Kevin, the store manager, at Go Wireless, exhibited exemplary customer service skills. From the moment I arrived, he took me into his care. His explanations and suggestions relieved me of a shaky phone situation.Using his directions, I was able to resolve all of my issues from the comfort of my home. He deserves compensation for the way he handles customers of all ages. His demeanor is his best asset. And his knowledge is outstanding.
Kevin is the best. He knows his stuff and is courteous. I will never ever go anywhere else for my Verizon needs or problems. I also had a great experience with Calvin. So if you are in need of new equipment or help with existing equipment head over to Mashpee.

To whom it may concern, my elderly parents reached out to me to assist with some Verizon questions. I formerly worked for GoWireless and earned everything from 5 star top 5% to Big Dawg top 1%, corporate coin of excellence and to many more to list. I say this strictly to establish the fact that I understand the expectations of store staff when customer facing. We were not greeted, Keegan made no attempt to stand up from sitting behind his station to address us. We had to ask him his name. Definitely no name tags. While the young man was friendly and polite, it felt like an all you can eat Buffet where the staff does not interact with customers and is more interested at the latest stats of the Celtics. We inquired on a promotional BOGO for 2 of the Samsung smart phones. I clearly saw hes not trained on Flex flow and was training a trainee. I could have shown him the process but Im not the employee. I was told sorry guys he didnt have access to see that information. We then asked if we can add TEC to a line that was unprotected. While I understand that the store does not get paid on this feature, am I not still the customer? I was told Im sorry I needed to call cust service myself. 2 of the phones were up for upgrade and he was not in the least interested in asking us how we use our services and maybe if we wanted to upgrade those two lines. Made no attempt at asking discovery to customize a sale to us, just seemed either 100% not properly trained or 100% didnt care. We then inquired if we may leave a message for the manager or the local account manager to take a quick peak at the account and put my elderly parents minds at ease. I explained that we had been disconnected from customer service 800 number twice that morning and that was why we decided to go to our local store. That was a week ago and its pretty clear he misplaced the post it note that was scratched with something on it that was meant for the manager because nobody addressed 2 simple questions for them. I have not seen this level of oversight in my years since learning the way Go supposedly treats customers. With all that said, you definitely didnt earn trust, value, or loyalty with my parents going against everything GoWireless stands for. My biggest concern is the lack of respect towards my parents and since I experienced it with them Im saying something. And for the record this never would fly in Bonita Springs during what must have been better days for yall. If I was responsible for this location I would highly value the criticism. Ill put that in laymans terms, if this happens to 2 wealthy elderly customers (mom and dad) then how many accounts are they pulling up? Missed opportunities? How many customers feel the way they do? My parents love GoWireless but they also like being addressed respectfully. Have wicked awesome day yall! And good luck yall need it.
Adam is a true professional. He handled the issues with my phone set up like a pro and was incredibly accommodating. Plus, he’s got a winning personality — a real pleasure to work with!

This store was fantastic. We had a complex situation with lots of details that needed to be addressed and everyone in the store was so helpful and if they didn’t know the answer they worked well with each other to leave us with a fantastic customer experience. Danny was extremely patient and helpful and knowledgeable which took our stress away and got us a great result. I should know I have 3 accounts and many broken screens that needed repairs so Ive become sort of a regular. 5 STARS THANK YOU TYLER AND COMPANY.
Very disappointing customer service. My kids bought me wireless Apple ear buds for Father’s Day. I never opened them or even took the plastic wrapping off. I tried to return them with the receipt and the young salesperson said that I couldn’t because too much time had passed. I asked for an exchange or store credit since there wasn’t a restocking issue because they had never been opened. He simply said no, sorry, can’t help you. Little did he know that I was going to upgrade to an Apple Watch. I’ll give my ear buds to my son and I drove 35 minutes to Hyannis to buy the watch rather than give them the business. I won’t go in that store again. I understand policies that have a basis in reason but I won’t tolerate being treated rudely.
To whom this concerns, I would like to express my gratitude to the excellent customer service work that 2 Verizon Premium Retailer representatives did in my experience . These gentlemen were very professional in their listening skills and doing a presentation for the product solution for my needs ! I stayed away from the corporate store since they were to busy and seem to be only sales people more then customer service . Presently, I would recommend to keep Greg and Steve on the payroll with a increase in their pay. They really deserve this for their above average in their marketing skills. Respectfully, Jeff K.

I recently got an iPhone 6s and to my chagrined I was definitely overwhelmed with all the settings . So I was at the Mashpee Commons and wandered in the Verizon store . The account manager David Eldridge saw I was perplexed and pissed . He asked if he could assist me, and I said I hope so . What Dave showed me a half hour I couldnt accomplish in 3 months . Just some tricks of the trade and I was off running . So the moral of my story is to go to the resource and work smarter not harder, Dave is an asset to Verizon and will be my trusted advisor now and in the future . Best experience Ive had in my 20 years of dealing with providers . I have discovered THE place to take all your worries.Tyler the manager and the guy who has put together a staff of 2 friends, Kevin and Shawn, who get it, that understanding high tech computers and cell phones cause us extreme frustration.It is rare even amongst Verizon offices that you cant help but feel they have completely taken advantage of you, and feel no regrets about.It took a while for me to realize that once I met Tyler he understood its completely shortsighted to take advantage of anyone, and the motto nothing travels faster than a bad reputation has never changed. For the longest time I had been visiting different Verizon stores in my home area to find SOMEONE who could get my Google Maps to speak the directions to me . . . To no avail. I was visiting in Mashpee last weekend and my friend just happened to park in front of the Mashpee Verizon at the Commons. I doubted I could get any help there either, but gave it a try. Boy was I glad I did!! The store manager, Tyler, had me up and running in no time. Sooo appreciated his time and patience with me!!! Thank you, Tyler!!!
After a horrible experience at a Verizon corporate store in Hyannis with Mr K where I was unable to get any assistance with setting up my new iPhone that I had just purchased from them I made my way to my local Verizon Go Wireless store in the Mashpee Commons. Tyler who is the store manager was INCREDIBLY KIND AND HELPFUL and treated me like a real customer as opposed to a number. It was a great atmosphere where all employees were polite and helpful. A stark contrast to my experience in Hyannis where I was treated with great disrespect. I am a Go Wireless customer for life. THANK YOU TYLER AND GO WIRELESS TEAM! You are AMAZING!
Recently visited this verizon store and was unimpressed with the customer service. Sean should be avoided. Not helpful - rather an arrogant individual without any substance. Katie was nice and had a very good diposition. I would travel to Hyannis to get service - unfortunately time was not on my side. Had to find a fix to my phone problems. No one could help so I had to buy a new phone. Still think the issue is with verizon and not the phone. I would avoid this place.
Wonderful experience at the Verizon store in Mashpee, MA. Charles, store manager, was fantastic! He explain everything and was very patient.I did not remember my passwords for anything...apple,aol etc. Charles couldnt have been more helpful as he reset my passwords. Verizon is fortunate to have him as an employee and the public is too. Thank you!
First place - they market as Verizon but this is just a reseller. And then, worst service ever. After a first visit of a couple hours and selling us two iPhones, they later admitted didnt have them in stock so had to return following week. After several more hours, got our phones ... but oh wait, they dont have the protective they sold us, so well have to do those ourselves later, and oh wait, the phones wont even handle what we already had on the old phones because nobody told my wife 16Gb wasnt enough for her. So now they will want a $50 re-stocking fee, and the new ones will be another $100 each.

Very frustrating! We went to the Verizon at Mashpee Commons, Shawn fixed it in 2 minutes w/ no equipment! Kudos Shawn!

After mistakenly buying our Pixel 2 phones at the Hyannis Verizon Store where our phones were not set up or downloaded properly, we decided to try the Verizon Mashpee Commons store. Tegan and his team worked for 2 hours to make sure we had our apps, calendar and memos on our new phones as some of that information we wanted to sync between our 2 phones. As we were switching from Samsung to Google Pixel, this took time, talent and dedication to making sure this was accomplished. They truly cared about our experience at their store whether we bought our phones from them or not. But ....we would strongly suggest that you DO go to them first for any products, information or needs you may have.There were many individuals that came to this store for help with issues. Tegan, Christina, Tyler, Sean and Alex were there to assist. All of these customers left with an appreciation of the knowledge of this staff. This is an amazing team and very worthy of your business!!
