UPDATE: After purchasing my bed from Scott, who helped me when I made the purchase 2 months, He also followed up. Wanted to know how everything was working out to make sure I made the right choice! To top it off, I sent him a text because I was relocating and he responded right away. Plus he helped me get brackets for a headboard I had purchased before I got the bed with no charge included! I highly recommend Scott and Mattress Firm (Mashpea), they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a bedframe here and noticed immediately it was very poor quality. It was not sturdy at all and squeaked and creaked with any movement at all. I called the store and asked about returning it. I was simply told it had to be within 90 days and Id have to pay 20% restocking fee. I then drove 30min out of my way and brought it to the store and then they told me I cant return it in person, Id have to schedule and pay a delivery fee over $100 for the return. I spoke with an area manager who then said bedframes cannot be returned at all! Even though it was of garbage quality. The best he could do was store credit. I ended up with $200 bedsheets... Awful experience. Waste of time and money.

It was a bit expensive for my taste but I needed my mattress so I bought it and I am happy. Customer service was great and the store is well kept. Would definitely shop here again👍🏽

I decided to go into the store quickly to check out mattresses in queen size. My older sleep number bed is a king and too large for my bedroom. And too many memories of someone . I had a very nice sales at your store who educated me about the different mattress choice and helped me pick one out quickly. I am looking forward to a week from Friday.

Jonathan Bartley takes what can be complicated and confusing with the hundreds of products out there, and guides you to a mattress and foundation to meet your needs. He’s very customer oriented from the initial shopping experience to the sale to delivery. We seriously considered buying online but his customer service won out, and we ended up buying a premium set.

I walked in right as they opened, and Johnathan was so inviting, and friendly from the moment I came in. I told him what I was looking for and some of my concerns. Johnathan is outstanding at what he does and with covid making everyone in customer service pretty cranky these days(Ive noticed) Johnathan came out on top! Good employees are hard to come by especially on the Cape, you should be very proud!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at mattress firm. I went in expecting it to be a good experience I met with Scott he was really a good sales person and I bought a full size mattress that I could afford $169 I paid $99 for the gold package for them to bring it into my apartment and remove my old mattress and box spring the total sale was 327.00. After being told they would call 30 minutes before delivery they called five minutes before delivery and when I asked him to take the mattress and box spring I was told the lady you bought a mattress we take the mattress you didn’t buy a boxspring so we ain’t taking the boxspring. So I paid $100 for mattress firm to take a mattress out of my apartment! I’m just very disappointed

Went looking for a new mattress.. We had a Tempurpedic in the past and was looking to replace a regular mattress as my husband and I have developed back issues and he bounces me in the bed when he gets up. The mattress we have is only 2 years old and replaced a 4 year old one. Never had issues with Tempurpedic!! Krystal was very helpful in giving info as to which Tempurpedic we should consider. She also advised an adjustable frame since alongwith back issues, we both have asthma and sleep apnea. It is being delivered Friday.. Looking forward to a good nights sleep!

What started as a good experience of service turned into a ridiculous farce for a time. I had to go into this location three times to finally get my order processed. First time I went in on Saturday there was an issue because a previous deposit I made to hold a bed prevented an associate from completing my financing option. So I had to come back today...twice. First time I ran out of time before work. Got done with work and then came back. Associate misplaced my account number to look me up in system. And then other staff member gave the first guy the wrong number to call the financing institution. And then their computer system was really slow in finding a delivery date. Oye.Organizational skills are critical to effective customer service. I wasnt pleased with how this unfolded.I will compliment Kevin however and say that he later called me and told me my entire delivery would arrive Wednesday. So he did make a significant effort to make up for the slow resolution. For that reason I improved my initial marginal review. I would prefer to have given 3 1/2 stars as 3 is too few but 4 is too much.

Today my husband and I bought a wonderful Sealy bed in the Mashpee store. Store Manager Alan Lepore helped us tremendously because my husband wanted a soft mattress and I preferred the firm mattress I thought this was going to be a nightmare but not at all. Alan helped us find the best bed and also saved us a few hundred dollars. The financing was easy and our new mattress is being delivered tomorrow!!! So excited. Thank you so much Alan. I didnt even want to give 1 star but unfortunately I have no choice. A good friend of mine ordered a mattress and was told that it would be ready for pick up 2:30 a day in advance so we made arrangements to borrow a truck and pick it up. We arrive at the store to pick up the mattress and were completely blown off and told that the truck that is delivering it was running behind. No problem, things happen and we have a little bit of time before we have to return the truck that we borrowed. An hour passes by and we call the store to check the status of delivery, we are told by Michael the manager that there is nothing that he can do and he is busy with other customers then procceeds to hang up on us. We wait another hour, we have to return the truck that we borrowed so we give it one last shot and call again, Michael answers and tell us yet again there is nothing he can do except to sell us another mattress that he has in store (but we already paid for the mattress we want) after we say no thanks he says I am busy with someone else and hangs up again!! I am absolutely floored and appauled at this point!! I will NEVER purchase another mattress from this franchise and am sickened by how we were treated by a so called manager I will be writing a letter to corporate to explain my dissatisfaction. Also, thank you to the mattress firm in Falmouth for taking our call and finding out where the delivery truck was, its funny how one manager isnt willing to help while another bends over backwards to help resolve an issue that has nothing to do with him.
