Got a good car for a fair price. Shortly after we bought the car we had a few issues (it was a used car). The owner was very helpful. One of the issues was a recall and another he fixed at cost.

Gary was excellent! I was having problems with the Title Office. I called and drove over there. He did my Out Of State Vehicle inspection. I was out in 5 mins.Great service. I will be back again!

Mason Car Company goes above and beyond with delivering excellent service to their clients and making sure they get a great car at a good price.I have spent the past couple of weeks looking for my first car to buy and had visited a lot of dealerships and used car lots, but Mason Car Company has the best. The prices are very fair and the people there are amazing. They are very respectful and will treat you right and with honesty. Lou helped me buy the car I wanted and was very respectful and helped me out in any way he could to make sure I was comfortable with the buy. He knew all about the car and was able to provide me with all the information about it. I was told that if there were any problems to bring it back. A day or so later passed and the check engine light came on so I brought it to the official dealership to get a full inspection and they gave me a list of things that had issues or needed replaced, and at this point I was feeling a bit anxious on the purpose. I brought the car back to them with the list and immediately they brought it to their own car lift, jacked it up, and Gary (owner, who has treated me with the utmost respect every time I stopped by or called him) took me through the list while looking directly at the part on the car. The dealership was trying to get money from me and charge for things that were not actual problems, and since they showed me all the issues that were not there (which I know enough about cars to tell when there is an issue) they were able to save me from a very expensive bill. This put me very at ease and made me feel very comfortable with them. The only issue was that an oxygen sensor had gone bad so they replaced it the same night free of charge. A week or so later another issue came up so I brought it back and the same deal. They walked me through what the problem was and what they thought was causing it, fixed the problem, and it was all good.They have done above and beyond what I ever expected even from a new car dealership, so I highly recommend stopping by and looking at their inventory if you considering buying a great used car for a good price!!!

Solid experience, no pressure sales, easy to deal with, communicated every step of the way. 3000 mile/3 month warranty is amazing. My only regret is that I had not met Lou and Gary when I purchased two used cars for my kids when they got their license. Have already recommended to two friends. I will go back.

I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot. All older cars have some issues, and this one had a non working rear air. Because the car was in such good shape, I told them that I still wanted the car and it was a non factor for me. Most dealers would have let it go, but they insisted on fixing it and had it repaired before I came back to take the vehicle. You just dont see that kind of pride of professionalism anywhere. I was not a repeat buyer...I am now.
