We recently purchased a new home with a dream of turning the beige and brown kitchen into an updated grey and white version. Mike at CAC did an amazing job helping us select the perfect quartz countertops and installing them beautifully. He even gave us a backsplash suggestion that ended up complimenting the countertops perfectly! We highly recommend CAC for their professionalism, attention to detail and excellent customer service.

We chose CAC by Design as our fabricator for quartz countertops after visiting multiple companies. Their customer service was top notch, and their pricing was as good or better than every other shop we contacted. Their selection of products is great. They work with local stone suppliers, which makes it very nice to be able to pair the two services and have local showrooms to visit for both parts of the selection process. Their installers did a great job of tearing out our old laminate counters, taking their time to install the quartz and getting everything looking fantastic. Jonah was our salesperson and was very patient, attentive and responsive. After installation, I noticed a spot in the quartz, but Chris quickly scheduled a time to come out and personally worked to clean and finish it so it looked as perfect as the rest of the stone. I highly recommend this team for your countertop needs.

Worked with Maggie, told her what we were looking for, she suggested we go with Quartz which they had on sale and it would be less expensive and more durable that what we had been thinking. She set a date for the technician to make up a template and also scheduled the installers. Everyone showed up on time and the installation went beautifully. the counter looked amazing, then the tile person came to do the backsplash, the install of the tile went smoothly and perfectly. After much research, we chose CAC by Design to replace our 22 year old laminate countertops with granite (Enigma from Mont Granite - a very tricky granite due to mica/quartz/veining...but worth it). The CAC team does it all: taking precise digital measurements for a CAD quality fit, executing compound cuts to fit round edges to square backsplash edge, generating a custom template for our new sink, removal of old counters, island bracing/brackets, careful and patient install of crazy heavy granite counters, faucet/garbage disposal install & overhaul of under-sink plumbing (better than original!), quality seaming, sealing, and final finish check. Our granite has a lot of character and design in it. CAC worked with us to lay it out and cut it exactly the way we wanted it! They are friendly, patient and professional. We have recommended they to anybody redoing their kitchen.

Outstanding responsiveness and service. I needed a custom backsplash made to match my existing kitchen granite. CAC By Design responded within a short period of time to my initial inquiry. Countertops and fireplace hearth are flawless! We had some issues with our building not cutting the floor for our fireplace hearth and CAC by Design came in and did an impeccable job. Both our counter tops and our fireplace are just perfect!

We bought our kitchen countertops, backsplash and sink from CAC By Design almost three years ago and have been very happy. I called today with a concern about the sink. At the end of his workday, Chris, the owner, came by our home with the products I would need. He not only showed me how to best use them, but did the work. He noticed a small problem with our disposal sleeve, and repaired it. I was amazed that after almost three years out, the owner would so promptly take care of my questions and concerns. We had black granite installed in our outdoor kitchen (thats right outdoor - since thats where granite comes from). It has been several years and has held up excellently. The measurements, fabrication and installation by CAC were all flawless and some segments were very close tolerances. I have recommended CAC by design to several people and all have responded their decisions to use them included not only price (they consistently beat box retailers) but for design skill and ease of doing business. From the time the countertop was installed through 2 years later when a problem occurred my opinion of this company went from skeptical to complete dissatisfaction. They are slow to respond, indifferent to your time, your concerns and do not stand behind their product- in my experience, in my opinion. I would not recommend them to anyone.
