Nice clean store. Could use a few more choices. Im sure its due to covid creating a shortage of supplies and customer sales.

They didnt have the part. BUT he found 5 other parts stores that did have it. I highly recommend him.VERY helpful.

The website is the only way to get prices that beat oReillys usually but its not at all user friendly. Its a toss up, if Im spending enough to make the savings worth it, and I dont need advice, I go here.

Went to get parts for my car and the assistant manager helped me with my parts and knew more about what I needed than the rest of the employees

I want to shout out to an employee named Tiffany I stopped over there today because I lost a clip on my windshield blades and could not use them and with all of the road grim and snow right now made it hard to go anywhere . Tiffany found a clip and had my blades working in two minutes. And I was worried this fix would cost an arm and a leg, it did not and I was back on the road fastThank you again for her help smile and kindness.

GREAT Customer Service!

Some of the staff were very amazing except one in particular who refuses to wear a mask and says he has a medical condition that prevents him from doing so. If this is true, shouldnt he stay away from work so as to not catch or possibly spread it? Im just a little concerned why he is exempt. This same person was speaking to another of his co-workers using very crude language about another customer who left, while I was browsing the store. I cant believe someone would do that in a customers presence.

Shane is the most helpful person I have run across in a long time. He knows what hes talking about and never fails to understand what Im talking about even though I dont use typical automotive language.

They tested my charging system and told me everything was okay with it after my vehicle wouldnt start, had to have it jumped started again yesterday. But this time Big O Tires tested, also said its okay. I think I left my ignition switch on in forward, but my key came out, which it doesnt come out when turned forward for power while sitting

Very knowledgeable, helpful employees. I have a 16 year old son and I would have no problem sending him there for any help he needs.
