Delivered here this morning. Receiving is the first door you come to, up the ramp. Was hidden behind a trailer when I got there. Yard is very tight. I was the only truck there so I was able to whip it around and not blind side back. Was there 20 minutes total from arrival to shutting the doors. Dude unloading was friendly.

It was my first order from Downlite and I experienced a major shipping mishap. Stefan took care of the problem right away. I am very satisfied with my overall shopping experience with Downlite. I will definitely be buying all my future pillows from their website, especially since the pillows are really nice and comfortable.

The shipment arrived quickly. Ultimately, the pillow I purchased wasnt what I was looking for, as I was looking for something firmer. However, the return process was painless, so I would recommend them as a merchant.

Blind side only docking unless youre able to get enough room to swing your truck around. Receiving is the 1st door at the beginning of the driveway/building. Shipping door is at the far end of building. One way in & out of this place. Had a 11 oclock appointment. Arrived about 15 minutes early. Apparently thats their lunch time🤷‍♀️ so they said it would be after lunch. Not sure if they have restroom for drivers or anything else. They were not very friendly. The loading fellow was nice though.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE the Laura Ashley® Abbeville Fiber Bed! We have a mattress that is less than a year old but has us very disappointed, so this fiber bed gives it that luxurious cloud-like plush feel! Ive noticed our kids snuggle up on it more often now too!

Unloading was quick. Theyll even allow you to snooze in the dock. My only complaint is a congested area in their lot, which makes turning the tractor trailer around very tight. Other than that, no complaints. Guy doing the unloading was a fellow Kentuckian and a #BBN fan.

Downlite pillows are excellent quality! I was so disappointed that the ones I ordered did not work for me - because the quality felt amazing. However, their return process was fantastic and exemplified excellent customer service. I was very satisfied with my resolution and hope that one day I can find a pillow from them that is a good fit for me.

The quality of the bedding I received from Downlite is phenomenal. My comforter is lightweight (which I prefer), beautiful and durable. The pillows are soft and comfortable. The comforter in particular is on par with luxury/resort hotel bedding comforters, and I can use it year-round. I highly recommend Downlite!

This is my second purchase from Downlite. My SIL loves flat, squishy pillows, so last year I got her one but ordered through Amazon. This year I’m trying to buy directly from manufacturers and so ordered directly from Downlite. I got her the same pillow that she loved last year but also tried the down alternative for comparison. Unfortunately, it’s much too puffy. I knew she wouldn’t like it, so I asked to return it. They gave me a full refund AND told me I can simply donate it to charity. Wow, that’s generous! So 5 stars for a great product (the squishy down pillow is perfect; squishy pillows are really hard to find, so if you’re looking for one, get it here!), and for being a great company! I’m a fan for life!

UPDATE:After this review, I was contacted by e-mail and had the situation explained to me. Customer service apologized and made things right, I got a partial refund and my updated order was delivered 3 days later.Handled this very well, so Im giving them 5 stars.-------Ordered online on November 24th.Order shipped on December 1st.No current updates, when I click on the tracking page on December 8th it says the order was refunded but I never asked for a refund nor do I see a refunded payment on my bank account.Have no contact information on their website.What am I supposed to do now?

Absolutely fabulous quality products, amazing sale prices, hands-down the best customer service! I have been enjoying Downlites products for several years now. Recently I placed an order for 3 pillows, but soon after was no longer in a position to need them. I emailed Downlite right away, to see if I could cancel the order. Its Covid times, and they werent able to respond right away. By the time they got to me, they told me there was no way to stop the shipment, but ISSUED A FULL REFUND ANYWAY, suggesting I donate the pillows to a charity of my choice! I was so impressed I came straight here to give them props. I am a customer for life, and I will recommend to anyone I can!

Placed two orders online trying to find down pillows and comforters comparable to the Mondrian hotel (apparently they make stuff for Eddie Bower and some very big name brands too). Both orders arrived quickly, and all the products were high quality for the reasonable prices I paid. Love the light and fluffy Tempurpedic comforters I got, not too hot but just toasty enough. Ive never slept so well! Customer service was excellent when contacted about a return. Highly recommend!

Docks are in your right. No where to turn around. Make sure to park in from outside the warehouse

Fantastic place to do business. I ordered a down pillow, and was happy with it. I then ordered a second pillow of a different type, which was a mistake; it did not satisfy me. The refund process was instant and amazing. Would recommend both their pillows and their service to anyone.

I ordered two pillows after sleeping on them at Soaring eagle Casino in Mi, I however didnt get my order correct on the first try, because I like a firmer pillow, when I re ordered and sent a return they told me to keep or donate the pillows and gave me a FULL refund. this was amazing, my money is already back in my account, I dealt with STEFAN HUNTER. he was great also. Sell products that are smaller than the size listed on the package.Purchased a 90x96 Heavy Weight comforter. When I placed in on my bed is seemed small. Measured it and it was 90x86. 10 Inches shorter than the website showed and also what was listed on the package.There is no way to measure the fill, 50 oz.This is fraud!!!Customer service does not return calls.Will dispute with credit card company.UPDATE!!!!Replacement from Macys was perfect size.Downlite did answer phone on my next try and explained sizing.They do stand behind their products.

After a recent hotel stay, we wanted to replicate the wonderful bedding we had used during our stay. DownLite made the ordering process easy and upon receiving our EnviroLoft Down Alternative comforter and a pillow, we were in love - with the comforter! The pillow wasnt quite what we had in mind, but their customer service department made the return process ridiculously easy. We wouldnt hesitate to use them again, and still LOVE our comforter!

Searched 47 years for the perfect pillow and BAM!Try as I might to change it, Im a stomach sleeper. Its so bad for you-I know this-Ive tried everything to quit it, but its never going to happen. With this position, the challenges are plenty-spine, neck, face, arms under the pillow-everything gets twisted, contorted and put into unusual/ridiculous positions. My nightly quest is always to try to align myself with the perfect position to be able to sleep through the night. I have struggled with finding the perfect pillow-until now. Over the years, I have tried dozens of pillows-store brands, name brands, infomercial brands, down, feather, down alternative, shredded, bamboo, beaded fill, no pillow-you name it- Ive tried it. Many that claim to be soft are not so for me. I need VERY soft. Many of the soft stomach sleeper pillows out there are way too puffy and high pile, over-stuffed for me. I have resorted to usually sleeping with a corner of a down pillow to make it as low profile as possible, but still provide comfort. I need it almost flat, but with just the tiniest bit of support. Its a nightly struggle for me and Ive grown used to it. Kind of. Im still always searching for the perfect pillow and will test out new one every so often. I must have been having a bad sleep stretch and starting poking around online one night. I stumbled upon DOWNLITE brand while searching for the worlds best pillows for stomach sleepers. I was intrigued by these extra soft, read through all the reviews and had a tiny bit of hope. I carefully read the glowing, positive reviews and the few negative ones posted. The positive reviews seemed to declare these pillows to be a miracle. Most of the negative ones complained that the pillow was just too flat. That was helpful to me and piqued my curiosity because that is exactly what I needed! I gambled, ordered two of the Extra Soft down filled ones and figured the worst that would happen is I would gift them to my sons if they were not right. Could not wait to rip open the boxes-aired them out for the afternoon and pillowcased them up for the first night trial. The love was immediate. I was kind of in shock and in disbelief that these pillows could be so perfect right out of the box-no adjusting, pinching, trying to flatten or soften. THESE ARE IT! Just the perfect pillow. I feel cradled and supported without the extra bulk. I can smash my face into the pillow and still breathe properly. I can mold them to fit perfectly for my neck and arm under the pillow. The pillows stay cool throughout the night. There is no horrible feather crunchy sound. The down is so soft and lofty. I am still giddy over them. I purchased two more in larger sizes-so I now have a nest of my DOWNLITE pillows around me and I feel like I am surrounded by fluffy clouds. They are indeed on the flat side and have very soft support to them. If you have a need for a special pillow like this, you will know exactly what your needs are and if this pillow will work for you. Sleep is such a personal thing and so important for health and happiness. Night after night, year after year of struggling to find the perfect pillows-and BAM! Enter DOWNLITE Extra Soft. Love these pillows. Beyond happy with my purchases. I find myself looking forward to bedtime. I am sleeping so much better.
