As a long time customer Ive finally decided to stop shopping at L.L. Bean due to a recent interaction with the retail management at this location. I continued to buy LL Bean products even after they abandoned their lifetime guarantee policy, because I believed in supporting a New England based company. the arrogance of the manager is astounding, if this is what LL Bean considers customer service then I really will take her advice and stop shopping at L.L. Bean.

Great little brick and mortar version of the catalog. This store is two floors with shoes, outer wear, and camping goo on the first floor and women’s and men’s clothes on the second. Large check out area insures that there isn’t much of a wait and plenty of parking so you can easily stash your Outback while shopping. The nice thing is that the catalog and the store are interconnected so that you can order something online and, in the off chance you have to return it, you can drop it off at the store. Sales associates are typical Beanies… congenitally happy and helpful. Nice place.

Great store ...covers all sorts of outdoor activities /equipment in addition to the normal LL Bean wear were used to ...not inexpensive. ..but quality is excellent. ..am sure if you visit often something you may be looking at will be on sale ...

Expected to see paddling gear and accessories but seens like this LLB is now just an apparel store... disappointed to say the least..i still will shop here if i need shirt or pants or shoes, but any camping or paddling gear I will need to buy on-line

As many already know ll bean has changed their return policy. Unfortunately I had 3 Items that were defective that I bought over a year ago.I always shopped at ll bean because I believe in quality and commitment to the returning customer.Those days are done. Time to find a new place to buy clothes for myself and family.

Had heard great things about this store but was disappointed. The clothing is good quality but the prices they ask are just too high. I think they value the LL Bean brand too highly. I left without making any purchases because I felt the umpteen dollars they were asking for a plaid shirt was too high. Even the sale rail didnt tempt me where the prices had been reduced from obscene to ridiculous.

Well stocked and well staffed... like every LL Bean store in my experience. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise.

Im an American. I live in New England. This is what I love to wear. All seasons, they have you covered with quality clothing.

I bit the bullet after years of buying kids backpacks at Other retailers that fell apart within a school year. I decided to buy them both llbean brand packs. I usually do everything on line but the kids wanted to pick them out so we went to the Mashoee Commons shop. Very nice. Ive been there before so I knew customer service would be helpful and my needs would be pleasantly met. And the packs were on sale! Woohoo!

Theres a really cute girl that works here and I keep buying kayaks as an excuse to talk to her, but I keep getting too nervous and now I have so many kayaks and Im running out of room but shes just too pretty god why am I like this. 5/7, but shes a 10/10.

The staff is great, some of the goods are unique to the commons but they wanted to inject themselves and politics I really wont come here again even though its basically in my backyard

Stopped in for some Labor day weekend raffles and savings! Had games and tutorials in the parking lot, corn hole, boot toss, knot tying, archery lessons, fly rod casting lessons, giant Jenga too!! Chances to win prizes! Beans always has good gear and awesome customer service!

Loves it there but renamed ro bass clothing and shoes. Same thinf from what i could tell. Boufhr 2 pairs of boots and 2 pair of shoes one non slip black yet wide and comfortable and another is a hiking shoe with deeo thread and again wide version. The cashier was excellent. I went to sign up online to get a coupon he signed me up and gor me a larger coupon 5 percent savings more. Got all them for 110 bucks. How can you beat that for 2 pair of shoes and 2 pairs of work boots. Great deal worth the drive plus they have alot of cloths and socks also womans same and shoes. Lots of sandles and flip flops
