On a road trip from Kansas. Tire pressure on one of my tires slowly decreased last couple of days. Stopped in at Discount Tire n Mason City, IA. Casey said he’d take a look. 5 minutes later he said I had a mail snd he’d get it done. 20 minutes later he was done - tire fixed - I was ready to pay and hands me a receipt showing $0 due. He said it was on the house! I highly recommend this company - personnel were great - greater all customers that came in while I was there with an upbeat attitude and very politely. It’s hard to find kind of customer service in today’s world! Thank you Casey and Discount Tire!!!

The staff was very good at what they do. They put 2 new tires on the front and the old ones on the back. The car run great.

I had a bad tire and rim. I bought a rim and brought it over and it was the wrong size. Discount Tire family measured the lug pattern for me to take back to Van horns. They got me all squared away. Excellent service!!

Mitch is very friendly and very easy to work with! I recently had a problem where a different discount tire (in Minneapolis) put the wrong size tires on my truck causing a safety concern. Mitch not only made sure I was notified of the problem, but worked with me both financially and logistically to ensure I had safe, correct tires on my vehicle.

Amazing place! I did a little research online but still had questions about what I really wanted for my next set of tires. Mitch took the time to find out what I needed and had the knowledge to answer all my questions quickly and honestly! There was no pressure to buy or spend extra on anything I didnt want or need. Service was great!
