Recently I visited this store while at Joint Base Cape Cod for military training. The employees were very friendly and helpful with a vehicle key that I needed to replace. They were considerate of the my time when I ran into a issue with the credit card I was given to use. Top notch service that you wont find in those big-box warehouse stores!

This place is outstanding. You may think its just another Ace hardware store but its the people inside that make the difference. The crew here is knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. All the things that one used to get at a retail shop. Im a contractor now and I plan to use these guys as much as I possibly can in the future. Theyve gone out of their way to explain things to me that have saved me time on my projects. Highly recommended!

Every single time I go into Ace Hardware in Mashpee, someone is offering to help me find what Im looking for. They are patient, polite and I enjoy going into the store, which wasnt the case when True Value was there prior.
