I needed a 10k service and a new tire while traveling. I made an appointment for Labor Day, yes Labor Day. They have service 7 days a week! Got me in for 10am(when they open) and I was out by 1:30. They were incredibly busy, so I thought that was pretty good.What made it take longer was the wash bay. They give your bike an excellent wash after service, not just a wipe down like many dealers do. I tipped my washer $10 and he truly appreciated it. I dont think that happens often. Id like to change that. If your happy with your wash, please tip your washer. They work hard for minimum wage. Many new workers at Harley dealers start out in the wash bay.

Best overall experience in Harley shopping weve had. SMH-D employees are so knowledgeable & ready to help without being pushy or pressure driven. We were made to feel at home & treated like family from the start. Ted took his time asking all the right questions for fit & comfort for my husbands needs.. Tina was an absolute treasure & as entertaining as can be (💜)! Greg was great while taking hubby out for his test ride.... We spent the day enjoying our time there checking out all they had to offer and came away feeling well cared for. I highly recommend stopping by whether you want to buy a bike..a t-shirt or hat...listen to some awesome music at their venue The Shed or the restaurant to grab some delicious grub...they have it all. 5 stars.

Ive been looking all over the US for chrome Kahuna passenger floor board kit using Harley Davidson website for parts and in their Find in Store search feature I typed in various zip codes throughout the US and was lucky enough to find a pair here at Smoky Mountain HD. I spoke with James and he quickly verified they had a kit in stock and he had them shipped to me right away.They look awesome on my 2020 Ultra Limited.To the Team at Smoky Mountain! Great JOB!!!!

Took them a little while to warm up to me, but they grabbed my bike, took it in for an emergency repair at the very end of the day (after 5 on a Thursday) and put me on my way with new rubber for the dragon tomorrow. Very good work helping a rider in a tough spot get going! They did have the bike I want at a good price... But Ive been told I have enough.... for now...😄

My only complaint is I wish they were closer! Going to Smoky Mtn HD is a treat!

Smoky Mountain is by far the best Harley dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They listen and don’t oversell. They are all about helping you find the right bike for you. They have the best selection of new and used Harleys I’ve ever seen in one location. I bought a used Road King and it wasn’t one of the expensive bikes, but I was treated first class. Best buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend them and I wouldn’t buy from anyone else. Do yourself a favor and go here first! 👍

Went on a bike ride today and stopped at Harley Davidson of Maryville and we ate lunch at the shed super great food we left there and started heading towards brushy mountain prison and my bike broke down so I called Harley Davison a Maryville and spoke to Marshall in-service and asked him if he had someone that could come pick me up with my bike and bring me back there he sent out a gentleman his name was lumpy super nice guy went above and beyond his job take me back to Harley they took care of my bike free of charge didn’t even charge me for coming to get me in Lenore city And bring me all the way back to Harley would highly recommend Harley of Maryville thank you Marshall and lumpy and all staff members

I traveled to the dealership for an event and unfortunately had my brake light go out. The staff went out of their way to help me get back on the road with plenty of time to join the group ride. The overall friendliness from the staff I encountered was memorable.

I had a problem with my motorcycle while on a trip and stopped to see if they had time to work on it. They immediately took the bike in and had the repair completed in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this dealer. They have good food in their restaurant too!!

I called Monday morning to replace a broken front rubber motor mount and get my oil/filter changed. I got there before noon and it was done by 2:15.Very reasonable charges. I wouldnt hesitate to get my bike serviced there again. I got some Tee shirts, ate a great meal at thier SHED, it was a great Experience on the Road!

Best place to buy a Harley, hands down. Ask for Jagger and Matt. Also the widest selection of gear at about any dealer Ive ever seen. Everyone is super friendly and youll feel like part of the family. Our second purchase of a bike there and couldnt imagine buying a bike anywhere else and its a 200 mile trip for us. Worth every mile.

This harley Davidson location has its all. Great parts desk, a killer service department and alot of bikes and apparel. Best part is the Awesome BBQ and bar right next to the service door.

Was the first of many Harley stops on the way home from a weekend of mudding.

I would like to thank the service department for helping us out. During our trip from Connecticut to NC and Tennessee our GPS/radio unit started acting up with a warning message that the USB is drawing too much current making the GPS unusable. Being in unfamiliar territory was hard to travel that way .We pulled in to the dealership on friday around 1 pm and the helpfull guys from the service department got us back on the road within couple of hours. We were traveling through on our way to the Tail of the Dragon. We loved your store. We talked with Matt McCommon along with several others that day. Your staff was awesome. Top notch people.
