This dealership was amazing to work with from start to finish. Lucas answered all my questions prior to the sale. Due to the shortage of bikes in the showrooms, most dealers are unwilling to budge on price. There was no haggling back and forth. They came down to my reasonable offer and I was purchasing this beautiful motorcycle less than 24 hours after our first communication. I bought a Can-Am Outlander North Edition from here and I love my new quad! HOWEVER I came here all the way from Michigan (a 24 hour drive straight) and the communication was very bad. The dealer was not very forthcoming with me. For example, they ran my credit and swore up and down they could get me financing and tried financing me through a national bank for a 10% interest rate. This isn’t my first unit so I went through a local credit union in Michigan for a laughably lower interest rate. I also had to wait a full day for them to get back to me about financing and then they gave me a hard time about holding it overnight and not promising the unit to someone else while I contacted my credit union about a loan even though I could’ve contacted my credit union earlier in the day if they had gotten back to me. When I overnighted the check to them I had to call them to make sure they got it. I then told them I’d be there on a Saturday to get the quad and when I showed up it was still in a crate and they seemed surprised I was there. I also inquired about bumpers and handguards for it and they ordered the parts for me and promised they could ship them to me in Michigan but it would’ve cost more to have them ship me the parts from Iowa than for me to order the parts from a local dealer or directly through can-am. If you’re an out of stater and need to go through this dealer make sure you compare pricing and do your research. I went through them because Can-am wouldn’t open their orders and my local dealer wasn’t able to order my quad 2 months after I gave them my deposit (can-am’s fault not my dealer). With the ATV market being what it was I don’t have any regrets but I’m glad I know what I’m doing. I’m just glad to have my quad.

Helpful staff. Great selection of new stuff, Indians mostly. Some used bikes, but they go quick. Four wheelers, rangers, those new three wheeler things with 2 tires up front and one in the back, jet skis, snow mobiles... it is aptly named.

Staff are very helpful here and understanding if a customer needs something alwayls love going in here and looking at the sleds they have non I am ever gunna have the money for but haha, Good place to go.

It is sad, we stopped in today with every intent to purchase, we even had our trailer with us. We walked in, a group of salesmen we sitting chatting and not one person greeted us. We looked around,, turned back and passed the same few employees sitting and chatting by the door still no acknowledgement. We then wandered around outside for awhile headed back in and had to seek out a salesman for questions. He did show us a machine we had interest in but seemed as if he was preoccupied, didn’t even attempt to sell or order or anything. We left disappointed and shocked. Never have we experienced less attention when visiting any vehicle dealership. We will buy elsewhere

First off, dealership looks VERY good! Im from OFallon, IL. Drove up to Mason City with my dirt bike to ride... I rode a little bit and my tube popped :) Walked into the place and back to the parts counter. Unfortunately didnt have the right size tube however, my experience was AMAZING here. Very friendly staff, very professional. If Im every coming up that way, I will surely be in you dealer again. Thank you!

Update:Contacted by owner/manager which was appreciated...after a lengthy discussion we came to the conclusion that lack of communication was the biggest problem here...will reserve judgement...ake 2 days to change leaky fork seals on a Scout. Was told mechanic had never done it before which is ridiculous when they are an Indian dealership... The reason for 2 stars is because the staff are friendly, otherwise 1 star would be more than enough.

If you want help, it is readily available. If you just want to look at shiny things, they let you do that. Low pressure environment. Finance office part was fairly painless. Good to work with by email as well, if your from out of town. Loving the Indian Scout, Logan! Also, they delivered my new bike and I live an hour away. As a new rider thats awesome. Good communication.

Poor Customer Service or should I say No Customer Service. Looking for a Indian FTR 1200 S, I saw the Mason City had one in stock. I drove to Mason City to get a price and ask some questions. Walked in the door. Salesman siting at a desk. Found the Indian FTR 1200 S about 50ft away from the salesman. Look for about 15 minute, no help from the salesmen. Then the salesman got up and looked at me and walked in back.. Lost a very well qualified customer. 8/14 Update... The salesmen look like Rob Determan GSM from his picture in the news paper. Thanks but no thanks.
