Alexander was amazing at helping us find the right bed for our liking. He was VERY informational and kept it entertaining to where it was fun to listen and learn from him. Never once did we feel any pressure on buying certain mattresses, it was completely educated information that would benefit us health wise. Highly recommend Amish Heirloom’s! Best service you can get! The showroom is full of great quality furniture, with plenty of options you can order. Travis helped us pick out dining room furniture that not only looked nice but was made specifically for what we needed. He was able to get the exact color we wanted, and it was delivered exactly as we expected. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and came at a very good price. We will be returning for more furniture! This is a great place to find all of your furniture. Highly recommend this store.

After months of sore backs and restless sleep, i finally convinced my husband to start looking for a new mattress. We thought wed just start to look...get a sense on pricing, feel, where wed want to purchase, etc. We started at Amish Heirlooms, not realizing how simple Alexander would make the entire process. Alexander is great btw....he first asked questions of both of us...what problems were we facing and how we typically liked to sleep. His guidance and education was superb. We ended up purchasing a new mattress and adjustable base and decided to purchase mattresses for each of our three kids. We felt Alexander gave us a great deal on everything. We couldnt be happier with the service, the pricing and now hopefully our improved nights of sleep (mattresses are delivered in the very near future)! Although we had no intention of purchasing that day...rather just get started or get educated, Im glad the process was so easy and we are now done mattress shopping!!

Stopped in 15 minutes before closing. Did not feel rushed or neglected; we were out within 45 minutes. Got great deals on both a queen and full size mattresses, sheets, and mattress protectors. Can’t wait to get them delivered! Customer service was great - did not feel pushy or like we were being sold something we didn’t want/need. Now to get back there for the ultra leather rocker/swivel/recliner chair...!

Quality, Quality, Quality. Handcrafted, solid and beautiful hardwood furniture by Amish artisans. I loved the tigerwood finished round table and chairs. They have lovely hardwood bedroom sets and some unique leather rockers too.You have to see to believe!
