I’ve never had better customer service anywhere. Andy and crew are down to earth, friendly,very intelligent, and just awesome. These guys rule all form of a**.

I cant understand how all these people leave good reviews ( Friends and family I guess). They will take your parts you want worked on, lose it, then never, ever apologize or offer a replacement. The place is a junk pile (especially the owners desk). Customers beware. Been 2 years since I left a part, after many trips back there, they just say well keep looking for it. Sorry excuse for a business.

Great people doing great work! Fair and extremely knowledgeable. Hidden Gem in Blount County. I HIGHLY recommend for any gunsmith work you need. *(They do much more however!)

As a 30 year employee of this company let me assure you that Normans statements are 100% true. Ive never heard of these gentelmen. If any employee of this company ever got handsy with a costumer they would be out on there ear. You have no excuse for making such statements without even checking with us to see if they were remotely true, even if you are pissed off . This is a highly respected business staffed by incredible people.
