Went to mason Walmart to shop for groceries and this is what their fresh area looked like. This is discussing.

Be careful and do not buy Febreze refresh air freshener or any of these garbage products. If they leak, they will damage your car dashboard and completely strip away the paint. The only way to fix it is to replace the whole plastic with a new version one :)

Pick Up associate was terrible. I know the job market is weak and companies are having problems finding workers, but this young man was horrific.First he runs the cart into my back bumper, with no apology of course, then he mumbles something that was totally illegible and when he repeated what hed said, which I could still barely hear, he says name He then proceeded to the back of the car to load my order when a random woman pulls up and begins a conversation with the young man. He stops loading and talks to the woman for a few minutes after which he finishes loading my order and just walks away, no thank you, no have a good day, no anything.While he was talking to this random woman I could over hear another associate get the car two spots down, and I hear them say, hello, how are you today, Im .... and Ill be loading your order today.Is this a problem with training or a personality issue ? All I know is the young man that loaded my car needs training or needs to be let go.

Walmart keeps their racks in great condition with sizes organized well, keeps on top of organization and cleanliness. Staff is easy to find when needed. Good section of clearance items. Great prices.

Let’s face it. No one goes to Walmart for service or pleasure. We gi because we can get most of what we need under one roof and we’re crunches for time. They keep the prices somewhat at bay but Walmart is cheap always under staffed under stocked long lines and nasty bathrooms.

Can’t seem to get in touch with anyone but this this terrible had my child’s 12th birthday party you can’t even tell that’s a 12 the whole service was horrible I didn’t realize 2 cupcakes were upside down because they were off to the side.. never again

I feel it is one stop shop for everything.. have been going to this Walmart for 5 years. I have found what I needed. 2 years back they have set up the pickup tower for online order pickup which is easy to use and very helpful.The staff here are courteous.Groceries sometimes are not that fresh though.

What a joke of a store busiest time of the day one the small self check outs are open and two checkout. Smart move trying to saving a buck to not staff properly Walmart. Figured with all the money you have made with the pandemic not allowing the small business to stay open you could staff better. I know me not shopping here won’t affect your bottom line. But I hope others will stop using your place of business.

Waited for assistance 20 minut nobody come for help on razor aisle. Its locked and I dont know who got the key. Push help button about 15 times. Manager need to be aware about employees.

Was Wallyworld. Asked about water shoes and the associate told me it was out of season. This was in late July! Down in Naples Florida, those are in stock year around. But we were along ways from home. In all fairness, it was reasonably clean and felt like a typical trip to Wallyworld.

I was in your store this pass saturday.ask one of your associates when your christmas trees would be coming in. he told me that walmart was canceling,christmas this year, because your store was so short of help. what an awful response . i was really flabbergasted. by his answer.please orientate your associates better.

I love Walmart its my go-to store but why doesnt Walmart carry very many little boy closes clothes like size 2 to 2T to 4T they have girls clothing everywhere and have like two or three little racks for little boys maybe someone whos doing the ordering could look at that situation

Very decent walmart. They have different items than the Walmart near us (lower Eastside of cincy). Seems to be a very clean store. Most customers were wearing masks.

Store is clean and nice, but terrible customer support. No one answers the phone most of the time. Even when someone answers it, they transfer it to an extension which no one again answers. I called and waited over 10 minutes multiple times in last 7-10 days and have seen consistent behavior.

It has its problems but what place dont. Very easy to navigate. Its difficult to find a worker but they are very helpful when you do.

This wal mart was clean, organized and, most importantly, fully stocked. The staff was friendly, but to my surprise, checking out was quick. With multiple options theres minimal wait to pay for your selections.

I purchased these walkie talkies here at walmart and these stones to paint. My son will be super excited that I found walkie talkies for his Christmas!

I had a old gift card &I wanted to use it to buy something but it wouldnt scan & when the cashier tried typing it in it didnt recognize it. So the employee gave me the cash for the gift card & she was going to get the money back for it for her money and just give me mine

Super friendly employees here! The lady in self checkout was sweet and helped me find what Im looking for. Also, the aisles and sections are really easy to navigate and find what you want. Definitely the best Walmart Ive seen in a long time.

They NEVER have enough cashiers. I dont like being forced to use self check out. But a district manager said that they promise lower prices not good customer service.

Yes Walmart has lower prices. Yes they have wide selection. Have to be careful though the pick up is not handled very well and doesnt seem to be managed by an adult. Definately try to avoid Saturday and Sunday.EDIT so tried for hours to get a live person on the phone no use. Ordered pick up to give them another chance and 3 out of 6 items not filled.

I do most of my shopping at Wal-Mart, mason Ohio. It was really great when I first found out I had Celiac disease. They carried a lot of gluten free foods. They even had a Great Value corn pasta that the entire family would eat. Then I couldnt find it and switched to Barilla gluten free pasta. Now thats almost gone from shelves. All I can find is brown rice pasta. That stuff is horrible. Ive been going to krogers to get most of my gluten free product. It really takes me out of my way. Wish they would bring the corn pastas back.

KEITH - Team Lead.... Ouch! This Walmart is SCARY- complete lack of customer service and unaware of how to sign properly. Had fabuloso on a shelf for $.98 and when we checked out, KEITH treated us as if we placed the signage and merchandised the rack . He went as far as to saw SHAME ON US. This person should not be employed as a leader.

Never enough registers open and the self checkout was 10 people back. Call the managers up to help when it gets backed up. They should be doing whatever necessary to make their customers happy. Within reason of course.

I had the sweetest checkout girl who was so careful bagging my groceries to prevent damage to my delicate items. This is much appreciated. And I found a few things not available where I normally shop. This made me happy and likely to return.

I frequently visit this Walmart location, but today, I may change my shopping habits to another grocery store. I went there for certain items, as I always do, but found out that my laundry items are no longer available at this location. There were others in that section, also looking for their usual laundry items, that were no longer there. After failing to find two other items, I proceeded to check out. There were a lot of people lined up for self check out, and only one cashier open for regular check out. So very disappointed in this Walmarts choices for their customers.

Had exactly what I needed, though not as many options as I would have liked. All patrons were wearing their masks. It was a lovely trip to the store with no hassels and no worries!

I went to the Walmart today And spent almost $200. A couple of weeks ago I bought a belt and it didnt fit. I tried to return it and the manager told me he couldnt his manager told me he could not take it back because it was unsanitary its unsanitary because I had worn it. We had words to say the least. I told him that this would most likely be the last time I ever shopped at Walmart because of his attitude. His response was your business makes no difference to my bottom line. I had my nephew taking the items that I had purchased from Walmart out to my car. As I was leaving I made a remark I made a remark that was relatively foul toward the man is ultimately fouled toward the man. And he kicked me out of his store.. So I couldnt return the items that I had bought to turn the items that Id bought today Because I didnt want to cause anymore of a scene that I already had. I called the store and the phone rang for 6 minutes. And then it hung up on me. I will be calling Bentonville Arkansas tomorrow Sending them My cut up Sams card and is amscard and my cut up Walmart card. Is there are plenty of stores in this area that I would much rather hand my money over to.

Got both of my Covid-19 Vaccines at this Pharmacy and I highly recommend coming here if you can. They were not overbooked so I was in and out promptly. Very professional and friendly. Plus, I got to do some great shopping afterwards.

WHO EVER THOUGHT THIS METHOD WAS A GREAT IDEA, NEEDS FIRED. SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE TO THE CUSTOMER.

Tried calling them for an hour no answer an Electronics or any other department other than Pharmacy. I get to Walmart and called as Im walking in the phone is barely ringing at the desk in electronics. The volume was turned almost all the way off. So I did them a favor and turn it all the way up so they can do their jobs. Horrible customer service only have one star because they actually had what I needed.

This store is always great on prices but has HORRIBLE customer service. I not only had to call multiple times but was put on hold. I was asked to call back and it took an hour to even hear another person. I had an issue with my online order and was told to contact them yet they never answer. The phones ring and ring and you get disconnected time and time again. The people who answer the phones are rude, one woman was extremely rude to my husband who has a slight stutter and placed him on hold bc she couldn’t bother helping him. They are so rude and so careless I won’t be shopping at this Walmart again.

Both the men and womens rooms were unclean with wet floors. Two of the woman s stalls were out of order. Poor experience prior to shopping. However the nicest lady in deli stayed an extra 10 minutes after her shift to provide us our shaved turkey. Her attitude was very appreciated

Its walmart. The place anything goes too. The place where customers and employees could care less about what state of cleanliness the store is in. And dont forget to complain to manager if your walmart experience was not complete without your eardrums pierced by the unholy screams of some douche bag parents nasty brat.

Very aggressive with putting items on Clearance! Items only last a day or two with new items added daily. They price to sell. I have 3 Walmart’s closer but make the travel for this reason. My favorite by far!

I love the deli department. I dont know the ladys name but shes a short white woman and shes very nice and always tells the customer God bless and have a great day. To me that goes a long way and keeps me coming back. 👍👍😊😊

My electric scooter died in front of multiple workers and when I asked for help they all just walked off. So I had to hobble to the front of the store and get a new cart. Now Im in severe pain and worried my surgical stitches came undone.Im guessing they ignored me because im young and using the scooters, but this was horrible and now Im in pain.

Placed online order. I received an email saying it was ready for pickup. Got there and 1 item wasnt ready for pickup. No explanation why. Just missing. Go to service desk which took almost 30 minutes before someone could help me. They couldnt explain it and was assuming the item was out of stock. Even though the website said 7 were in stock. I was also told I would not be charged with the item but I was charged Now I have to figure how to get my my money back. Complete joke.

Walmart will be Walmart. Occasionally I get pleasantly surprised by some of the food brands they carry. Keep it up!

This Walmart has gotten better over the last couple years I think. The checkout lines can still be too long, but overall this Walmart isnt very busy really, and it seems like things are in stock more often as of late.

Its a good Walmart as far as selection of items goes. But I saw at least two employees with their mask just around their chin inside the store. Like, come on, guys, you gotta be the ones setting the example. Because, especially around here, there are plenty of customers who just take off their masks or wear them wrong.

Had a problem using my credit card in electronics and no problem at customer service so that was very frustrating. The associate in electronics and in customer service were both very good.
