I must say everyone in the store is extremely helpful extremely knowledgeable and happy to fix whatever challenge you have for them... one of those stores will they open a couple minutes early and are ready to go... theyre not the pushy salespeople you find another stores they really want to help you get what you need...Im not that knowledgeable at all about computers so I felt that 4-star was the best I could give...Anyway easy parking easy access in and out every time I go there Im sold on the whole concept. the prices are fair I want to buy my next product there.
Great customer service. Certainly a nice place to buy your apple products instead of waiting in a long apple store line. Just keep in mind, they do not sell any apple watch products or accessories.
The employees here know their stuff! I purchased my MacBook here a while back and the service provided was excellent. There was no up-selling or pressure into buying unnecessary accessories. They made great suggestions for me based on what I was using the MacBook for.

I brought my MacBook Pro into the Mashpee store with an unknown problem. The staff was very knowledgable and was able to run diagnostics and did everything they could to resolve the issue. They treated the situation with professionalism and care, and I would absolutely bring any future issues - with any of my equipment, in to their expert staff.

ICape Solutions saved my marriage! My husband had been fighting with his MacBook Air for days over an unreliable wifi connection. This was a major problem because his machine only runs wirelessly out of the box. Im pretty tekky and his whining was driving me nuts, especially since I couldnt figure out myself what was wrong. So, I called iCape to see if they had an Ethernet adapter for his machine. They did, and now my husband is back online: peace in the valley has been restored.
