had to use it and assured us if we ever had any issues theyd be there for us. We have had our E3 Eco Spa for 2 weeks now and loving it! We did have an issue when it was installed and Dave talked to the manufacturer (states he had not seen this issue before). He felt replacing the pump was the best option (in the cold rain) and well he knew what he was doing because it took care of the issue and so far so good! Great service from Dave!

Delivery was timely and professional. Size is perfect for 2 and doesn’t take up whole deck. Heats up nicely. Love the ease of opening with split topper.

I called Hard Cover Spas for some info about an EcoSpa and Sheila was very helpful and informative. We set up an appointment for the upcoming Saturday and ended up purchasing an E3. So happy with our EcoSpa and the service we received! We had them deliver our spa the following Thursday. When it was all set up we got instructions for maintenance from David that are spot on!We would highly recommend Hard Cover Spas to anyone who wants a high-end, low maintenance hot tub.

My husband and I purchased an Eco Spa from Hot Tub warehouse in Maryville Tn. On May 7, 2021. We chose Model E3 because this spa has a lounger which I enjoy very much.The people who run this business are great to work with. They do everything in a timely manner. If they don’t know the answer they will find it out or put you in touch with the right people. Keep up the good work Shelia!Now on to the Spa.The positives;1. Ease of installDid not have to boom it over the house. TwoYoung men slid it down 12 stairs!It is a plug and play but we had an electricianWire it in to breaker box.2. Easy to care forLid is permanently attached although we removed it to slide down steps.The finish seems very tough and can be drained easily and cleaned with vinegar and water.3. The topside controls are very simple and easy to use.4. The tub doesn’t take many chemicals to keep it balanced and sanitized.The negatives;1. It has taken awhile to get used to the chemicals the company suggested using with the tub.2. I had the spa configured to run on the internet. This means you have to set up your schedules for the spa to filter itself on the app which is not easy. They use military time.If I were with this spa all the time I would not tie it to the internet.All this being said, I really like my spa!

After visiting multiple local spa shops and receiving estimates of 2+ years, we came upon Ecospa and Hard Cover Spas. We were in the market for a smaller footprint hot tub to go inside an enclosed patio. They met us at the shop, after hours, so we could see the spas in action and decide on a model. Our 4 person Ecospa was delivered a week later. Even though delivery was difficult Bc of our location, it went well. The owner stayed until it was full in order to go over all the functions and instructions. It gets used daily and we couldn’t be happier!

Bought our E3 at the end of February. Two days before the scheduled delivery day, Dave was exposed to Covid, but he showed no symptoms. They said they would wait 2 weeks before bringing it out. I have building and electrical experience. “I” ask if he could just deliver it and place it where it goes and I would get it up and going, due to “my” time constraints. They said sure. When Dave showed up he had face mask and gloves on. Placed to E3 spa where we wanted it. And from a distance he Went over the do’s and don’ts about installation, and gave me his personal number to call when I had it up and running. I got it hook up and filled up and gave Dave a call, and over the phone he told me how to program the control board. I have had no problems with it! And we Love it! I fill they did everything thing they could do to make it a smooth purchase due to Covid. Sheila was our sales lady and was great! She as made a couple of follow up calls with me to make sure we are happy! If you’re looking to buy a spa I would definitely talk with these fine folks!

Ive owned our EcoSpa 3 for almost 2 years! We just love it. So easy to maintain. Ours is connected to 240 for quick heating. I purchased an extra set of cartridge filters so I can easily swap out filters when they need to be changed, clean and dry the used filters so they are ready for the next swap out.The spa was delivered and setup at no charge. The complete system came with 120 volt power cord, steps, enough supplies for more than 3 months and complete instructions and keys for securing the spa. The lid is a clamshell style which seals and locks securely. The lid can be easily opened by one person and is solid.We really enjoy the led lights in the evening. A very good investment for your family to enjoy!

I have had several spa in my life. My new Ecospa is superior to everything else I have owned. It is so much easier to maintain and the cost of operation is much less. Dave is very professional, kind, and a pleasure to do business with. Oh by the way...I will never have to deal with a water-logged cover again!!! Highly Recommended!

We have owned or ECOSPA E2, for a little over a year, it is very easy to care for and could not tell any difference in our electric bill. A great place to relax and soothe those sore muscles after yard work or just a stressful day at work! If you are thinking about purchasing one, I highly recommend it! And, response time is great when we had a few questions as this was our first spa.

The experience we had from purchase to set up was very professional. We were given operating instructions and supplies we would need to get started when the set up was complete. The next week we received a call to see if we had any questions. Excellent customer service.
