A couple of friends used Flooring America to get both carpet and laminate throughout their entire house and it looked so good we decided to pull the trigger on redoing our kitchen flooring.We decided on a sheet vinyl (very 90’s I know but it’s what best fit our home situation) and it turned out killer! Just amazingly different! A completely new feel! Very well done and was installed quickly. Here are a couple before and after pics.

We were so happy with our experience with Flooring America in Mason City. From the very beginning, they were professional, patient, ready to answer our questions and communicated clearly and efficiently when delays came up. They took time to explain the differences in product and also guided us through each line item of our estimate. The crew who came to install was incredibly professional and courteous. We had an wonderful experience, we love our new floors and will recommend Flooring America to our friends and family.

We stopped in the store back in December so that we could pick out flooring for two whole levels of our home. We were looking at luxury vinyl for our main level kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and living area. In the 2 bedrooms, stairs, and the 2 bedrooms upstairs we chose carpet. Dan helped us choose what would work the best and came to measure for us. James came and did a fantastic job for us in March. He takes pride in his work and that meant a lot to us. Overall a great experience!

Vern did a great job helping me select the flooring that would work best for our house. He came out and made sure the levels between flooring were going to be even and went above and beyond helping us make decisions. We couldn’t be happier with our flooring.

Couldnt be happier with my floors and service from Flooring America. With so many floors to choose from, I was able to give Daniel a few of my wants and needs and he narrowed it down to a couple options for me to choose from making the decision so much easier. He took the time to look at my space and listen to my concerns and gave me pros and cons to everything. I get so many compliments from customers and clients that visit my shop.

I chose Flooring America to install new carpet in two large rooms plus a hallway and a stairway. The sales associate Mike was very helpful and provided a number of options for the flooring I was looking for. The crew did an excellent job with the installation and everything came out looking very neat and professional. If I ever decide to get additional carpet for the rest of the house, I will definitely use Flooring America again.

Stopped in for ideas and to get a quote. They sent someone out to take measurements within a couple days and stated they would contact us within days of the visit with further information. Weeks later and never heard from them again. Getting quotes elsewhere now, but puts our project further out then we wanted. Very Disappointing!!!

Recently bought a house the was in need of serious overhaul. Due to budget constraints I ended up doing all the labor myself installing vinyl plank. Flooring America was the only retailer in the area that had Evoke flooring. (Real Quality stuff BTW) Quotes were very competitive and the service was awesome! Mike Duitscher was the gentleman that worked with me and was even available to answer questions after hours while I was installing it. Highly recommend doing business with this military supporting company, I will definitely be back!

We had an amazing experience here. We had gotten some demos from another store and when we came back with our decision they informed us the color was discontinued. So we ended up stopping in Flooring America to look at different colors and was telling our rep(Mike) what had previously happened with our bad luck. His coworker overheard this and took it upon himself to search the warehouses to see what he could find. As we were randomly looking he walked up and said I couldnt help but overhear your convo, I looked the color up and if you still want that color we could still get the amount you need. We were in absolute shock. Then it got better, since this color is discontinued we can actually get you a discount on it as well. Needless to say we will 100% be doing all of our future flooring business here and would highly recommend anyone else shopping here as well.

I bought carpet for my entire home from Flooring America in Mason City. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect carpet for my family’s needs and price range. The installation was professional and timely! Unfortunately, after a year of having the carpet I noticed some unusual shedding of fibers, I called the store and the staff helped me file a claim with the manufacturer. Our claim was approved and our carpet was quickly replaced for free! I highly recommend Flooring America in Mason City due to the commitment to their customers and pride in their products! I have no doubt we’ll be returning to this store when we’re ready to upgrade the flooring in the rest of our home!

Flooring America went above and beyond to get my flooring done. I needed it quick and cheap. More quick than cheap. MIndi worked with me diligently and got a crew to come in the following week!! They knocked out the whole job in 2 days!! The flooring was in a basement so I didnt need anything extravagant but I needed it quick!. They put in hard vinyl tiles and made it happen IMMEDIATELY!! The crew was awesome too, lots of weird spots on the floor, but the found a way to make it look perfect! Mindi was a dream to work with, funny, professional and made me feel like her only customer! Contractors from Flooring America working in a condominium refuse to wear masks in common areas. They are ignoring a sign posted on the door. Apparently they don’t care about the residents in this building who are mostly ages 70 to 90. This has has going on for several days. Very unprofessional!!

Sara is very smart, helpful and able to make you feel at ease. She makes looking and choosing so stress free. I had never done anything like this. I needed to pick out flooring for kitchen and living room that would accommodate us, our 2 dogs and 4 cats. We picked out flooring that my husband and I are super happy with. But the praise does not end there. We had installers James and Sean. Although they had to start 2 days later than scheduled. When they came they were timely and ready to go. They were very easy to talk to and explained a lot of things we needed to do that was best for our floor. I talk and asked way too many questions but they always took the time to explain things to me and with a smile. They laid our floor in decent time and we are really happy with the way it turned out. Again, having never done this before I have also never been the one to see it through. My husband usually does this. He had to work, so I was left to deal I loved they way the guys treated me. They were very respectful, nice and willing to explain and answer all my questions. All in all, Sara, James and Sean came in way above my expectations. My husband and I finally made the decision to replace our flooring after over 20 years. We choose Flooring America in Mason City and worked with Mindi. She went above and beyond in helping us with creative ways to get the job done within our budget! The install was a bit complicated mostly by the fact that a few unforeseen issues came up. One issue was the removal of the old flooring and another issue of a defect in the new vinyl plank that was being installed. Through it all, the installers were able to complete the job at the end of a week. The overall result was amazing...Vern was excellent in making it all right in the end. He made sure that we were happy and satisfied with our flooring. We truly appreciate someone who goes above and beyond to make the customer happy and both Mindi and Vern are proof of that.
