Id purchased an automotive battery from Costco. Since I didnt have the right tools to install it by myself, I carried it with me to this Auto Zone to see if someone can help me install it. When I walked in, Conner Donaldson was at one of the cash counters and said hed be able to help. Before starting with installation, he first confirmed that the new battery was the correct type for my car; he then installed the battery in no time for me.He even carried the new battery from trunk to front of the car, and after installation put the old battery in trunk for me to return it at Costco for a core deposit refund. During the installation process, I asked Conner several pertinent questions, and found him to be very knowledgeable.Best of all, he said that Auto Zone does this replacement as a courtesy, and didnt charge me a dime.A BIG THANK YOU to both Auto Zone for offering such service and for employing people as talented as Conner.Ive shopped at this place before, but going forward, this would be my ONLY go-to place for auto parts needs. I recommend that the management reward Conner appropriately.
I bought a scratcher. and Im sure I take care of it when I put it on the car, install it and everything is fine. and then I realize that it was broken where the hose is inserted. and then I look at the box and there it was. to go The young man with tattoos was very friendly and it was good that he did not ask many questions because we were already a little tired, I wanted to mention this, it is not criticism Thank you very much.en este lugar la atencion es rápido son muy amables

Nice and professional service here! I stopped by twice to check some general things and reason of engine light on.
I wasnt going to give a review for this location, however, after discussing things with my wife she said, Thats disturbing for an auto parts store... So here goes, I went looking for 2 simple items, starter fluid and a sparkplug tool, (I already had, but it wasnt deep enough)... (1st of all the store was nearly empty 1 person being helped at 1 register) So standing in the isle with the tools various sockets and wrenches Etc. I got passed twice while standing there, I eventually found I wrench/socket set that said specifically said it was for sparkplugs, second was an easy find after pushing the containers of other fluids away from the tagged location of the fluid it was found on the bottom shelf... Heres the kicker I get up to the register, and the employee states hes never heard of a sparkplug tool, and I put the wrench set on the counter, and he says hes never seen that before... 🙄
Will try my absolute best to stay away from all autozones. They have been either sending me incomplete packages. Or losing the product in between shipping from a hub to their locations. This has been the same for about 3 I have visited in the last few weeks. Then was told they would have the piece then they looked up the piece to find out they dont have it.

Was broke down overnight and than had a dead battery and an employee at first tryed the buster box that didnt work so he brought over a company car and gave us a jump. He was very nice.

I was visiting my daughter and her family in Mason and my grandson called his Mom in a panic and said his car was not accelerating and shifting weird and probably couldnt get home. I went to look at the car and asked him where the nearest Auto Zone was. He looked on his phone and said 7 minutes away. I told him they would be able to use their diagnostic reader and lets us know what the issue is and we could purchase a needed part and fix it. Garrette, at Auto Zone, literally saved the day. He read the codes, new the issue right away, throttle body carbon crud, and proceeded to resolve it. I tried to pay for his help and he wouldnt hear of it. We didnt know how to thank him enough. This is the 2nd time Auto Zone has saved us in an emergency situation in the last couple of years. The last was a battery replacement with the help of diagnostic tools and they installed it for us. This is why the first thing I said to my grandson was, where is the nearest Auto Zone? I hope Garrette is rewarded for his knowledge and that kind of customer satisfaction. I am fortunate to have one of their stores in my neighborhood at home.

Update 4/24The DM reached out to me to resolve the issue. While the comment of the “store manager” was very hurtful and rude I will give Auto-zone another try as it’s not the fault of the company for the employees actions.Worst AutoZone I’ve ever been to the manager Kelly discriminated against me because I was gay and said I was being dramatic and needed to calm down. After selling me the wrong brake parts in place of the ones that I specifically asked for and she told me I was wrong I need these other ones which ended up not fitting my vehicle. Very dissatisfied with her handling of a situation not becoming of a manager.
The first place I come for car/truck parts. The staff is truly awesome, friendly, and helpful. Prices are reasonable and competitive with other parts stores. A huge plus for me is that Autozone in general, but this store in particular, does an excellent job with mask wearing, cleaning, and other measures to try to help keep the pandemic from spreading. Especially compared to other competitors who don’t even try to wear masks. Kudos to everyone for starting mask wearing early on, and for consistently doing so throughout the pandemic. As someone with chronic asthma, and as someone who is rebuilding and restoring a project vehicle, it really is comforting to see that someone in the industry cares enough about customers, staff, and everyone else by providing a consistently clean shopping environment and careful mask policies, and adhering to them. THANK YOU.

I actively shop AutoZone and purchase parts and supplies almost daily. Since I live about 20minutes from 3 different autozones, I tend to bounce between the 3 of them depending on part availability being as its faster for me rather than wait on them to ship. I have had a few bad experiences at this location due to employees that arent knowledgeable enough to be helping customers. Ive even been told that my vehicle isnt in there system while trying to order parts. I understand being new at something, I just think it would be better if they would ask another employee for help navigating the system rather than tell a customer sorry, we dont have parts for your vehicle because they wouldnt ask for help. Or ordering wrong parts about 5 out of 10 visits. Employees just need better training

Sales associates need to be a little more professional. Plus, I was left on hold for a half hour. I was taken off hold but nobody was answering, but I could hear everything going on in the store, and it was not at all busy. I’m really hard to upset. So without causing any issues. I simply hung up and had to go through a different store to figure out if this store had what I needed, which they did, but didn’t take the time to simply say they could check and get back with me later. The star is just for the fact that they have what I needed in stock.

Wish I knew this auto zone was near my job sooner. All other locations barely speak to you the whole time youre in their store. Wish I got the assistant managers name, tall African american guy with long dreads. He was very helpful and polite. The customer in front of me was pretty upset over a situation that happened when this employee wasnt there. The asst. manager stayed calm in his demeanor and tone assured the customer he would get it taken care of and was sure to not dismiss the situation. He even thanked me for my service when I asked for the military discount instead of huffing and puffing like other companies do!

5 people waiting behind me, 1 clerk at the counter working with a customer and I counted 11 other workers 2 or 3 stocking shelves after 10 actual minutes 1 came up to the counter and when it was time to pay they couldnt find me on the computer to give $175 worth of rewards points. Ive been using that location for 14 years.

This place had the part I needed for my gfs Jetta. I called them up to make sure it was in stock and they held it for me for a few hours. The staff seemed knowledgeable and polite. Plus theyre open late for those emergency situations when you might start tinkering late at night but get yourself in a bind.

My rear brake light was out, stop at Advanced Auto and they were rude and would not help.So I thought I would try Auto Zone. They were Great! They replace the bulbs and only charged for the bulbs. Very nice and friendly, Thanks. Will recommend them!

Today my battery died unexpectedly, and a kind man jumped me so I was able to get to this autozone. Once there, Garrett helped me from beginning to end and showed me how to replace my battery by taking my old out and putting my new one in. I picked-up an online order at this location. This was the closest AutoZone that had my part in stock. I was told this locations was a hub for local AutoZone stores. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I didnt actually shop there, I was with friends and the power steering & a/c belt split in two, while my besties hubby was driving from a parking lot.He used his phone to find the nearest auto parts store that was still open and Autozone was, thankfully. Opened until 10 pm on a Sunday night!However, once he got the part, and tried to install it, it was the wrong part. He had to go back in and exchange it, hoping they had the correct belt, or at a minimum one that would fit, because driving without the a/c wasnt impossible, but driving without power steering would tire her hubby out a lot sooner, because there would also be no a/c to keep him cool. 😉I ended up calling my niece to see if she could come and pick me up, being my bestie wasnt sure how long it would take to install the belt. My niece ended up having an Uber driver pick me up and bring me to her.I do know that my bestie and her husband eventually were back on the road and the belt was installed... and about 5 hrs later were home. They had to stop for gas, twice, because the gas gauge was acting funny.

They finally have a full staff! And they are very polite. They say hi when you walk in now. They used to be very short handed with only 2 or 3 counter persons and was always swamped. Now they show some attrition to walk ins.

I called the store to see if a shipment had came in. I offered to give them the transaction number or order number of of the receipt however the employees persisted 2 only need my name to look up the part. Once I arrived and provided my receipt the manager said he does not have the shipment yet and he looked up the wrong part followed by a chuckle. I asked if he would have taken the order number over the phone as I offered would it had saved me a trip. The manager laughed and said, YOU did not have to drive very far so that does not matter.. He then proceeded to tell me how it was my fault. What has happened to customer service and taking responsibility for your own actions.

Could not find a wiper blade to fit my 2008 Subaru so the gentleman took a rubber blade from stock and cut it to fit my wiper and then installed passenger and driver windshield wipers on my car for no additional cost! Great service with a smile
