Very unfriendly experience.Trying to walk in the store unaware of store‘s policy by appointment only. Instead of explaining and trying to setup a date the person at the door was rude and dismissive.Highly suggest to bring your business elsewhere

A great place to go for top level plumbing supplies ...very well stocked showroom for kitchen and bathroom. ..customer service people are knowledgeable /helpful and SO patient! Not inexpensive but products and assistance /advice more than worth it...

I worked with Carmen at Ferguson in Mashpee. My bathroom was a total refiguring of vanity, bath, taking out a window, ripping up wood floors. I decided to tackle it all myself instead of using a designer. Carmen to the rescue! In addition to advising me on all the plumbing components, she found a cabinet company that could give me a wall-to-Wall vanity, even advising me on tile, positioning of sconces, the soaking tub and filler, etc. I LOVE my bathroom! And a big part of it was the planning and material selection. It would not have been as successful without Carmen’s advise. Can’t thank her enough.

Brooke Costa and the rest of the team at Fergusons is amazing. I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone shopping for plumbing, electric or appliance needs, but especially for a woman who is in the market for any of these items! The team, and especially Brooke, are caring, responsive and treat you the way we all want to be treated when we have major decisions to make. I cant say enough about this place. Purchased a Whirlpool dryer in January 2014. Dryer was delivered to my house with a huge dent in the side. Had to order a replacement and wait another 10 days for it to arrive. When the new dryer came there was no power cord included. I called to ask them to bring me a power cord. First lady I talked with told me a power cord wasnt included and I would have to order that separately. Are you kidding me? Had to speak to manager and let them know that the power cord was included in the first (damaged) dryer that was delivered to my house. They finally offered me a power cord, but would not deliver it, so had to go back there and pick it up.Fast forward to March 2015 dryer is dead after 14 months. Whirlpool warranty is 12 months so we are SOL and Ferguson does not service the products they sell.Its nice to support the local business, but I cant think of any good reason to pay a premium to buy from these guys again when sales, service and support are arguably worse than the big box stores.

I was initially disappointed that they took time to respond to a very clear request for a quote. The manager came through, and even called me to apologize. So I raised this from a 1 star to a 3 star. Their Web site shows ready to ship, which can equate to 4-5 weeks lead time. I was hoping to get the stuff quick.

Purchased some really fantastic Hubbardton Forge sconces and drum light, after friendly consult with rep Robert Page.Robert was helpful that day, and followed up a few times, as our custom lighting was fabricated and shipped.Great experience overall, and good hustle by Robert.

When my wife and I entered Ferguson in Mashpee MA we were greeted by this wonderful team of James McAndrews Showroom Manager and Showroom Consultant Elizabeth Holmes. To say the least they were extremely helpful in helping us choose the right kitchen appliances and our washer and dyer to the right trim kits for our showers and picking out our beautiful sitting tub and toilets and sinks. We also choose all of our lighting and ceiling fans because of such a positive experience with dealing with the team at Ferguson. Lastly they followed up if not daily and weekly to make sure that all of our purchases were delivered on time and that everything was in working order. WE REALLY HAD A TEN STAR EXPERIANCE!!!!!!!!!!!! The store is bright and cheery and has great inventory to look at. The entire experience in choosing plumbing fixtures for my new home at Fergusons in Mashpee was most enjoyable. My husband and I worked with Sandy McCoy at Ferguson in Maspee. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating with the purchase of our soaker tub. Our tub was not plumbed into our bath until several months after purchase. Once the plumber set up the tub, it leaked and ended up having a tear in one of the tubes. I called Sandy and she tiresly worked to resolve the issue, calling Kholer herself and requesting the tub part to correct the issue. She was pleasantly understanding of the situation and put our interest first. Laiter after the tub was ready to use we noticed we had no information on how to work the tub controls except for the remote. We again called Sandy and she immediately worked to get us information. Sandy went above and beyond, her work ethic is impeccable and she is a fabulous Stewart for Fergusons. We definately will be back all because of Sandy!

Excellent experience. Definitely NOT a box store. Fergusons has a great selection from appliances to facets. We were remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. All the different models can be overwhelming but James and Robert are very knowledgeable and took the time with us to make sure we got what we wanted. They actually helped us with our selections and made recommendations based on what we were looking for. For example, James explained the advantages of the Franke sink, deep basin, easy to clean, rack that slips in easily at different levels. They pointed out the advantages and disadvantages. Most people just focus on the advantages, the balance really helped us in making the right selection. They carry a wide range of appliances. We selected Wolf and are very happy with their recommendation, especially the steam oven, makes microwaving a thing of the past. Fantastic. Prices were very competitive. We had an issue with the downdraft fan. The option we chose was not correct for our house. They exchanged the fan and gave me a different model. So easy and pleasant through the entire exchange process. I highly recommend Fergusons in Mashpee!!

Terrible. Rude, snarky, fake, lazy sales people. If you want to be treated like trash and spend way too much money (spent $800 on a light fixture here only to find if for $311 online) this is your place. They need a total personnel overhaul.
