Customer service is top notch! This was the second year that I ordered from Contacts Direct. They had my script validated from my Dr and allocated in the warehouse in less than 24 hours later. My initial shipment was damaged by the carrier. Without hesitation they shipped out a new order to me, next day air (without my asking/begging). They also found that the website didnt give me the Annual Supply Savings so they are applying that as well. Definitely will shop with them again.

Ive been ordering contacts from ContactsDirect for years but never had to deal with an exchange until this year. I followed all instructions, returned the box I wanted to exchange, tracked the package (which arrived in two days) and then didnt hear anything for two weeks, and probably still wouldnt have if I hadnt reached out to them. I emailed them but got no reply. I then called the number which initially hung up on me and texted me a website to submit a return request which was not what I was wanting to do; I already did that. I called back and spoke with a woman who told me that my exchange had not been processed and that she would order it now. So what was going on over the last two weeks? I had to jump through hoops in order to get an exchange that I had followed all instructions for and setup prior to my return. I gave them two stars instead of one because the woman I spoke with was helpful. Contacts Direct, you need a better system when it comes to returns and exchanges. There are plenty of companies out there that have it dialed in. Maybe you could learn from them.

I never care to review places but this was the worst customer service ever. was misinformed about the pricing & insurance coverage and was hoping for a resolution but the supervisor Jeff S. was very rude, indifferent & offered no solutions and was not understanding at all— for his company’s own mistake. worst customer service experience ever.

Although super friendly phone staff with excellent prices, their customer service tracking system is a disaster. I had to return a couple boxes of contacts -- within their return period -- after my prescription changed. They emailed a UPS label no problem, and I sent them back -- FOR FREE. And then radio silence. They have no system in place to either refund you the money or switch them out. Fast forward 6 months, and they FINALLY agreed to just send me 2 new boxes with my new prescription. Its sort of mind blowing that they would waste my and their time on a dozen long phone calls when all they have to do is add a credit to my account or send me a refund. Maybe Im spoiled by the ease of Amazon returns, but they really need to fix this.

No communication, unknowledgeable customer service. Quick to take your money, slow to do anything else. I ordered my contacts on the 8th, contacted them eight days later and was told my contacts are on backorder. That really seems like something I shouldnt have to chat/call to find out. Why not include that info on the order info page? Why not send the portion of the order thats not on back order? I wont be dealing with them anymore after this experience.

I have ordered from the same place for years and decided to try a different place because ContactsDirect had a deal going on. I have had a great experience with contacts direct. I’ve ordered twice so far(on a weekend) and i still received them by Tuesday! With my first order, I kept getting an error when trying to submit my prescription. I contacted customer chat and they resolved the issue promptly. I am very pleased with the company.

Insurance provider recommended this site and they took my benefits very painlessly, directly billing insurance. Sticker price is high (but still lower than the eye doctors) but they offer all sorts of coupons, student/veterans discounts, annual supply discount, shoprunner, cashback websites, etc. and I ended up finding hands down the best deal here after looking at a variety of different places. With shoprunner free 2-day shipping I got both my orders delivered within 24 hours of ordering, pretty ridiculous. Stock was 4.5 years out from expiring, so no issues there. Will be a return customer.

Last year I ordered one year contact lens, I believe contactdirect providing old stock which will expire in 13 months. at the same time I purchased contact lens from Doctor it was with expire date till June-2021. Because of the less expire date I had two full set of boxes which will expire in 01/17/2019. I cannot use those contact lens due to short expire date. Two advantage is they are giving Best price in the market and insurance deductible on the spot. Because of the old stock with valid expire date, are they giving best price ?

In all my years of purchasing contact lenses, Contacts Direct provides the best pricing. Also, if you have insurance that helps pay for your lenses Contacts Direct bills them directly. The process for purchase could not be easier. Highly recommend Contacts Direct!

Not sure if they had management change, ownership change, ordering system change or what but I have done business with them for about 8 years and I tried to order contacts online and when I went to pay I put my cc info in but it came back like it declined so I got busy and couldn’t revisit to try it again.. I noticed the next day that the funds were taken out of my account. I called Contacts Direct and a representative could not find my order and did not know why he charged me. They gave me a refund and reordered my contacts with a additional discount than what I paid online. I waited for about one week after the order in when I did not receive my contacts I called him. They stated that I failed to provide a prescription so they refunded my card and canceled my order. The problem I have is that when I made the order over the phone I assumed that they were going to use the same prescription that I had given them in March of this year when I placed an order for context at that point. No one said that I had to provide the prescription because and all of the years doing business with them they have always called my doctor and got a copy of my prescription. I went to place another order for the third time and something was wrong with their system would not place the order. They asked for my phone number into call me back later in the day. I didn’t realize how difficult they have become to just placed an order for Contacts. Needless to say I went back to their competitor that I used in 2009 and they had all my info on file from back then and they allowed me to text a picture of my prescription, placed the order, and were in the process of shipping them while I was on the phone all within 20 mins.. I have tried to order contacts three times in a two week time frame and no one seems to know what the hell is going on or even care that I went with their competitor.. Enough situations like this and you guys won’t be in business very long. I gave you two stars because I didn’t have a problem with you for the past eight years Up until now I couldn’t make a simple order for Contacts for a one year supply. I had my prescription and didn’t have a problem sending it but no one asked me for it in typically you guys always call my doctor to verify the prescription.

This has been my second time ordering from them. Decided to give online a try and it was very simple and easy to do. Be sure to google promo codes, there are tons of them out there especially for free shipping. Most however dont work with insurance which is a bummer. Tying my insurance to my profile online was incredibly simple and easy. When I made my first order with them I called in and their customer service took a few tries to get connected with someone but once I did they were great to work with and even applied promo codes to my order for me. Overall I highly recommend them and will be using them exclusively moving forward.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!They are a FRAUD website, they will charge your account and will not ship anything. No customer follow up or anything. I called them after paying $300 and no shipment was sent to me. The lady said they are backordered 3-4 weeks. Pay another supplier a little extra and avoid going through all this drama. WORST CONTACT COMPANY IN THE MARKET!!
