I got a splinter in my butt from the picnic table, my sugar-rimmed pumpkin beer was attacked by wasps, and Im still giving this place 5 stars. Im not even a beer person! But the staff, snacks, live music, and general atmosphere are exceptional. Perfect for families with kids, with a huge outdoor dining area for the covid conscious. Well certainly be back.
If this place was any closer to Boston it would be packed every day of the week. Great selection of Beer, Fast food service, Friendly Staff and the outdoor landscape is really nice and elevated. Lights at night are a good touch. Would highly recommend. Had the Quahog stuffed clam, pictured below, really tasty. Keep up the good work.
Stumbled upon Naukabout, what a pleasant surprise! Excellent beer with wide selection that kept the whole table happy. Food was delicious! Inside is nice but smaller but outside was spacious with a pond view from the top!
We took a wrong turn heading towards our original destination and thank goodness that happened. This place turned out to be a great first stop on a rainy weekend getaway in the Cape.They have a huge menu heavy on the IPAs. Everything we tasted was great. I loved the Blueberry Pie Milkshake IPA so much that I bought a 4-pack to go.The outdoor space is really nice! Everything is very much socially distanced. Each table has a huge umbrella, so you can stay in the shade or stay dry when it rains.Service was very friendly and efficient.I recommend this brewery to anyone in the area!
This is by far, the best brewery Ive ever been to! The craft beer is amazing and you can tell the brew master really takes pride in the flavors!! They have seasonal flavors but every beer drinker is sure to find one he/she likes. They have double IPAs, IPAs, stouts, porters, and ales 🍺 even a homemade root beer for those looking for something non-alcoholic. They offer indoor seating/dining by reservation and outdoor snow globes (4 to 6 people). Will be coming back for sure!
They did such a nice job with the outside area! I know they had expanded it recently and it had such a nice, cozy vibe. I am allergic to beer, so did not partake in drinks, but my husband tasted a bunch of different beers. He loved all 4 of the New England IPAs he tried, Hair Cut was his favorite, then GOAT which is a double IPA. He got both of them to bring home (and a t-shirt)! He also loved Game Night and Quittin Time. Hes not a big fan of fruitier beers usually, but liked the Strawberry Mango, he thought it was well balanced and not too sweet. We also had the lobster rolls and a chicken salad sandwich, which were both delicious! I always love it when a brewery has good food options to go along with their beverages!
I was pleasantly surprised by Naukabouts location and atmosphere, since Id previously only seen their beers in the shelves. Both the indoor and outdoor settings are very comfortable. Outside has a nice view of a lake. And on the afternoon we were there, there was a singer / guitar player doing country-style tunes, which was a nice background.
Great beers and good food. Always enough options to keep both my husband and myself happy even though we prefer different styles of beer
I would have to say this is a fun place for all, the music is great and so is the atmosphere... a good place to bring the kids have a beer and chill!

Popular servings are 4 oz pourings of selected beers.Food orders are taken outside the bar area in another counter. Choice of food available is limited.On the whole warm and cozy experience.
Been here in its really early days,before the upper beer garden,and variety of food choices,where food trucks used to be the only choice.Staff, Luke and Kath,especially very friendly, knowledgeable and quick! The beer variety and entertainment scores as well.

Igloo is really cool. Very safe if youre afraid of sitting inside nowadays. Server never comes inside the igloo. Wish they had larger pours than 10 oz. All the IPAs are awesome. Great beer cute place! Right next to a beach.
On the year and day of my 28th birthday my girlfriend and I stumbled upon this brewery while taking a small break from sleighing monster rainbow trout. Gosh darn I tell ya that crispy refreshing beer was better than a surprise Irish boiled dinner in early September! It was incredibly balanced and not overly filling. 10/10 would recommend and believe me we have been telling our friends. Can’t wait to go back, thanks for making my birthday great!
Love this place! The rotating beer flavors are always fun to try and they always have at least a few for everyones taste. The food has come MILES from when covid first started, everything they have on the menu now is absolutely out of this world. The staff is always super friendly and super helpful and even when theyre busy they manage to keep service quick and enjoyable. Definitely a must go for anyone visiting or living on cape year round.
Ive been coming since they opened and havent stopped. They are top 2 in breweries on Cape Cod and that is only because there is a craft beer surge on Cape Cod (thank goodness!) With the incredible lineup, fantastic location, and partnership with some hella good partners in food, if you dont go to Naukabout, do you even enjoy beer? 10/10 (and all you beer snobs, yes, they keep up with Trillium, Tree House and the rest)
Juicy IPAs, delicious stouts, and a couple lighter crushable beers. This brewery boasts a decent size draft list of drinkable beers in a rustic taproom. Come for the beers, stay for the big screen or board games, and appreciate bartenders who are passionate about their beers. They don’t offer flights, but you can go with a 5 oz pour if you want to sample.Tip: Check their website for food trucks and live music since they don’t serve food. You can also bring/order food from another local restaurant.
An awesome craft brewer with a cool venue. They do live music. It also appears that they have a robust outdoor area for when the weather is good. Make sure to try any and all of their milkshake IPAs. The two that I tried tasted like I was drinking a cream soda or a Pina colada. A truly wild experience.

Beer is mediocre at best. I have been drinking good beer since 1993 an visited over 700 breweries. This one is near the bottom for quality of beer. The staff and atmosphere is great. It does well because the quality of competition on the cape is poor. If this was off cape it would close!
I dont typically write reviews but Ive been to this place twice now with two bad experiences so it feels fair. The beer here is not the main issue, although I dont think its very good. The main issue is the service. Last time I was there, we were seated and no one looked at us for 15 minutes. Not even a check in. We asked a host if he could find our server and he did nothing, finally I walked up to the manager and asked him if he could send someone over. Eventually a server came over and took our order, we got 3 beers and four entrees. It took the beers another 10 minutes to arrive and we only got one of the four entrees. I went inside to pay after waiting another 10 minutes and no one coming by our table. I asked the kid behind the bar to remove the items from our tab because I never got them, when the manager came over to do it he made no comment. No apology, nothing. Just took them off and walked away. Its too bad because its a cool location and a nice outdoor space, it really isnt worth your time though. Much better food, beer and service elsewhere on the cape.

Great new brewery - a good addition to the local area!They mostly do IPAs and very hops forward drinks but do have some lighter ales and hefes that are absolutely delicious. They play around with fruity flavors in their beverages which makes them very unique! Definitely not something you could buy in your typical liquor store. They also have board games, giant Jenga, and corn hole which makes you want to stay and drink more :) Which I appreciated!Overall - Great location, good atmosphere, super service, and beer I would come back for! Highly recommend checking out this new spot.
This place is above and beyond amazing. We have brought many out of town guests visiting from craft brewery hot spots around San Diego to Naukabout. The feedback we have received from those with high standards and best of class breweries in their backyard is that this is a top tier brewery and I agree. The beer is always of the best quality. We have done our fair share (plus some) of sampling the goods and never felt disappointed (Had Virtual: Hair Cut and Salmon Pants just this evening, both spectacular), the staff is not just welcoming, but knowledgeable and they make you feel at home. Sometimes when you walk out of the brewery you will be greeted by a friendly bearded fellow. He tends to ask how your experience was and seeks to find how they can improve, but also looks to get to know his customers on a personal level (this is one of the founders, generally). As far as breweries go, I would compare this one to Apple as they provide the best product, care about the customer experience, and have employees who are living the culture that keeps patrons (neighbors near and far) looking forward to a return trip.At a loss for what to get my husband for his birthday, I swung by Naukabout to curate a custom case of his favorite beers and get him a gift card. They were able to accommodate me even though they were all hands on deck canning. It was really cool to be able to gift him a case of beer born on his birthday. Thank you Naukabout for being a total package operation.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Beer was fantastic and the outdoor igloos were great for social distancing. They sanitized in between each reservation as well.
We have been to naukabout in peak season and in the off season and have nothing but great things to say! We went this past Saturday night on a whim, sat in the heated tent (a bit chilly, but not their fault). Service, beer, bar snacks all excellent! Only thing I’d say is if they could add 1 more heater to that big tent they’d be in great shape! Love it there!!
The experience was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pita chips and salsa were delicious. The beer was excellent. Brought a few 4 packs home. Highly recommend it and Ill definitely be back in the future.
We came here in September 2020 and had a terrible experience. I wrote a bad review and the owner reached out and offered a gift card to try it again. I would have never come back based on our past experience but because we had the gift card we gave it another try. I am so glad we did! I’m assuming last time kind of sucked because of the covid craziness. We had such a great experience this time! First of all, this property is a gem! This place is amazing. We actually tried the beet this time and they were all wonderful! Beach hair, surf side, 1972, camp fire… all were great! The pretzel bites and beer cheese were amazing. The staff was so friendly and wonderful. And the live music just made the atmosphere that much better! I would 100% come here again next year when we come to Cape Cod. This place is a gem!
Pros:Beautiful spot, loved the tiered set-up of the outdoor area - would be fantastic for a large party or wedding, large space in a nice secluded feeling classic Cape Cod wooded area. Inside is lovely too, love the look of the bar itself.Lots of options, NE IPA focus to boot which we liked.The IPAs we tried we liked.Cons:No option for sampling/flights - makes choosing hard with such a collection and we cant speak to many of the offerings because we didnt try them.Pours are TINY - I initially thought we had accidentally ordered half pints but it turns out the pours are all 10 ounce and come in 5 ounce plastic wine cups.Expensive. The prices that seemed reasonable when I assumed we were getting pints turn kind of insane when you see you are getting tiny beers for 7 bucks.We experienced really slow service on our particular visit which was strange given the few customers there, but perhaps there was a project going on at the time.

Nice seating area outside, live music, and our server was very nice. The beer, delicious. We had the cranberry heffenweizer. (SP)My only complaint was the menu stated 16 oz pours at 7.00 but at the top of the paper menu we were given showed 10 oz pours. The price was the same. We did ask our server as to why and she said had something to do with not being able to order flights due to COVID. I’m still confused. Don’t they sell 16 oz plastic cups? I would still return though.
Beers are good and food is decent. I waited sooooo long for our beers and the order wasn’t correct the 2 times things were delivered. They are definitely understaffed. This place has great potential they just need more people working there to fulfill the orders they are taking.
The Naukabout Brewery was a nice place with a vast array of very good beers. We went last night and sat outside during a chilly night. The 2 things that I was not too fond of was the limited parking and the limited food choices. Overall a good experience though.
Cute location and great outdoor seating area. They make you fill out info for covid reasons but the person in front of me checked yes they were experiencing covid symptoms and they still sat them down and didn’t disinfect the pen or anything afterwards. The beers are ok at best. The ones containing lactose sound so amazing but the lactose is just so extremely overpowering and overwhelming that it just ruins all the beers. It’s way over priced for a small pour or a four pack. Very disappointing.
Kind of pricey for what I was told were 10 oz. pours. Certainly not 16 oz. as the website implies.Plenty of IPA variations w/ a few other styles. All beer I tried were tasty. Good selection of snacks to go along.
Amazing spot for a refreshing beer and snack. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Beer is SO good. If youre a fan of IPAs (especially with lactose), this is the place to go.

The atmosphere is very cute and fall like but the service is awful. We waited about 20 min at our table without a server coming to our table. We flagged one down and they brought us the wrong drinks. After we finished our drinks we kept waiting for someone to come to our table to offer us another or to ask us if we needed anything else but it seemed as though they were avoiding our table. We flagged another person down for the second time and just got our check. The food is basic and not good (most of it is packaged from the grocery store). I wouldn’t come back again. Very disappointing

Great venue with a rustic bar and seating area. Great food from different local places. The varieties of beers are amazing and all different sorts of flavors. And the names of the beers are always fun (cotton-headed ninimuggins from Elf is still my favorite!). Well worth the stop on over even if it is to get a four pack!
Lovely beer garden with a very responsible COVID policy. The New England beer zeitgeist is very hoppy right now, and their beer selection reflects that. Food is very limited, which is an important thing to know ahead given the gotta eat to drink state requirement, but theres enough that everyone should be able to find something.
They do not generally allow dogs but were able to accommodate us with a dog. Its worth asking.Beers are good. Many unusual milkshake IPA. Big selection
Excellent place! Very casual and great beer selection. They are famous for their IPAs but they also have pale ales, hefes and other easier beers. You can get all kinda in a crowler and they have cans too. It’s a family friendly place with games, football, coloring books and food trucks. Great for a casual afternoon hang out or after work beers. Highly recommend it.
I love this place. After moving to the area a year ago, this place has grown on me. We go down to the brewery with our neighbors from time to time and have a couple drinks along with some pizza when they bring them in. The beer, games and amazing staff make for a great time. Thumbs up guys
Delicous beer in a safe atmosphere. There is plenty of outdoor seating and plenty of good beer. The Key Lime Pie IPA is so sweet and smooth. This is definitely worth making the stop in the Cape!

Outstanding, my friend and I sampled 12 of their beers. All were good and some were great. The atmosphere was very good too. A full house with one gentleman playing an acoustic guitar and he was great. The beer, overall, was great and the supply of Animal cookies and pretzels was never ending. The servers were very knowledgeable of their beers and were very helpful in our selections. I only wish I would have known about Naukabout Brewery much earlier in my time on the Cape.
Really great atmosphere, a bit small on the inside for the amount of land and size of the parking lot but there is an upstairs bar also, not sure if it was open at the time. Enjoyed a delicious Dunes of the Cape pineapple coconut beer, which was great. Found is very strange that they did not allow samples of beer? I’ve never been to a brewery that does that, so you get what you get. Staff were friendly, and game options were good. Would definitely like to go back and try more beers out if samples were allowed!
Loved it. Beers are served via a contactless caddy and the ambiance was perfect on this unseasonably warm Sunday. Beers were great. We had a variety of porters and IPAs, the Work from Home session was kind of meh but the Imperial Porter was wonderful with a coconut flavor that really worked well with the mocha it is paired with and the full bodied IPAs were all above average. Lobster roll was overstuffed and lightly dressed in a beautifully toasted brioche. My wife loves lobster rolls and this one met a high standard.

Always a great experience even in Covid times. Tables are clean. Staff are uber Covid conscious especially when they deliver beer in there carriers (please dont steel because this has happened). Every server was super energetic and happy to help and explain the beers (so tip them handsomely). Food options are excellent for a microbrew. Its a hot dog but man do they nail the butter grilled bun! So nice to get out during Covid times and feel real. Thanks for a great time Naukabout staff!
Naukabout was absolutely amazing! Easily the best beers Ive had, and the food truck made for a great lunch stop. Also next to a beautiful lake to take in some views after. If youre on the cape, its a must!
My husband and I are regulars at Naukabout. Not only is the beer great, it is the perfect location to hang out and relax. The staff and management are always friendly and inviting. This is one of our favorite spots on Cape. We highly recommend checking it out.
Great beer - the best on Cape Cod and probably in Mass. Super friendly employees that handle a crowd well and know their stuff. The Tides V Galaxy IPA is the best IPA I’ve ever had, hands down. Will definitely be making this a regular part of our trips to the Cape. Can’t recommend Naukabout enough!
Such a lovely place! Beer was excellent, beautiful scenery, an abundance of games and great tunes on the speakers. We stopped in to kill an hour before heading to an event, but will definitely be back for a longer visit! (Especially if the BBQ guy comes back!!)
Very nice place. We really like the beer here. Nice selection. I am glad they decided to do an oatmeal stout. It is one of the best I have tried. Jays barbecue was delicious. We tried the sausage, the chicken, and the pork. Looking forward to going back.
Great spot for warmer weather. Beers are great. Only 1 Food Truck, wolf Pizza, which had an excellent price and taste.
