Ive been shopping at This and That Consignment since Lacy opened in a small shop in North main street, Mason. She has impressively grown from a small shop to a large one from without increasing her costs.However, recently the sellers cut dropped from 50% to 40%. While Im more of a buyer anyway, 40% is what many other consignment stores pay.Either way, my house is decorated with really nice furniture and home decor that I bought from her over the years (not to mention kitchen goods)! I just bought the couch below and love it!!!

They have an incredible about of merchandise, but man, its packed in TIGHT. So tight you cant see everything available. Some of their pricing didnt make sense either. Overall, an interesting place to go, just go with an open mind.

I have never took anything at a consignment store before, however I had a few items in a room we did not use and are redecorating so I thought I would give a try. I saw reviews that said Snooty fox was an appropriate name because everyone there was Snooty so I chose to go here ….BIG MISTAKE!! The woman in the front were so rude I couldn’t believe it. The lady in the back that handles the decor was very nice. I will never go there for anything EVER again!! I left with my chair went to Snooty Fox snd they were so nice and my chair was sold while I was still in the store! It was a very nice/ good quality chair that had never been sat on. I would say unless you don’t mind extremely rude people stay away from this place.

Good prices on interesting and useable furniture. Clean store, but it is packed full. Used but good condition tables, chairs, dressers, desks and upholstered pieces.

The service was good parking is a little challenging if you want to back into a spot only because of the size of the lot and the busy street. Great store

This place is cool some of their Consignments is brand new and the longer it sits in the store the price goes down some really good deals could be had at this place and the girls that there are very helpful.You never know what you might find.

Never have been to a consignment store, very interesting alot of good things with lots of life still in them.

A fun midsize store with tons packed inside, this is a must-stop if you’re out antiquing or looking for furniture.They price things reasonably, so it is worth checking back on a regular basis to see what is new. If you are on Facebook, give them a follow as they do regular updates and walk-throughs of their store.

Really awesome staff and have had much luck selling many items there and can easily recommend.

Definitely read about how to buy and sell here. There are some good deals to be found. During my visit with my husband we purchased 2 items, both large and bulky. After I paid I was told the by the male staff that they could not help load the items in our car. I was not able to help due to physical disabilities. That left us standing there wondering how to get these home. Eventually we did receive help with the warning to come prepared next time. So again I say read the rules about buying and selling. And if you want to sell your things there and they are a quality brand name be sure to make that known! Or you may end up with only a few dollars in your hands. Would I deal with this business again? Yes, now that Ive been educated the hard way.

I signed a contract in Jan of 2016. Since I brought my table in I didnt see that if they pick it up that you only get 40% instead of 50%. Fast forward two years later. I had a couch and chair to sell in very good condition. We were ready to take it up there in the pick up truck but rain was in the forecast. My husband saw that there was FREE pick up so we asked about doing that. At first the said no but since we only lived a block away they called me back and said they would pick it up. Two guys showed up no receipt or anything. When I called for a receipt I find out I no longer get 50% but 40%. I told them if I knew that, I would have NEVER asked them to pick it up! They never mentioned that. So I went up there to get my furniture they wouldnt give it to me unless I gave them $60. That was no where on the contract. They had a full truck and I was a block away and my husband helped load it. I would have been fine if they would have given me the 50% off but it was the principle. They charge a buyers fee I got very little for the table I dropped.off. Saying that they have FREE shipping and then tell you that you get 10% less for your merchandise does not make it free. Telling you in fine print at the bottom of the page is deceiving If they would have made it right by giving me 50% I would have been fine. On top of all of that I get charged $60 to get my stuff back. I dont recommend. They are all about getting money instead of doing the right thing. They make all the money, you dont.

Great little gem in downtown Mason. Great selection and you can find a good deal on nice stuff. We like to come in every few months to see all the new merchandise.

Bought lovely persian runners & lots if furniture when I moved from Seattle to Cinti. I forgot a huge mirror that went with a fab cherry dresser. They valled me to come back & get it! We needed a power recliner for after a knee operation. They were so helpful! They insisted we plug it in and try it before we bought it. It worked great! It was just $50 and they were having a special of 20% off furniture. So we got a power recliner for around $42 with tax. Just renting a power chair at MedMart was $300 per month!

Awesome consignment store! Lots of different types of furniture in good to great condition as well as home accessories, rugs, kitchen stuff, etc. Also currently lots of wonderful Christmas decorations! The staff is friendly and helpful!

A lot of great items, prices are reasonable. I was looking for a file cabinet with a lock and key. They didnt have any of the keys so I was able to go on line and order one from the manufacturer, they deducted the price of the key from the price of the cabinet.

This is a great place to find unique pieces. The only issue to contend with is the parking. Still a great shop. Pleasant employees also👍.

I went in this store to pick up an item that was purchased on line .Mind you this was the first time ever in this store several people including workers had no mask on Scared me and I walked out had them bring my item to my car never again will I shop here and to add the item I bought on line came out if the store with dirt spots all over it so that was a waste of 98.00 as well

Prices are fantastic, however not the friendliest staff. Was shopping there yesterday when I was about to leave noticed an older gentleman that had just purchased a headboard trying to leave with his purchase. He finally excused himself and politely ask the staff( who were huddled in a group having a personal conversation) for someone to open the door for him. A few minutes later I walked outside and saw him trying to load his heavy wooden headboard into his vehicle. Not one of the staff offered to help him load it. I offered to help and after almost 10 minutes we managed to get it loaded. Now mind you there were at least four of them standing right in front of the counter. Shameless way to run a business.

Be sure to have help if you purchase anything bigger than you can carry. They will not help you take anything out to your car. They watched me make 3 trips woth chairs.Other than that, this is a great store with great deals!

The best consignment store I have ever been to and the staff is excellent. They have clothing, jewelry, shoes, furniture and accessories. They post on facebook so you can browse what is new and they will hold items for you if you see something you like.

Mostly upscale home goods including furniture. Can be a bit pricey but wa5ch for items to start going down. Its a risk but may be worth it! Friendly helpful staff!

A cleaner ever revolving furniture store that sells its majority of furniture from consignment sales.There is a bit of every thing of a whole home in there, but in most cases you will find dining room and bedroom area furniture. The Christmas area also converts based on season but really it didnt change a much.

It is with disappointments and rage of anger how sad the staff as treated me in person and on the phone, I would totally not recommend anyone to go to this store or purchase anything. When there is a problem with a purchase that turns out not to be new but used and crabby not only they refuse to work it out with you, but they act like they just dont care which is a poor choice of customer service. They will answer simply questions with an attitude like their mad at everybody in the world and will debate with you about things that dont make sense. Far as trying to help me with my unsatisfied purchase. This business does not deserve to be open and if anything I recommend will only be for it to close down. Im very upset !!!!!!
