The service is not acceptable where you can’t even know the reason why the app is not working on your phone. The information given by them totally differs than the customer service. The told plan was different as well. They do not stick on one customer. When you purchase something, there agreement papers, account information and everything related to bill was not handed to me. They just gave me the receipt for paying the tax and I asked them to give me the paper about account but told us that I can find it by signing in to the account. After setting up an account I had difficulties to access to it, so I went to the store but first thing was if they cannot do just regularly than to fix it they will charge $40. I called the customer service and what they did is just click on register and forgot password where it was that easy, they made me super angry by telling me the wrong price about the service that made me pay twice more. Better to go to different store or just call customer service where you get better service and help.

Products were limited compared to a corporate store, and the Wi-Fi was quite slow which made updating the new iPhone before activating it way longer than desired. My sales consultant, Brian Honke, was quite helpful and enjoyable throughout the whole process.
