Such a fast, easy process, clean store and the associates are so much friendlier than other stores!

The store is clean and stocked reasonably well. The store is really out of date. It looks like the one I worked at in 2005 in the twin cities. Targets further from the twin cities tend to be barely stocked or really out of date.

Seems as though every clerk that checks you out knows what they are doing, and if they dont there is someone they can call for help. i had a new girl today and she did an awesome job!.

We were shopping for our incredible shrinking mom. Had decided we had found all there was there. We were asked by a manager type who asked what we were looking for, he then introduced us to Amanda as someone who could help us. Rebecca and Amanda helped us locate a few items we hadnt noticed and assisted us in ordering the appropriate size and desired color. We then made our way to checkout where we had a pleasant experience with Becky, whom kept our stuff while we went back for forgotten items. We had a positive and pleasant experience at the Mason City Target.

Great store and great associates, but I just wish their bathrooms were cleaner.... evertime I use them there is always something nasty somewhere.

We had great customer service as we checked out. I believe his name was Troy and when there wasnt an aisle open for us, he opened one up for us. Then he asked if we found everything and when I casually mentioned I just couldnt find the pumpkin cupcakes, he called the bakery and wrangled some up for us. He went above and beyond his job description and gave my girls and me a good laugh too as we then left the store with 4 packs of cupcakes. I appreciated the gal from the bakery continuing to look for them too. Kudos to your team for making our day a little bit better!

I was there shopping for masters of the universe origins action figures and with great disappointment there were none on the shelves. An employee noticed that I was looking for something on her pass by and asked if she could help me find something. I replied I was looking for a particular action figure and she immediately went above and beyond to help find them. She managed to find a few that I was looking for at least two months already at my location. I was so pleased and could not thank her enough. I really appreciated that and it made my day because my nearest location is at least an hour drive from my home and have been going for a couple of months now and with no luck on finding what I have been looking for due to low stock. It made my trip to target on this particular day pleasant and worth the hours drive back and forth to my location in mason city, Iowa. Thank you so much :)

Great selection of products. Love the layout of store. Wider aisles. Not having to dodge workers stocking shelves all the time. Has self checkouts that are always available. And may sound silly, but LOVE their sacking bags...they are nice and thick and can pack more into them without worrying about tearing.

The staff is so friendly and they are so helpful when needed. The place is always clean and you can tell that they hold the covid regulations seriously. It makes me so comfortable knowing that you can shop while keeping safe.

Great product range and service. Theyve really stepped up their game in the clothing department recently and generally have whatever you need. They may be slightly pricier than Walmart, but their product selection and household goods are far superior. Their website is also super easy to use and I even prefer it to amazon sometimes because you can buy something online and then go pick it up in store. I will say, their online grocery orders arent as great as Walmarts. In general though, a great place to get whatever you need.

Absolutely love the store. Staff are very helpful when I can’t find what I’m looking for. Store is well cleaned and maintained. Cash register lines aren’t too long. Best of all, I can get a beverage from the Starbucks inside and take it with me while doing my shopping.

Unfriendly staff, no help at check out rude people

I dont know why but this particular Target store location fascinates me. Its laid out differently than any other location Ive been to, and Ive been to dozens of Targets. A couple times Ive driven from Minneapolis to Mason City just to visit this location! Itll probably change in a matter of months, rendering this review moot, but I just wanted to throw it out there that I love this oddball Target.

Target employees are always very helpful. Target typically has everything that I need. Targets products are quality items.

I work in retail and I understand this time of year is BEYOND CRAZY!!! I fully expected to walk in the Mason City store and see employees attempt to help people with little no effort. I was shocked that literally EVERY EMPLOYEE I came in contact with, whether it was Isaac in mens department, Hannah in Electronics, Marisa in womens clothing or Taylor in the Customer Service counter. They all went above and beyond to help me ! I dont remember the name of the cashier, however she was super nice. It seemed as though she was new but yet still confident in what she was doing.

So easy! No extra cost and ready the same day.

I went in today searching for the new BTS album and it wasnt on the shelf but a worker (i think his name was cody) went to two different backrooms and found it for me and my friend we had went to Walmart and they rudely told us itd be on the shelf if they had it even though their online store said it was in shock so thank you possibly Cody for listening to and helping a customer, you made our day

Nice store with nice staff but be careful not to get swindled. I bought a switch case and the price said $11 but when I rung it up, it said $12.99. I also bought a movie that said it was on sale for $16 and if was $25. I even double checked to make sure it was that exact movie on sale.

Straight up rude when I inquired about the possibility they might have cards available in the customer service area.

Safe pickup and no minimum order

Store is organized well and I was able to find everything I need right away! Friendly staff especially in the pharmacy!!

This Target location includes a section for groceries complete with bakery and a mini Deli ( but you will have to take it to go). Large selection of fresh produce. There is a Starbucks located near the entrance at the clothing section. Shelves are always well stocked throughout the store and everyone at Target is helpful and cheerful. Plenty of room for shoppers with generous space between displays. Also the sound quality is appreciated. Minnesota can be proud of the Target Brand. I appreciate the extra care they have taken during the pandemic.

Overall good. My only gripe is men’s clothing collection is out dated and doesn’t come close to a big city Target. E.g baggy shorts are history. It’s the era of slim stretch shorts and I couldn’t find a single one. Hope some day they can up their fashion quotient.

The Mason City Target store has a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Employees are courteous and efficient. The store is rarely crowded, but always full of customers. I think its the best Target store Ive visited.

I love Target! I never used to shop there, but since I downloaded Chartwheel I literally addicted. With the Cartwheel app I can save more money than going to other stores and Target is cleaner, friendlier, and they have nice merchandise.

Most Targets are basically the same, but I happen to like this one more than others. Its laid out really well and everything is easy to find. The staff in the clothing area is lacking. That area has been messy lately. Otherwise, its a decent store that probably has whatever youre looking for.

One door open at one end of the store, barely any lanes open to check out. Waited in a line of 4+ people to check myself out.

Probably the best store in all of Mason City! I love the fact that they always have some sort of really great deals going on. For example, last week they had The Fault in Our Stars movie with the Blu-Ray, DVD, and digital copy combo-pack (regularly priced at $25) for only $10 on sale. Even this past weekend I purchased an Apple iPad Mini 2 for the regular $300, BUT they gave me a $30 gift card with the purchase. Whatever this store is doing, they gotta keep doing it because its more fun and safer to shop here than at Walmart!

Nicole in electrical devices was very helpful when my future husband & I came into purchase a fancy moving picture box! Not only did she help us locate one but she also checked to make sure sale was still on, our coupon worked for this particular investment AND she signed us up for the Target RedCard debit card PLUS figured the exact angle to position our new LAZYBOX in our family truckster so my future husband didnt need to strap it to our vehicle roof like he excels at doing and has made quite an art of! A bit pricer then walmart but you wont run into the normal teenie boppers running around the store when they have nothing better to do. The store is normally very clean and the shelves are normally well stocked, but when they have a really good sale the shelves never seem to be restocked. I looked for a pitular sale everyday during the week it was on sale but the shelf was never restocked even when I was told the truck comes in tonight/tomorrow. There never seems to be enough employees working, but thats normal for Chain store.
