It is june of 2021. I looked on line to make sure they were open before I made the 1.5 hr drive to find two elusive bolts I was trying to track down. They were open. I made the drive and got to the door and the sign read due to the pandemic out show room is closed. You can shop online ...... The entire city is open. No mask mandates. So I found maryville fastener. The service was great, the parts were top notch and they have earned a customer from now on. I will not walk into fastenal again.

Arrived at 12:22 p.m. on Thursday Oct. 21. Business said open until 1 online. 3 cars in parking lot in front of door. Side gate was open but front door was locked. Not a happy customer today

Poor customer service, not enough personal to have the showroom open. They refuse service unless you have an account. And was told it takes 3 days to make an account. I will take my buisiness elsewhere.

Friendly and has stuff that most places dont . Sometimes a little pricey on items but they carry the not so standard fasteners and items that I sometimes need.
