Great Company. Sherri was on time and very professional. She did an excellent job cleaning some VERY dirty window mess left by some birds. I inquired about getting my gutters cleaned yesterday. A technician (Steve) showed up today with an estimate. It was very reasonably priced. Steve asked after, if I would like to schedule an appointment, or have the service completed today. I was happy with him being able to do it today. Steve did a great job and was very professional. I would reccomend them to anyone who is looking for fast, friendly, and reasonable prices on getting their gutters cleaned!

I got a couple of prices for pressure washing and window cleaning, John Lee sent Scott out to finalize a price. It was the lowest price, plus, they had previously done work for some of our neighbors. On the day of the work, Scott worked diligently to clean the driveway and the windows. Everything was satisfactory.

John literally just helped me through one of the most stressful situations you can probably have in the Window Cleaning business...when high dollar equipment throws you for a loop. He took the brunt of my frustration with more ease than I deserved and I’m super grateful for his patience with me. I recently had John Lee Window Cleaning come to my home in Blount County. Not only were they reasonably priced, they did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my dirty windows! I could not be more pleased. Its like looking at HDTV.I was pretty amazed when only one person came to clean all 3 stories with no scaffolds, ladders, ropes and with a specially formulated cleaning solution that didnt leave water spots or streaks. He was very quick and efficient too. I was very impressed at the level of excellence. I would recommend this company to everyone. You wont be disappointed!
