Never returned to finish the job. Forgot to bring along the final trim piece during wood floor installation back in OCTOBER 2020. Its June 2021 and Ive called them many times. Always a promise to get it completed soon but never schedules a date. Ive paid in full, so clearly longer a priority.

Ive worked with Gene and his team on numerous projects in multiple homes. The showroom features a great variety of materials to choose from and the installations are expertly done.

My experience was not very positive. As a new homeowner in the area, I used reviews in my decision to contact B&L Floor Covering. Getting in touch with them was difficult. Left a voicemail message and it was not returned. After several further attempts, I was able to connect with Gene and scheduled a measurement. Gene was a no-show. After 30min, I called but could only reach voicemail. After 1hr, I went down to the store. Showroom was closed and I called another number - voicemail only. As of this writing (1 week later), I have yet to hear back. Extremely unprofessional and will not be using this business for my flooring needs.

I came to Gene hoping to match some carpet in my house where it was coming loose near the door jam. Gene sent someone to my house to install it and it looks great.
