JOANN Fabric always has exactly what I am looking for at the prices I love! Their fabric counter has the best customer service and they are always willing to offer suggestions and advice if you have any problems. I got into quilting and mask making over the pandemic and they were a fantastic company with how they had mask sets ready to sew. They were able to donate over a few million masks! When I come to choosing a craft store to shop from, JOANN is ALWAYS my first choice!!

Usually well stocked with a good variety of craft supplies. Vast selection of fabrics available. The employees have always been knowledgeable and very kind. If they cant help, theyll find someone who can. One of my favorite places to shop for my crafting needs. A tad on the pricy side. But thats what the sales and coupons are for. 😁

Still had black Friday sales going on and I saved a lot almost everything was 40 to 70% off. They had plenty of help and everything went very smooth. All the help was very nice.

What can I say, I went in looking for glow in the dark paint for a project my daughter is working on, clueless as I was to where it would be located I asked a clerk and she was so friendly and helpful. Not only did she tell me what aisle it was on, but took me and showed me where it was.

Anything and everything you can think of is available here. Even items you didnt know you needed! They have ideas all over the store and there are classes available at the store also. Each area has wide variety of items to choose from.The staff is so very helpful! They really go above and beyond for their customers. If you have an idea and cant seem to find what you are looking for, ask! The staff members are wonderful to bounce ideas off of and to gain knowledge with products you may have never used. They are always straightening up the displays or asking if you need help. You will always get greeted when you come in the store. The staff starts to treat you like family over time and really looks out for you and your ideas.I cant say enough good things about this store!

JOANN Fabrics and Crafts is one of my favorite places to visit in Mason City. It is because I recently got hooked into sewing after my husband gifted me a sewing machine. They have quite a variety of clothing materials or fabrics at regular and at very big discounts. You can buy clothing material here at a BIG discount and as much as 90% off. Of course they too have our other needs for our sewing, from tape measures, cutter, cutting boards, pins, needles, threads, buttons and other tools and accessories.To satisfy our other crafting hobbies and our crafting projects for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter, our JOANN Fabrics and Crafts is just around the corner. The store is big so there are a lot of products and lots of choices to choose from.

I am fairly well known at Jo-Ann Fabrics as Im seemingly there every week sometimes 3 or 4 times in a week. I enjoy this staff and their store that they have now. I have yet to I have a bad experience in this store. I find the staff helpful knowledgeable and very friendly.
